After a different company who has always been so great for us essentially stopped responding after us enduring several days of 80+ inside temps and 5 separate phone calls to them attempting to get a speedy full upgrade of our system as the old one was finally kaput, I searched around and found Aeraci on a Monday night. I was able to quickly apply for financing on their site and had approval before even sending them the contact info for an official quote (aided because I’m already a Synchrony customer), and they contacted me immediately the next morning via text to start setting everything up. The tech came out same day (Tuesday), and while he was running behind due to other jobs, they kept me in the loop via text and he called when he was on his way to apologize for the delay. He inspected the current units, took pictures, and listened to my questions about either replacing the exterior unit for a same SEER unit vs. upgrading the whole system as far as overall costs and efficiency for the long term. He recommended a full system after confirming that I couldn’t upgrade the exterior unit SEER rating without upgrading to a larger air handler. Their awesome office staff then contacted me again the next day (Wednesday) to hash out all the details over the day, and they were extra patient with the delayed and extra communications necessary as my boyfriend was out of town the whole week and I was relaying details back-and-forth for his input. Had the messages relay delays not slowed us down over Wednesday, they’d have been ready to install on Thursday morning. They were great about last minute changes we requested, and while it was too late to switch our payment preference to all financed vs. half cash/half finance, the fact that the latter was even an option was fantastic. Also, there were LOTS of different financing options available from the list, so there’s sure to be options to fit nearly any budget. As far as the units go, we were able to upgrade from a 2.5 ton 10 SEER to a 3 ton 14.3 SEER system for under $5000, which included the outside compressor and the inside air handler with all the labor and time. The techs showed up right when they said they would on Friday, were respectful of the fact that I work from home and needed as much quiet as possible while answering work calls, and when they encountered a problem with a part, they kept me in the loop and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before they called it a day. I even had the warranty info in my email before the install was even completed. My old Ruud unit struggled to keep the house below 75F on even cool days, and the new Goodman system dropped the house 3 degrees in about 15 minutes last night at bedtime. Lightening fast by comparison! They also checked back in with us this morning to make sure everything worked well over the weekend, so to say we are satisfied is a massive understatement!

Verenice, in the office is excellent at keeping me updated on timeline, when serviceman is coming, and answering my questions. She has always been available. The serviceman is clean, quick, and really knowledgeable. He is pleasant to work with. I have used this business twice over the last 5-6 years and have been very pleased both times. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them again, if my refrigerator decides to act up again! They have my full recommendation.

Our old mix matched HVAC system (GMC outdoor / Carrier inside) was costing us a lot on our monthly energy bill. We elected to go with a new Goodman unit from Aeraci HVAC. They gave us a decent quote for the complete unit and install. The technicians arrived when scheduled and were very efficient. They had the old units out and the new one in and running within a couple of hours. We’re very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aeraci to anyone in need of service or a new unit.

Our Electrolux fridge wasn’t cooling and the alarm kept going off. I called three service companies including AERACI. They all said they were too busy to come the same day. But this company somehow fitted us in their schedule.The tech, Mr. Espinoza, came and within minutes diagnosed the problem. Half an hour later it was fixed. And we were able to salvage most of the perishables.Excellent customer service from a company I didn’t know existed in the RGV area. Now they have a customer for life.
