    I had a new AC unit put in today. I have to say that George and his helpers with Airview were fantastic!! They were so nice and professional and all three worked hard to get the job done and done right. I had a hard unit to get removed and they were so nice and took it out piece by piece instead of tearing up my doorframe. They cleaned up and left it like it was. Everything works wonderfully! They answered my questions and concerns. I could not have picked a better company. The customer service is also awesome!

    The woman that answered my call and talked to me and gave me advice was so incredibly helpful and nice. She was fantastic. Cory did my ac repair and was absolutely amazing as well. He took the time to educate me on the situation and my options and was incredibly patient ! 10/10 would recommend. I cannot say enough nice things.

    Heater was not working and it was so cold. I called and they came out quick. Aaron was very nice and had it working within 15 minutes. Very pleased and will definitely continue to use them for any other issues with my unit.

    Jason was great. He arrived before expected appointment time and was friendly. He explained the reasoning on updating our capitator along with our hard stop.     It was a very easy process to get an appointment. Our problem was not an emergency but they responded in less than 24 hrs. My wife and I hear a dripping sound coming from the air return in our bedroom. However, no signs of leaking or water damage. Simply annoying is all. We decided to get a pro involved and made the call to Airview A/C. James, the technician, was friendly and professional. He made recommendations on other aspects of our system that I could do on my own without him having to charge me for it. I respect that, especially in these economic times. Unfortunately, he couldnt diagnose the issue, and I dont blame him because it is uniquely weird and only occurs late at night. All in all, a good service and would definitely recommend. We will certainly use them again!

    Was referred to Airview from a friend. Eric, George and team did a fantastic job with the install of my new Trane XV18 systems. Communication was great. George and his team are very thorough and left the place more clean then when they got here.The work was done on schedule and on time. George took the time to explain improvements he made with the new ductwork and the efficiencies I should see.Will definitely be using them for all my maintenance.

    We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Airview. Luis, Aldo, and Manuel arrived and we could immediately see that they knew their jobs and knew them well. Each one went to work in their respective area and worked hard. These guys knew what they were doing! We were very impressed with their knowledge and work ethic. In addition, Airview’s quoted price included a few things we didn’t even realize we were getting.As an added bonus, they cleaned up everything and we couldn’t even tell they had been here.In our opinion Airview is a top notch company with knowledgeable, hard working employees!

    Charles showed up at the time they said he would be here . He was very nicely dressed and his work truck was nice and clean . He asked what was going on with my unit and i explained everything to him . We went inside and showed him what had been done already . We went outside and he checked everything out and said that was low on freon . He filled everything back up and checked for leaks ...found them and repaired them . The cost was very affordable. I would recommend this company to all my friends .Thanks

    These guys installed a new 3 ton Trane heat pump at my place.. They were reasonable for the equipment provided and very professional. Install looks good, lot better than the one I had installed 15 years ago by another company. Highly recommend Airview!

    An Airview tech came out to the cowboy club on a Saturday night at 8pm found the root of the problem(from another companies install) and quickly remedied it. Ran a new wire and replace the transformer and allowed us to continue business without running off customers do to heat!

    Unit stopped blowing cold air last night around 8pm. Called Airview AC early the next morning and they literally was the only company available to come out. Not only that they were very professional and puts the customer first. They were not trying to diagnose extensive amounts of unnecessary work just to charge insane amounts of money. Very honest and professional. Had been taken advantage of by other companies so many times so was very cautious at first calling around until I found Airview AC. They were highly ranked on Google so I took a chance and glad I did! . Jason Kinser was our wonderful technician! Very professional and patient explaining what service we needed. He was also beyond helpful taking care of the problems we needed. The very low price to fix our unplanned issues still has me so happy I chose them.     I cant say enough about the excellent service that everyone at this company provides. If I said everything I was thinking, this review would be so long nobody would read it. Long story short, I called them because they were the ones who the previous owners used. They were familiar with our system because they worked on it before. They found the problem and got with the manufacturer of the coil and it was replaced under warranty. They did it fast, and on MY schedule (which is busy), and accommodated us in every way we asked. Our system is in the attic, and they replaced it all in a few hours and Ive never had a colder a/c. The follow-ups were appreciated and unexpected. Customer service is something that is dying all around us, but Im glad to see local businesses like this keeping it alive in our community. It means the world to any of us who work hard for our money. They work hard to keep us happy and they do a great job doing so. Many thanks to the service techs, installers, and office staff.

    Excellent Service by Jason K at Airview ACI recently had an issue with my AC where the drain pipe was severely clogged, causing condensation to drain from the secondary drain. Jason from Airview AC came out to assess the situation and provided exceptional service. Despite the stubborn clog, he was thorough and determined, using multiple tools to ensure the drain was completely cleared. He also made sure the area was cleaned up appropriately afterward. I appreciate his professionalism and dedication to getting the job done right. I highly recommend Airview AC for their reliable and top-notch service.

    I left a 5 🌟 for the first appointment, with the results varying. I had a follow up appointment because my AC decided to stop pumping when it wad 105-110 outside. Asked if I could move my appointment from today to yesterday afternoon. They obliged and Mateo diagnosed my issue almost immediately and offered options to keep the house cool for the following day (like portables with financing). The appointment for the next day was to fix a copper valve and reintroduce fluid into my AC. Took 1.5 hours and was hassle free.5 🌟 again, but now were all happy. Thanks, Airview AC!

    Technician Joshua was great. Very very knowledgeable and client service focused. Now, almost $500 for a service that the part was under warranty and it took 30 minutes to install, I thought it was a rip off. Will be looking for other options in the future.(Update): Received a call from the owner who explained me what goes into costing these services. I have appreciation for the hard work and how professionally they handled the entire process. Finally, I have deep respect for a company that takes customer feedback so seriously. Will consider AirView next time I need HVAC services. Changing my rating to 5 stars

    My wife and I had bought a brand new AC unit installed a bout 1 year ago. It works fabulous and is very efficient, quiet and also keeps our house very cool and warm when needed. From the sales person Eric to the installer Mario, they are the nicest people to deal with. Price was very competitive and the job was done in a professional and timely manner.     I called yesterday asking for help with my underperforming Trane system that is 1 year old and under warranty. Making the appt was easy and the lady that helped me schedule the appt was very nice and sympathetic to my situation. Jason quickly came out first thing this morning. I dont often expect a service technician to be as detailed as he is and he also wanted to make sure that I understood everything he was doing. It ended up being a manufacturer defect that I need to get Trane involved in. Jason (along with the company) were very fair with their pricing for todays diagnostics. When I get things worked out with Trane, I will definitely have Airview back out to do the repair. I have also used Josh at Airview previously and he was just as helpful and considerate. I would recommend them to anyone in the Princeton area.

    A/C went out about 5:30 PM. Called Airview about 7PM thinking it would be the next day for an appointment. Gave them my info, they said they would get back to me in a few minutes.They did call back in about 15 minutes and stated they had a tech scheduled for later after he finishes a job he was headed to, I was elated!Tech texted me he was on his way, arrived about 9:40 PM and immediatley went to work, within 20 or so minutes the system was back up, he replaced a capacitor.We were estatic with the service, tech, and overall response. That is why we use Airview for our home and our retail store for over 15 years.We give them our highest recomendation.........Noah

    ****UPDATE****The owner contacted me to address my comments regarding the lack of communication from the weekend scheduler. If my HVAC requires work in the future, they will be my first call.****END OF UPDATE****The technician was courteous and professional. The scheduler is the reason for only getting 3 stars. I was given a time of around 3. At 4 I asked for an update and was told about another hour. Actual arrival time was 7:30.Providing more accurate estimated times and status updates is critical to good customer service.

    In my opinion this is a five star company with five star employees from the sweet people that answer the phone to the girls in the office and especially the servicemen Charles and Eric and Ive had my trane for a little over two years and its unbelievable how much lower my electric bill is. I am just a customer im not related to anyone at the company or employees I just feel like that when you see a company and owner that cares so much about their employees and customers then you should express it for other companies to see what five stars really means its not always about the all mighty dollar. If my trane ever went out ( 10 year warranty) and Im 78 I would purchase another one the next day. Attention this is not a commercial. 😁

    Airview is a company that I trust to do maintenance on my air conditioner and I have used them since I bought my current home.     Charles Chrismon came at the scheduled time to perform the $99 special checkup. He was cordial, professional, and easy to talk to. When Charles lowered the thermostat there was a familiar whine overhead, coming from the air intake. He told me he would fix it, and while he was waiting for the pressures to equalize later, he straightened the vents tines.The system checked out fine. It was a good encounter, and Ill consider calling them again.

I called around 12:30 pm about my underperforming mini-split system, which a number of other HVAC companies were unwilling to approach, and the technician arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem—a bad flare connection—and immediately repaired it.I bet my barn cooled 10 degrees before he got out of my neighborhood. Jason, youre the man!

    I give Airview a billion stars! They went above and beyond for us. They have by far the BEST Customer Service I have ever witnessed and Ive been in customer service for over 30 years.We had used Airview several times and loved the service. The next time we had an issue with on of our units we called them and they werent available on that day so my son called a different company called ADON to see if they could come the same day due to it being so hot and it was the upstairs unit that wasnt working and thats where my son, daughter-n-law and the two dogs were staying.This company (ADON) sent someone out to inspect the outside unit and attic unit, etc....He told my son and I that we needed a new coil and some other stuff and it would cost x amount or he suggested just putting in a new upstairs unit that will last longer than just replacing the coil. He asked me if our units were still under warranty and I told him yes, he called it in and they said it wasnt. I told him it was and he argued with me. Then he said they dont replace coils that are 8 years old. He was extremely rude was trying to rip us off!! When he asked who we have used in the past we told him Airview and they are fantastic. This man began bad mouthing Airview terrible. We ended up telling him it was time for him to leave.My son called Airview back and they were able to come the next day. The tech that came from Airview, Eric Webster, was the same one that had been to the house before. Outstanding customer service! He looked at everything and told us it was a coil, etc. he remembered it was under warranty. I told him what had happened with this other guy from ADON and he called his boss, Monica, who is also the owner and told her about it because apparently this was not the first time this man has done this. Monica got on the phone with me, my daughter-n-law, and the owner of ADON for a conference call so the owner could hear from a customer what his employee was doing and saying first hand.Monica finished the phone call by saying they would replace our coil, etc. and not to worry about a thing. Monica and her team are truly a blessing!! Thank you Monica for going out of your way to help us, Eric W. for all your help and Aldo and Lewis for putting in the coil.     Our air conditioner went out during the first HOTTEST month in June when temps were over 100 out. It went out on Monday and someone came out the same day to look at it. After review, we found that it would cost a significant amount to fix an older unit. We decided to move forward with replacing the unit but due to the heat wave in Texas, they were extremely booked for the week and they were unable to install it until Friday. The technician left us with a portable unit and set it up for us right away. Both the technician that came that day, William and the technicians (Luis and three other gentlemen) that installed the new unit were very timely, professional and friendly. They got the job done much faster than I anticipated and answered any questions that we had pertaining to the new unit. Veronica in the office was super helpful, friendly and professional. I am so grateful of how this company was very straight with us on what was needed and did not try to sell us something bigger and more expensive than we needed.     We initially called Airview because of the Oncor rebate program and they were our local installer listed. In answering our questions about this program they shared additional knowledge and resources available to us. There was no pressure to use them, they were answering our question, but after hearing from we asked them for a comparison quote for our replacement. The person on the phone came out the very next day, and did an inspection, and worked up a quote that could not be beat on price and with the best rebates available to us. Then the install crew came and worked so hard getting our unit installed and doing extra tasks in the attic to improve ductwork, and our accessibility to use the space for storage that it lacked from the initial build. I was so impressed with Airview AT EVERY STEP or the process. I could not be more pleased as a customer, and highly recommend giving them a call.

I was also advised to replace the TXV in the HVAC (although the technician was not sure this was the issue) which I was told labor was not covered and would be $600, I complained about the fee which was reduced to $400.Oct 2023 AC heat pump stops again then restarts 4 hrs later, Im advised since its working no need to come out.Nov/Dec 2023 heat pump is making a loud noise, technician mentions a loose part and fixes the machine at no charge.Jan 2024 heat pump is making a loud noise and fan stops running. Technician advises this machine defrost on occasion and it can be loud and the fan will stop. This seems like important information the customer should have been advised during the install or any of the many service calls Ive made versus being charged another service call fee.Ive had so much trouble with this heat pump I question if its actually new. Im stuck using this company since they hold the machine warranty. No I would not recommend Airview.

They keep their quiet steps in the house and I really appreciate that since we have people working from home. They keep their work space clean. While they are done here with their first day of work replacing one entire AC+furnace system and they are coming back tomorrow to replace a furnace on a second system, I already appreciate their quality of work and great service.     I am a tough customer. Airview AC completely exceeded my expectations. A friend told me recently that the way you get a customer is to go out of your way to fix something that wasn’t your fault, wasn’t your job and really isn’t your concern. When I first called Airview I was told that normally they don’t work on systems they didn’t install but she would have a tech call me. Raul called. I missed his call. He called again. He set up an appointment to come out and look at this system that 4 other companies had looked at. He didn’t pressure me. Veronica and Raul both emailed me back when I asked questions and they made a customer out of me. I cannot say enough good things about Airview. Very pleased with Raul, Veronica and the other techs that installed our new system.

    We had 3 units that needed complete replacement for our gym. It took the guys 1 week to complete the work and they did a great job! The crew was respectful to our staff and facilities. We even needed them to clear out all tools and supplies for our Wednesday night group; they said, No problem and left everything clean. When the job was complete 2 days later, they left everything clean as well. We recommend them to any business or for personal home use!

    I recently switched to AirView HVAC after the original HVAC company (On The Spot SCAM HVAC) has been very hostile to my elderly parents and are not answering our calls or e-mails.1) Last week, Mateo came to perform a Winter tune-up.- What an amazing experience.- He spent an hour testing and cleaning every system component to ensure they are up to specs.- The cost for 2 tune-ups was 150% cheaper from what “On The Spot SCAM HVAC” charges ($150 per tune-up) compared to $99 for 2 tune-ups AirView charges.2) Today, Monday, Jan-8, Mateo came to install a filter. This was a different type of filter, that needed to be installed into an outer shell. It was a little bit different and challenging for me to install. AirView came and took care of the job without charging for it.- The other HVAC should have installed a more conventional filter, but they always like to make it difficult for the owner.- On the Spot HVC caused us so much issues and stress and pressure the past 2.5 years.So glad I found AirView.Will use them for my other properties.Thank you, Mateo and Veronica, for your amazing support, professionalism and top-notch quality.

    Awesome customer service, Owner came out and thoroughly explained . what we needed and why. Before we had a hard time cooling to 76 degrees. The unit would run till late at night. He told us that the problem was not the size of the unit but the lack of return air flow. we had a 3.5 ton unit and getting less than 2 ton of air. He did some measurements and asked what were the Hot rooms. He said we needed to add two more returns and enlarge the original return from 24 to 36 inches. He gave us a great deal on a 4 ton 16 seer unit. He also added another vent in the living room. After a couple of days the unit runs very quiet and efficiently. We tested the unit and it cools very fast not running all night. The team that came out was very professional and had the unit installed in a few hours. the supervisors advised me throughout the entire process and checking to see if I had any questions. At the end of the installed they cleaned everything up nicely and showed us how to use the new Smart thermostat. I would highly recommend this company as I have had many come out and they were unable to solve my issue. Great and fast customer service with no hassles. Thanks for everything we really appreciated it.Follow up to above post: referred a friend because of the great service. My friend lives in Allen and Airview took great care of him at a great price.     On-time, found the problem and fixed it. I had installed a micro filter because of my cedar allergy. It was blocking the air flow. He told me his personal experience with a cleaning system that he had to install because his son was hyper-allergic. He wasnt trying to sell it, we were just talking. My allergies were so bad that I was considering selling my house and moving away from the cedar infested location that I live in. I ordered this system (Apco-x) and hope if helps my allergies.

    The Guys txted us to let us know that they were In route and they were on time as well. Each and everyone of them were friendly and professional. It was very hot in that attic but they performed their job like it was the perfect temperature. They worked until they were done and it was in a timely matter and they were finished before the time they quoted. They started before 9:00 a.m. and finished before 2:30 p.m. and that was replacing all the duct work and putting in a fresh air return, as well as cleaning the unit outside. They also took all the old ducts with them and cleaned up their mess. We checked their work out and so far everything is great. James was so professional and very confident in his work. He explained everything that they did and told us if there was any problem to give them a call. I was able to pay him and received my receipt by email right away. We are so happy that everything went so smoothly. Very happy customers. Now we can get threw the rest of the summer. I would recommend Airview to all my friends and family.     Airview AC did a super great job for a very reasonable price with top notch equipment. The people they sent over were all pros. From the guy that initially checked my system to tell me exactly what was wrong to the nice ladies on phone that made sure I was content with the work. You cant beat that! Airview AC also installed a high end Nest thermostat to make sure my system will be working perfectly well. I also called them on a warranty issue and they were here the very next day.
