All City Air recently put a new HVAC system in for us. Our old system was going out and All City Air quickly got the new equipment ordered and set install for a couple days after. Before the install date, All City Air kept our old unit running and cooling us as much as possible due to the hot temperatures outside. Dylan and his crew were consistently professional and courteous. It was a BIG job with reconfiguring all new duct work, grills, etc. They arrived on time, were organized and finished in record time because of the crew size. They cleaned up perfectly, testing checked out and explained how to use new thermostat - easy! Our attic was in old house and had no insulation. Dylan hooked us up with that as well all in the quoted price. We were guaranteed outstanding service and we received it. All City Air services another property we own and we get the same quality service there too. I am very pleased with All City Air and highly recommend Dylan and his crew.

I had serious malfunction problems with both of my York Coleman heat pumps overnight. It’s the middle June and the temperatures are in the mid 90s during the day. I needed help fast. I called All Citi Air About 5:30 AM and they answered the phone. They sent Alex to help me out at 8 o’clock this morning. He got both systems working and producing cold air in less than two hours. Alex was extremely technically competent and a very personable young man. I’m very grateful for the quick response and excellent service. All City Air is world class.

I had called multiple companies to figure out why my AC couldn’t keep up in the summer. They all did the “basic” checks and found nothing wrong with the units but still tried to sell me new units… of the same size…Luckily I was referred to Dylan by a general contractor. He was the only one to actually do heat load calculations (also the only one to even mention it). It’s a good thing he did because we found out both of my units were the wrong size and my ducts were too small.The support after installation has been wonderful also. I did have a couple issues with the new units shortly after the install but he either came same/next day himself or sent one of his guys.All city air will be the only hvac company I use for as long as I’m in the area.
