    If I could leave a 10 star review, I would.EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.We had a house full of people in town during the hottest weekend of the year (SO FAR) and the A/C went out. The blower motor required replacement. However, the system is 11 years old and there was an issue with rusting that caused what should have been a repair of less than 1 hour to become a much bigger project!Carlos worked tirelessly and found a solution to ensure that we would have cooling that day.It was an absolute joy to work with Carlos.     Air comfort systems is awesome. Yesterday AC quit cooling. Called a company we use who could not get out for a few days. My wife has to have her AC. So I called Carlos at air comfort who we have used in the past with great results. Carlos had Oscar out within an hour. Oscar was very professional and thorough. He went through all steps to check all components. He assessed the issue and had our Ac back cooling in no time. Oscar is awesome. They are a top notch company who provide great customer service, with quality work and all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Air comfort systems!

    My AC unit was short cycling - I received a quote over $1500 from another company to fix what they believed to be the issue. I called Air Comfort Systems to get a second opinion - and Im very happy that I did! Carlos came out the next day and found a minor (and inexpensive) issue with the unit and fixed it right away. Two weeks later and its still working great! Highly recommend!

Long ago we looked for a new HVAC service and installation partner (after a bad experience with another HVAC company) to install various types of integrated smart home thermostats for our customers. It was important to us to find a local company with attention to detail as well as the ability to diagnose issues on existing home HVAC systems with the same enthusiasm as the initial smart thermostat installations.On one occasion we had a client calling to complain about a thermostat they thought had failed and after an inspection by Air Comfort Systems, they realized that they had a much larger issue with the core components of their AC system which Carloss team fixed at once!We found Air Comfort System to be the answer we were looking for.     We had a problem with our air conditioning unit. I had another company out to fix the problem initially. They diagnosed the problem incorrectly and their suggested solution (new thermostat) not only did not correct the but cost me $149 for something I did not need . I called Air Comfort Systems and their technician Oscar was able to diagnose the actual problem and make the appropriate repairs. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

    5 pm on Friday get home from work and a/c is not coming on. These guys were still answering the phone and ready to schedule a service call first available. To my surprise the owner then started Q&A the basic check list of possible issues. It was easy to talk through a couple of issues from the basics check list and low and behold I was able to find the issue over the phone. This company spent a good 15 minutes with me on the phone and didnt ask for a dime. A/C is up and running without a service call. I know there will be a time when a service call will be required and I will certainly make Air Comfort Systems my one and only call. BIG THANKS!!!

    I had a HVAC Tune Up/ Inspection done by this company. Carlos was on time, very knowledgeable and inter- acted during the visit with me on what level of performance my old Carrier unit was at. He was very straight forward and honest about what to expect in regard to future repair costs and eventual replacement as its a 2001 model. I scheduled the appointment online thru their website, which is a nice feature, and was fortunate that an opening was available the next day. Overall, I couldnt be happier with my experience with Air Comfort System. They will be my first call when I need HVAC service in the future.

    By far the best A/C experience that I have dealt with. I came home from work at 6:30pm called Air Comfort Systems and they had someone at my home by 7:30pm. I received emails of when they were headed my way and about my technician. The amazing service did not stop there. Carlos was our technician and he was friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. I have 3 dogs and a cat, which most people ask me to kennel however, Carlos took the time to acknowledge them and greeted them so that they felt comfortable with him being around. He also took the time to explain and teach us what was wrong and gave us maintenance tips to help the unit last better. I highly recommend them and will always use Air Comfort Systems!     Cant recommend this company enough! Carlos is very friendly and easy to talk to over the phone. I scheduled a routine tune-up and to have a possible leak looked at. I called at 9:00 AM and Steve showed up at 2:00 PM same day. Youll get an email alert to know exactly when to expect them.Steve was great, thorough, and fast. He took the time to explain what he did, and helped to diagnose the actual problem (busted pipe under water heater). Their prices are great and I will be enrolling in their VIP program.     We have used Carlos and Air Comfort Systems for several years now. There is no one else I would call for HVAC service. They have never taken more than an hour to arrive after we called, even though it’s been during their busy seasons. We have two babies, so that promptness has had real benefits to us. I have found Carlos and the technician to be extremely professional and informative. Additionally, the service has been top notch and very reasonably priced. These guys are honest and won’t do unnecessary work.Most recently, tonight in fact, his wonderful wife met my mine at a shopping center to get us an igniter for our furnace (I broke mine like a moron). It was after hours, so no parts from a store until Monday, and it will freeze again tonight, so they really saved our hides. From the moment they took my call, to the moment they arrived to my home, within under an hours moment notice, I received a personal text that their technician was on his way, followed up by an e-mail. The friendly tech showed up within the promised time. Not only was their tech, Mr. Carlos Gonzalez, a true professional in his field, but he was rather cordial, respectful and quite knowledgeable. He explained and walked me through the process, while he completed the much needed repairs. I was very satisfied with Mr. Gonzalezs abilities and work performance, and within the hour, he had my A/C back in working condition.     I called Carlos on a Saturday around noon, and he was able to repair my system that day. The fix: Replace a blown-out transformer on the 24 volt thermostat system. I was impressed with Carloss attention to detail, his problem solving, and his communication skills. I believe hed be able to solve any complex problem with an HVAC system. Plus, hes certified for Bryant systems, which is what I have. Hes now my go-to HVAC repair person!

    If I could give them more stars I would! The company my home warranty gave us wouldn’t come to look at my ac for 2 days which is torture in Texas summer heat.     I called to have someone come out to check our system and was able to have someone out that same day. Steve was very upfront and honest about what our problems were and what he recommended.     A-1 support from Carlos! We had an emergency and contacted him on a Sunday afternoon. He replied to me immediately. He was willing to come the next day but I told him my husband and I got out of work late. He told me he could swing by when he was done working since he lived in the area. I explained our situation to him and I was afraid he may leave us hanging on account of things happening on the financial end. However, he was true to his word and came by around 7 pm. He diagnosed the problem and he did his best to give us a reasonable solution. We just weren’t in the position to move forward. He is a man that cares about people, not just the bottom line. My husband and I appreciate what he did for us. I’d most definitely recommend him to anyone seeking out expertise and integrity in a service provider.

    Our house is over 25 years old. Some of our AC runs were torn up and we were air conditioning our attic. Carlos and crew came in replaced the bad runs and optimized the air flow. Poor guys were working hard all day, but now everything looks great up there. We are no longer AC the attic and allrooms are staying cooler with less energy being used. They did a great job!

    AC unit stopped working. Called another company to come out and they said they would be there in a couple hours. The next morning (20 hours later) I hadnt heard from them. Even after calling a leaving a couple messages. So called Air Comfort Systems. They were at my house within 22 mins. and figured out what was wrong and fixed it within a couple hours. The tech was nice, friendly, and knew what he was doing. Will be calling them again if needed.

    Carlos came to my aide today! My call was answered immediately, which I did not expect on a Sunday afternoon. I placed a call to him at 2:45 PM and he was at the property before 4 PM. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the problem, it was lack of maintenance. Having no AC on one of the hottest day of the year, I was at his mercy and he could have taken full advantage of my misfortune but he did not. He corrected the problem and gave me a tips in how to prevent this in the future. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Lack of maintenance did set me back $383.00 (this included catching me up on deferred maintenancebut I could have been far worse, they could have told I needed parts replaced that I did not even need and I would never have know the difference. Carlos had definitely earned my future business and no more ignoring my heating and cooling system for me. Thank you Carlos.
