Air Commander One is the best air conditioning company in Dallas. I have threeA/C units in my house and Juan, the owner, and his crew have replaced two of them in the last two years. Both times I called him, he was at my house within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem, gave my a full report on his findings and quoted me a price to fix the issues. Once I agreed to the price, his crew was back within 24 hours to resolve the issues. Juan always supervises him team of professionals, comes back the next day to check on the finished product to insure the A/C is working perfectly. He is the nicest, most professional and trustworthy man you will ever meet in his field. Anyone looking for an A/C company that is professional, efficient and does the job correctly the first time, Air Commander One is your best choice. You will be glad you did.

Air Commander 1 did an excellent job installing our AC unit inside and out plus our water heater. Very professional and prompt and Juan and Luis were the best they explained how youre supposed to maintenance your water heater something we never knew. Id highly recommend AirCommander1 for your AC. They do it all Heating, Duct cleaning, Hvac, Air Quality, and Attic insulation. Great service all around.

I have been with Juan and Air Commander since 2018. I have a particularly unique and tough house when it comes to HVAC, meaning there is no attic, no crawlspaces, etc. It makes trying to properly calibrate the unit very difficult so that it is properly cooling the whole house as the options are so limited as to where we can install new duct, vents, and returns. Juan has never given up and has continued to tweak things and try things to maximize the output of my unit. HVAC is never just plug-and-play, each house is its own puzzle, and my house is like trying to do a rubiks cube blindfolded. With regards to availability and promptness I have always been happy. With regards to pricing I would say they are fair in their pricing, they arent the cheapest but they arent the most expensive either. But keep in mind that HVAC is expensive, period, no matter who you use. Juan is a gentleman and a professional, even when there have been times when I myself wasnt over the years. Like I said, my house is a tough house with regards to central air. Eventually I will be moving to a split-system (i.e ductless system) for this house and when that time comes I will be contacting Juan at Air Commander.

I have known Juan since before AirCommander1 when he installed two full units in my home in 2015. I followed him when he started his own business and its now going on eight years of relations. He does twice yearly checks/maintenance on my systems and installed a third full unit this year. He is fair and I trust his quotes and pricing without question. Juan replaced my air conditioning compressor (outdoor unit). Gave me a very, very good price and installed it the same day! The unit he gave me was an excellent brand with full 10 yr warranty. Ice cold air now!It was raining, he always took off his boots, and was extremely polite. Answered my texts quickly, too. I really appreciate him and his assistant. Highly recommend.

Juan and his crew really came through for me and my family at a critical time. We had been quoted astronomical prices by 3 large HVAC companies before someone referred him to me. He gave us a very honest assessment of the necessary work and installed a brand new AC unit for less than half the price the large companies quoted. His post-sale support has been amazing and he has far exceeded expectations by taking the time to educate me and answer any questions Ive had.Juan and his crew are thorough, clean, courteous and hard-working. Last year after the February freeze our system went out. We called Air Commander 1 and Juan and his team were prompt to help and repair our unit. A couple of weeks after our unit was replaced our backup unit in the attic went out too. Turns out it had been working too hard to keep up. We called Juan again and once again they promptly replaced our unit. We even had all our ducts cleaned and he gave us a discount. Great customer service, prompt response, and friendliness. We will continue to use their services when needed. We decided to wait a year before leaving a review to see how it all turned out and to leave an honest review. This is Miguel from Mesquite. Juan did an excellent job replacing an entire air conditioning system from a home built in 1975! His team removed the original unit and replaced it with a brand new HVAC system, and it is working beautifully! He then came back later and helped us with one other minor issue. Air Commander 1 4-4-2020We just had our air ducts replaced and new blown-in insulation in our attic. We added an air scrubber to our ductwork. Our house was built in 1951 and just running our HVAC for a couple of hours I could tell a big difference in the air quality of our home and how stable our room temperature is. The installers are very nice, professional, and clean up after they are job is completed.I would highly recommend them. Thank you, Juan, and your crew for the fantastic job.

Juan and crew are the best. We signed up for the HVAC Annual Maintenance agreement. We have nothing but praise for their operation. They are honest, show up on time, are thorough and follow up if any questions or concerns. We also recently did a full Heat Pump replacement which came together without a hitch, this included coordination with the HOA, and crane company for this 2nd story condo installation. Highly Recommend.
