    My technicians were Mike and Ali... Let me just say the service was amazing!!! Everything was done so fast and they got my air condition up and running in no time! They arrived within the hour of me calling. The best part is it didnt cost me any arm and a leg! They kindly walked me throughout the process on what happened and how to keep the issue from happening again. Thank you again and if youre looking for great everything give these guys a call!!!!

    Weve used Airwise for several years now and cant begin to say how pleased we are with their service. The office staff and technicians are both professional and friendly. Our favorite tech, Kelly, is always pleasant to deal with and very considerate of not just us but our dogs too! They offer a maintenance agreement that is definitely worth its weight in gold.     When we discovered a problem with our air conditioning, I did not know who to call. So, I just went online and picked a company, hoping I would find a good one. Well, when I picked Airwise, that is what I got. I was able to get someone to come check the problem within hours and they were able to find the problem and fix it quickly. My Airwise technician, Eric, was so nice, so friendly, and very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable he knew what he was doing and had everything fixed in no time at all. If we have any other problems, we will definitely be calling Airwise.

    We had Cody and he was amazing! Unfortunately he had to come out a couple of times, but the second time he wouldnt leave until he found and fixed our problem! He let us go from thinking we were going to have to get some window units to fixing out AC better than it was before! Will definitely be using them if I ever need it again!!

    I connected with Airwise about a year ago due to a system breakdown. Every aspect of their service to my equipment has been excellent. I replaced one of my units and it went without a hitch. Guys were professional, on time and clean! Thank you for being a shining light in a not so shiny trade.

    Wonderful service! Our heater went out at 9:30pm. We have twin 4 month old boys and needed it fixed fast. Jose made it to our house in less than an hour and got it repaired quickly. Thank you so much!!! I would definitely recommend AirWise to anyone.

    Last week Ollie was here and today Matt came out to fix separate A.C. issues.both of these technicians were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They fixed the issues and even verified the condition of the other components.I highly recommend this Airwise and these technicians!

    My ac was not working and my dog was really feeling the heat. I called in and spoke to Stacy, who assured me that they could have someone out tonight. Eric H was my technician. He had me fixed in no time. He answered all my questions and even rinsed the outside of the unit for me. I hope not to need emergency service again, but if I do, I want Eric to be the one to come out. I felt like my questions were dumb, but he assured me they were not dumb and typical normal questions that people had. I am totally satisfied with the service given to me from the time I called and when Eric left.

    Called on a Tuesday to schedule an appt for an A/C check-up and they had an opening for the next day. JosΓ© was my technician and he was great - professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service from the person who took my call, to Jose, to the staff member who left a VM for me thanking me for sending them the kudos on their website. When it comes time to replace our old unit, we will be giving JosΓ© a call!

    We had our six month A/C check up today and the technician that came to the house (his name was Jose Zubia) was probably the nicest and most professional tech/repairmen that has ever come to my house from any company. He took the time to explain everything that he did, how to perform basic maintenance that would prevent problems in the future as well broke everything down in simple English that my wife and I could easily understand. Thanks again Mr. Zubia. The world needs more people like you.

    4/18/2017-Eric knows his stuff & answered all my questions ...had an excellent experience with him fixing our office A/C at Simply Self Storage in Carrollton. This guy will get you cooled down in a hurry!December 2016-Jose came to my rescue here at Stonebrook Simply Self Storage in Frisco Tx and saved the day...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GUY!!!

    They came out on a Saturday with in a few hours of our 1st call-system not heating correctly on a 30 degree day--Eric did a great job making sure our system was working correctly and also explaining in more detail how a heat pump system works in 20 degree temperatures and what need to be done to avoid being colder than necessary.We ave always had great assistance from whomever comes from Airwise
