Robert has been our only AC/HEATER “go to” for about 20 years. Through the years he has become a good friend that we know we can rely on. He is quick to get back to us when we call. My husband Jim and i highly recommend ACR Service Company.

ACR Service Co. is a great company to do business with! When he came out to inspect our unit and he told us it would have to be replaced, he was able to get the new unit and install it all in the same day. He was quick and efficient for a fair price. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Sunday, 08/30/20, in the morning after calling 4 companies and getting their voicemail, I called ACR ServiceCo. Robert answered and was on his way shortly after. He spend about 2 hours trying to bring back to life our existing AC unit. In the end, we did have to opt for replacing our system. Robert was at our door promptly next morning with all that was needed. The crew worked efficiently, swiftly and with attention to detail providing our house with cool air few short hours later.Robert and his crew provides great, honest service with open approach and big smile, which is always appreciated when you are down on luck with your AC.Robert, thank you! On July 4, 2010, my AC unit went out and Robert came out on a holiday to install a new unit to allow us to stay in our home more comfortably. To this day, it hasnt had any issues and has served us well in keeping us cool in the hot Texas summers. I would highly recommend this company and/or Robert to anyone who is in need of a service call or a new unit all together. He is very reliable and honest and will help you in anyway he can.

He gave me advice over the phone to get my ac unit running through the night with no problems. So he could then arrive in the morning and get it fixed. Was a life save and definitely recommend ACR. They know their stuff. Give them a call they are the only ac repair company you will need.
