    Brought my 2014 Toyota Tundra in for a rear end collision. The shop was extremely helpful and very quick to make the repairs. Manager was very communicative and honest. If you need body work done or any repair come to accent auto!

    This was amazing Auto repair experience most repair shops do not have integrity which George was very respectful. They know what theyre doing. I always get a little leery with auto repair shops and etc. George showed me the videos that he has in the repair shop to confirm the repairs where exactly what they were supposed to be and that gave me a peace of mind which does not happen very often in the automobile industry. I would feel very confident and sending my friends or my family to see George again.

    This place is amazing. I had a tow truck leave my car and I there. They took a quick look and knew exactly what to do! It was seamless.They’re straight forward, quick, amazing customer service, and price is completely reasonable! 100/10 stars! I highly recommend!

    BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! This place is beyond the best. Eddy treats you like family....hes such an attentive owner. I needed a LOT of work done on my car before driving back to New York. It has a lot of rust and its old so a lot of mechanics wont even touch it. Eddy took the time to show me everything that needed to be repaired, his crew carefully (and bravely) fixed it and gave me a great price. I went back the next day to get some final work done before hitting the road. It was supposed to take two hours, and Steven had it done in ONE. If I could give Accent Auto more than five stars, I would.

    Eddy is a stand-up guy with a great team behind him. Hes an honest broker, does quick and clean work, and answers any questions you have, and more. I could not imagine a better shop to take my car to. I drive an hour across town to take my car to him because hes the best in the business.

    I bought 2 groupons for an oil change. I brought my husbands 98 Chevy Silverado yesterday and my 05 Subaru Forester today. I am a fan of this place! Steve greeted me both times at the front desk. He is a super cool guy! They first did an inspection and let me know what they discovered. Then did the oil changes in a reasonable amount of time. They have a comfortable couch to wait on, magazines, TV playing music, clean bathroom, coffee, water dispenser and a microwave. I am more than satisfied with this place! Check them out!

    Brought my car here in a pinch for quick help needed with my brake pads. I used a Groupon and they took good care of me. I watched and listened while I saw their interactions with other customers and saw how they worked with their regulars. You can tell a lot about a business when they don’t know someone is watching 😊 Very professional, and clearly take customer relationships seriously. Reasonably priced as well!

    I called because I found a Groupon. There were lot a lot of really great reviews so I decided to give them a shot. I called to see if they would match the Groupon price without me buying it. I know small businesses often will do this because they lose money with the discounted coupon. I spoke with the owner Eddie. He said he wouldnt do that because it felt dishonest. I understood his point, and it told me everything I needed to know about him, his business and his ethics. I bought the Groupon and sent my son to have his squealing brakes replaced. Apparently, there is nothing wrong with them. I hate that so many other mechanics might take advantage of a college kid and out-of-town parent. It would have been easy to do. Im thrilled to have found someone so sweet, honest and GREAT communication. Going forward, I know we wont use anyone else.

    My brakes had went out and Accent was able to not only get me in same day, but have my car fixed and back to me same day as well. Owner communicated clearly and even followed up to make sure everything was well. Very impressed!

    Arrived at 6pm closing time to purchase a vehicle and did his best to make sure he got me financed and dispite having problems getting insurance he stayed much later then he should have 930pm to make sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of and even told me for me to look the car over for a day or so and let him know what needed to be fixed and he would take care of It.... insurance problem aside my fault this has been the most pleasant vehicle buying experience Ive ever had so far. I will definitely recommend his place for family and friends.

    This is my 2nd time bringing my car to Accent Auto and Ive had nothing but positive experience. Last time I got my radiator replaced for a decent price. Today Im getting my strut replaced for half of what Midas wanted to charge me. These guys are good and trustworthy. Im happy to have my go-to car repair shop in Austin!

    I came here because I got referred by a friend, and it was a great experience. There was a weird noise coming from my wheel area, and I needed to make sure it was safe to drive. Eddy was great from the very beginning! He made sure that my car was good for my road trip. Great customer service! They charged me a good price for new brake pads and another wheel component. I am definitely coming back if I have any issues in the future. Honest people, great pricing, and no tricks! I am used to taking my car to mechanics and being taken advantage of due to the fact that I’m a woman. Eddy didn’t try to up sell me at all which was different from my past experiences at auto repair places. Telling all my girlfriends to come here!

    My dad and my uncles were all car guys, always fixing cars on the weekends. I dont live near them now, and I never developed quite the same passion for wrenching on cars that they had. That left me with a need for a Car Guy I could trust like I trust my own family.Eddie & the team have always gone above and beyond to maintain both my trust and my car.My car has over 180,000 miles, so it inevitably needs a little help now and then. Accent has replaced my battery, changed the oil, chased down an emissions issue and fixed some issues with the fuel system and replaced the oxygen sensor… lots of general stuff.If theres a bunch going on with my car at once, and I say, My budget cannot handle all that right now. What can wait? I get an honest assessment of the prioritization order of fixes, and the impact of waiting on each of them so I can plan ahead a bit.Right at the beginning of this summer, they fixed my air conditioner. I dont know how Id be surviving without that AC right now. It was not an inexpensive repair — but they analyzed the situation really well to come up with the specific repair was actually essential rather than just perfunctorily replacing the whole system, their price was more than fair, and their work was excellent as always.Heres what makes Accent Auto so valuable: theyre super knowledgeable and theyre in it for the long haul, not a quick buck.     I take my car to Accent Auto for the years! I have never seen such a decent professional with the best service and prices at any workshop!     Seriously, I cannot say it enough how great of an experience it is going to Accent Auto. Im going to be that person and mention that I really never leave a review, but felt compelled to because I have gotten several oil changes here and on 8/10/22 I got my brakes replaced and rotors fixed. They always do such a good job, and keep me posted when its ready or if there are any delays. Only place I trust to go. The owner is a good guy and will take care of you!

    Eddie and the team are amazing! They didnt have the correct filter for my car so had to go find one. The oil change ended up taking 3 hours but the office had wifi and I just worked from there. In the end, I went up to pay and was told that this one was on the house for taking so long. I didnt even complain!!! I think Ive found my auto shop :)

    Best Experience Ever! I never knew that you could walk into a mechanic shop and they make you feel right at home! Joseph, Eddie and George and of course their families are absolutely outstanding people! The most honest, trustworthy people I have met so far in this field!     Theyre honest! Thats the first thing that comes to mind. Ive had some really dishonest, horrible experiences other places and Accent Auto, above anything else, is honest and dependable. I had a really old car that I was trying to make last just until I could get through school and boy did they make it last!! They really work with my crazy schedule, they are affordable and accountable! These are the reasons I love them and wont trust my NEW car to anyone else!

    Have been going to Accents Auto for a few years for oil change using Groupon. Always great service. They are true to their appointment time. I always call several days in advance to make an appointment as I know they are continually booked. No better place in Austin for oil change or repair/maintenance recommendations.

    I really don’t have enough good things to say about Accent auto, Eddy and the work they did on my car. I royally messed up the front tire area of my car and was dreading the process of getting it fixed. Eddy was so professional and personable and kept clear communication with me about prices and what all needed to be done. He really made getting work done on my car not so scary and overwhelming. Not to mention the badass job eddy and the shop did! Really and truly a pleasure to work with. Definitely going back for anything I need and referring everyone I know.

    Pretty reliable place, I went in to get an oil change but requested them to take a look at my brakes since I knew they needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate which surprised me because it was a lot lower compared to other places and I was able to get the job done two days after my first initial visit. The staff was friendly the whole time and there was no issues with communication. If I ever need to get something done, Id definitely go with this place.

    I am so satisfied with Accent Auto, I would give them more than five stars if I could. They were able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem with my truck. They showed me what they found, outlined their suggested resolution and gave me a price up front. Along the way, they provided me with updates on their progress. Once the repairs were completed, on time, they encouraged me to test drive my vehicle and sign off before paying the invoice.I strongly recommend Accent Auto and will work with them in the future.     Ive been a customer since 2008. When I located them, through word of mouth, I was so grateful to find a good repair shop, with professional mechanics and decent prices .( Much better than the dealers!)AXENT AUTO has met all my needs, and extended financing for repairs, when needed. When my original car, was aging, they advised me to begin to save for the next one, but kept me safely on the road until I bought a great used Honda from them.The owners are concise in communication, about what is needed to be repaired,and also take the time to answer any questions regarding what needs attending immediately, and what can be scheduled at a later date.I use my car for carrying clients, so it is very important to be safe, and in our Texas Summers, have good AC, and to keep me on the road.I depend on my car for work, and pleasure. Whenever I leave town, I take my car in, often without a appointment, and they check it over, and get me down the road. Its a good place, with good people.I recommend this business! Ive sent Friends for service , and everyone is pleased with the quality of the services.

    Theres nothing I like more than knowing that I trust my mechanic shop to honestly determine the repairs needed to maintain and fix my car so that it is safe to drive. Its a great feeling to sit while they are working on your car and watch how many repeat customers they have.     My sister and I had just moved from NY and were in need of a reliable mechanic. Luckily my fiance did his research and sent us directly to Accent Auto. Once they became familiar with us we quickly became like part of the family. I cannot emphasize enough on how honest, friendly and reasonably priced these guys were. After being scammed a few times by some dealerships, we finally decided to ask Accent Auto to help us find a reliable car at a reasonable price. The Mazda that they sold us ended up running up to 250k miles! Unfortunately I do not live in Austin anymore but if I did I would still be going to them. They helped me prep my old car to make the drive to CA, and luckily it made it there and back safely. Thanks again for all of your help guys!

    I have removed my previous review. I did have a disagreement with Accent Auto regarding the repair of my car. George, the owner, was very concerned when he read my negative review. He called me to discuss the situation. He wanted to make things right. He was very polite and I was treated very well when I went by his office. He worked everything out to my satisfaction and wanted to make sure that I knew that he is in business to make customers happy. He was very apologetic that he had not been brought into the situation sooner. I felt he was very sincere and professional.

    Eddy is amazing!! I came in for an oil change and they inspected the entire car to find any issues- they even helped me change my battery out right on the spot! They mention it at the bottom) and headed on back to read some poetry someone left on the coffee table and get my oil changed! Im not a normal female, so thats what I call a spa day!     Vehicles at this location are competitively and attractively priced. One may take a unit off site to an independent mechanic, provided one schedules an appointment ahead, and agrees to be accompanied by an Accent Auto employee.Eddie, the principal sales rep, is genuinely friendly and helpful. He may not be consistent about picking up the phone, and owing to his busy schedule, has trouble giving customers his complete attention, but he is good about keeping promises that he makes. He was careful to fully disclose information about the vehicle which was purchased. He was overall a joy to negotiate with.Eddie went over and above to ensure that financing could be secured on the car which was purchased; it appeared that he was advocating for his customer and was not a tool of the finance company.This location has an in-house garage. During each visit, a regular and steady stream of traffic (both private and commercial  customers) was observed coming in and out of the location, indicating that this is a location that many people trust with their repair needs.Although they dont typically deliver to customers, Accent Auto worked to find a way to get the new car from Austin to San Antonio (for a price).The toilet is unisex, and was clean and well stocked with supplies. Free coffee service is provided.The location is very close to Austin Bergstrom airport, and to the interchange of Ih-35 and Hwy 71.

    I had two experiences with Axent the first was a quick inspection and oil change for 30 minutes in and out and the oil change cheap $24.99 without a coupon the second experience my car got in an accident they assisted me with my deductible and i saved $500. The paint job has a life time warranty on it and my car looks like it has never been in an accident smart and quality work good job keep up the good work .

    Steven at Accent Auto was very helpful with my 96 4runner I brought in for inspection. He noticed the back brakes we on the line for being dangerous and was able to fix the problem in one day. I noticed the new brakes put off a smell the first time I drove I brought it back to accent they went over everything free of charge and determined it was new drums and pads settling in.

The car buying process can be frustrating and when he sensed that we were becoming overwhelmed he stepped right in and went above and beyond to complete the process. The car we chose had some minor issues that George and his brother were quick to correct. The carfax was readily available and no appointment was necessary to view and test drive the car. Great guys and very kind.

    Both times Ive had an issue with my Acura RSX (engine mounts, power steering pump) these guys have taken care of me.Both times their repair costs were far more affordable than what other shops quoted me (a difference of $700 for the power steering pump!)Both times their customer service, turn around time for repairs, and quality of repairs were exceptionally above average.You just cant beat the prices and customer service at Accent Auto.Would confidently recommend these guys to any family or friends in need of any type of auto repair.

    Although I couldnt get an appt scheduled until a week out, it was worth the wait. They are very professional, on time and friendly.     Had a wonderful at this dealership! George (who is the owner) was very kind and understand throughout the whole process. I had tried to get approved other places and was turned down. George made me feel at ease and got me approved just like he said he would. The 2009 Mercedes ML 350 that I bought is in immaculate condition and the carfax report came back perfect. Always serviced at the Mercedes dealership and only 2 owners. I couldnt have asked for a better vehicle or better people to help me. Thanks George and everyone at Accent Auto!

    AC was blowing hot air so took my car to Accent Auto. In the past I regenerated the AC myself with the do it yourself kits. But the AC would blow hot again after only a few months. Eddie from Accent Auto determined that there was a crack in one of the parts which needed replacement. The replacement fixed the AC. But after a few months the AC was blowing hot again. I took my car back to Accent Auto. They spent many hours troubleshooting the issue and fully replaced the part installed last time. I was worried that I would get charged again for the part and the many hours. But I was happy when Eddie said that there would be no additional charge. AC has been working well for 4+ months.Other notes: Not much to do around the area. Pick-up food/drink before hand and something to do while you wait. There is free WiFi and seating.

    Exceptional experience! I took my 2008 Acura TL in for a persistent noise that was getting worse.     Take 5 minutes to read the bad reviews SERIOUSLYA warranty is worthless if you wont trust your car to Accent again. I asked repeatedly for the manufacturer and warranty of the parts used. Denied. I felt disrespected from the moment the car was ready to go and things moved from their orderly places were strewn across the seats. And it got worse.

    Got my oil change with a groupon. While There are cheaper deals, this one by far gave the best customer service. No attempts to upcharge, no pressure to force additional repairs. What repairs they did think I need to do they explained clearly (and showed in the garage no less!) and they said if I ever wanted it fixed they will save all the info and preorder the parts for my appoimtment. the most pleasant oil change I ever had.

    Great service at Axent auto.Took my car in for some mechanic work. most shops in the area told me it will take 10 to 15 days for my car to be ready. Went to axent auto and they got the job done in a week only. had issue with my engine and radiator....Met with the owner of the shop Eddy and i showed him the estimate i got from other shops, turns out that he gave me a discount as well and beat the price for everyone else.at first i was scared a bit from him using crappy parts... however he went over the estimate and showed me every single part where it came from and gave me all details.thank you for getting my car fixed and i will make sure to refer every friend of mine to your shop...thank you eddy and axent auto :)you just made a guy happy with giving him his car back and running like it should be $$$

    You might just be a local vehical repair shop, the service and vehicle repair quality here is extortinary! I purchased the service online already, receptionist Mr.Eddie take a extra step and inquire about why am I purchasing the service? Any noise or problem? He couldve just scan the QR code and send the car in. Naria the facility maintenance make everything squarely clean! Like she literally clean [everything] in the front, not even big franchise body shop does that! Will be back for the service!
