    Sami is the best. Our AC went out and he was able to come over and diagnose what the issue was. He was extremely transparent about what he was doing, explained what his measurements meant and what he expected to see. He quickly got to the root of the problem and was able to make the necessary repairs. Charged a very reasonable amount for his services. Very glad to live in Allen where he works, will only use him in the future.

    A/C went out overnight Saturday. Contacted Sami of AC Repair Allen early Sunday Morning.he was here by 9:00 AM. Diagnosed Problem and repaired it within 30 minutes.     On a hot Sunday afternoon, my AC unit suddenly stopped working. Sami came out within the hour despite being at home relaxing on his day off. He quickly diagnosed and replaced the run capacitor on my unit. Sami took the time to show me the numbers indicating it was bad and replaced it with one he had on hand. He was professional, efficient, and honest, not trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. Thank you, Sami, for being there quickly in my time of need and providing exceptional service!     Weve had a couple of AC incidents these past few weeks and Sami helped us in both situations. The first situation was on a Sunday (Fathers Day) and I called him late in the evening and he responded and came by the house at 8:30 to help get things fixed. I called him again after our downstairs units condenser fan locked up. We actually had a company wed previously used , with which we had an expired maintenance contract with, come by to give us a quote and they immediately started in with the upselling talks and shaking their heads, telling me that my unit was old and I should consider replacing the whole thing and ballparked a 14k figure that I really, really needed to consider financing. Very used car salesman pitch. I called SamI back (I should have just called him right away) and he came by this week and got us all fixed up right away. I will continue to use AC Repair (Sami) for the foreseeable future and highly recommend him. Hes knowledge, trustworthy, and extremely friendly person!

    Very prompt and professional. Came as soon as we called and that’s a rare thing . He din’t have an appointment but when we explained that our A/C is not working and the heat is unbearable he agreed to come immediately.     Our air conditioner quit working about 8:30 pm Friday evening. I called AC Repair Allen because their website said they were open 24 hours. Sami arrived at our home in about 30 minutes. He checked our system, made sure it was cooling and charged a very fair price. Sami was friendly and professional. I recommend AC Repair to anyone with air conditioner problems.

    Sami was wonderful. We called at 8am and he arrived in one hour. Everywhere else we called quoted 4-5pm.Took a quick look and instantly saw that our capacitor needed replacing. Had the part in his car, made the quick fix, and took the time to clean the coils while the AC ran to make sure the fix worked.He was great with our two small dogs. Great guy who cares about his customers!

    My wife and I have lived and taught in Allen for over 20 years, so we like to support our local businesses. What appeared to us to be a catastrophic failure of our 20+ year old units turned out to be a simple fix for a knowledgeable and honest repair man such as Sami. It was 109 degrees today and I was about to get a hotel room for my wife, kids and dog when I stumbled across this repair service. When I mentioned we can’t stay here he said he would be right over. Fixed in less than half an hour and for a fraction of what I thought it would cost. Call this man for your A/C needs. He deserves your business!

    Sami came out on a Sunday on very short notice to repair our AC system. A storm rolled in while he was here, and he still continued his work in the rain and got our system back up.     A/C went out overnight and Sami came out first thing in the morning on short notice before the heat kicked in. He quickly diagnosed the problem, saved us money by checking alternatives which helped us avoid replacing the entire fan motor and got the system running again.     Sami is a great guy and very professional. He was very prompt with the appointment and he did what it needed to be done to get my AC back to working properly. It was the capacitor that had a problem and he replaced it thinking that I needed the other one replaced as well since both units were about the same age. Please be careful and ask for price quote before getting anything done. People will charge you for whatever you’re willing to pay no matter how honest or professional they seem.

    Amazing service! Freon was low and a/c stopped cooling on a Sat. nite. He was over within 20 min., checked and found considerable icing. He came back early Sun. morning and fixed the problem and did maintenance on the unit. All of this with a smile, very knowledgeable, and a very fair price. I dont think I will ever use anyone else!

    Sami was real quick and report to my job site within 30 minutes after the first call. I reported one of the AC units not functioning properly and he checked both and fixed several items such as condensing water pipe clog, filthy outside filters and added Freon. My AC units were back to functioning from previous frozen up. I recommend him to anybody, especially people live in Allen area. He was a rescue to my urgent situation and the price was reasonable as well, no trip charges, lots of time spent(> 4 hours) and great advice given.

    I came home around 8:00 tonight and had a leak from an AC vent in my ceiling, knowing that I am going out of town tomorrow, I needed this fixed tonight to prevent it from becoming a bigger issue. I gave Sami a call and an hour later (9:00 pm) he was in my attic unclogging the primary drain line. Sami was a great guy and seemed very knowledgeable as he explained step by step what he was doing and why he was doing it. He is fast, respectful, and charged less than what I would expect the bigger companies would charge.I will use Sami for any heating & cooling issues I have in the future and highly recommend you do the same.

    Sami has helped with my heating and cooling issues for over two years. He always answers my calls / texts immediately except for a few rare occasions when he was busy, and in those occasions he would always call / text me back in just a few minutes. This is very important as knowing when he would come to address the issue would give a pease of mind to me and my family. He always tries to fix the problem as soon as possible, even late at night. As an example, for an urgent AC issue last Friday, he came to address it at 11 pm!!He is very knowledgable. Usually he would identify the root cause in no time and fix the problem quickly. In one occasion, soon after arriving, he identified the incorrect wiring by an installer as the root cause of the heating issue and fixed the problem shortly. In another occasion, shortly after arriving, he identified a bad capacitor as the root cause of the AC problem, replaced the capacitor, and hence fixed the problem.His price is very reasonable and fair. He is honest, letting you know what was wrong and what was fixed, sometime with attached pictures. He even instructed me over the phone for me to fix some simple problems by myself. In one occasion, my outside secondary AC drain was dripping water. He encouraged me over the phone for me to check and unclog the main AC drain at a bathroom sink. Rarely a repair service would like to do so!!!

    100% RECOMMEND AND WILL USE AGAIN IF THERE IS ANY NEW ISSUES. Excellent communication before, during, and after the repair. The problem was fixed relatively easily and quickly. He even fixed a drawer in my that had broken! Most professional company Ive ever used when it comes to house maintenance.Edit - UPDATE: The AC unit malfunctioned again (the unit is 30+ years old, no fault of the repairman) and I sent him a text asking about it. He came by and checked everything over. Luckily, by the time he arrived, everything had sorted out and nothing needed to be fixed. He still checked the unit over and walked me through what he was doing as he was doing it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

    Gem of a guy!!The week started off bad for me as my A/C unit just stopped working and I called over 4-5 places trying to get someone to come support but unfortunately either no one was available or they required an appointment.This was during the heat wave in Dallas.I came across AC Repair Allen and the owner who took my call immediately gave me a time for the same day to come out.My issue turned out to be a bigger problem so I wasn’t able to use his services but I wanted to share that there are times when we are in situation where you just need help and someone to take your call.
