    I am thrilled that I found AC Ninja!Joseph is patient and kind. Throughout our interaction he always took time to enhance my understanding of the process. Although I had been a homeowner for years and with different properties, I had never experienced purchasing a new HVAC system. When I encountered Joseph, I knew just enough to be dangerous! I knew about SEER and the anticipated change of refrigerant. Joseph helped me expand my knowledge and positioned me to be able to compare systems.I am grateful to have found AC Ninja and Joseph. I expect our interaction will continue long after the installation has been completed.Joseph seems to be one of the last honest business owners.

    Joe and his team put in a whole new 4 ton system for me as well as an additional intake. He was straightforward and explained everything step by step. He kept the worksite clean. When he left you couldnt tell they were even there. This is my new AC guy from here on out. Honest reliable and trustworthy.

    Joseph is the kind of guy wholl come out to take a look at your system, and then not charge you if he doesnt think it needs professional service. Hell even show you how to do basic maintenance yourself, like cleaning your AC unit and replacing filters.So when we were in the process of buying a new home and the inspector claimed that he couldnt access the HVAC equipment in the attic, we called Joseph to get a second opinion. He drove an hour to College Station to inspect the system. He caught some issues that the inspector missed and gave us a quote to fix the terrible installation that had been done here, as well as replace all the ductwork. He and his guys started just a few weeks after we closed.They ran into several issues while doing the job, including having to remove and reinstall the attic stairs because they werent mounted properly. Despite these difficulties, and working a half a day longer than expected, he stuck to the agreed upon price. After they were finished, we took a quick look in the attic, and we have no idea how they got any of the equipment up there. Theres no space to stand up and theres no floor. These guys really are ninjas!Im a little surprised by some of the comments in the recent negative review because Joseph would not accept payment from us until the job was complete. He actually specifically told me never to pay a contractor before theyre done. Hes such a nice guy that after I bought lunch for him and his crew, he offered to buy me lunch the next day.Whenever we need HVAC work done, were calling AC Ninja!

    There’s a lot of HVAC companies out there, but this is certainly one you can trust and know you are getting quality service at a very fair price. Joseph, is very professional and will shoot you straight. He replaced our whole system and I am very happy with it. Had a few minor kinks that had to be worked out after the fact, but he hopped on it quick and took care of it.

    This one of the best AC companies around. They replaced my whole system earlier this year and we couldnt have been happier with the work and how great all the techs were. Everyone was polite and they treated us and our home very well.If you need maintenance or an upgrade I cannot recommend them enough!

    We contacted AC Ninja after our air started blowing warm on a hot night. Joseph was able to come by the next day and take a look. He was super communicative and friendly. We opted for a new outside unit since ours was at least 20 years old and everything went smoothly for us. Our air is super cold and we love our new wall panel. I will absolutely recommend Joseph and his crew to any family or friend who is in need of AC repair!

    They were prompt, professional, and honest. I’ve had 4 different quotes on replacing my A/C unit and Thermostat and these guys gave me the best deal by far! I highly recommend them, the larger companies will charge you $4k-$6k more for the same type of unit.

    I called Joseph from AC Ninja and he gave me some stuff to try before we even agreed on him coming out. Well the stuff I tried didnt work so I was able to get him to come out the very next day. He checked everything out and figured out what the issue was, got it running and even gave me more advice to do myself to help any potential issues I might have later! Super stand up guy who explains everything in easy to understand terms. He could have charged me an arm and a leg for what he did and fixed but he didnt. He was more than fair and honest. I will definitely look to him for any future repairs I might need.

    Joseph was fantastic. We were struggling with home warranty contractor and no ac for five days. 89 degrees in the house was horrible.Called Joseph and he got us an estimate and was at our house within two hours with everything he needed to get us up and running.Not only did he replace the condenser and the coil, he corrected all the workings from multiple goofy fixes!HIGHLY recommend AC Ninja for all your AC needs!

    Well, it happened. My 20 year old Trane AC finally went down. My initial thought was- call one of those big companies, surely their buying power is large enough, they’ll be able to offer the lowest prices.... wrong! After being quoted for a nearly 15K HVAC install, I started looking around. I happened upon AC Ninja’s name because of their stellar customer reviews, and I’m here to tell you why I am adding to that 5 Star list.Joseph answered my phone call immediately! He came out on a Saturday morning! His estimate was FREE! His price was by far the best! He showed up ON TIME of install! He went over and above what was asked! He fixed other issues he happened upon without an increase in price! By far the best experience I’ve had with an AC company, highly recommend.

    The absolute best quality of service you could ask for! I had an AC drain leak in my attic that ruined my ceiling. The AC Ninja crew repaired it within a couple hrs at half of the price I received on other estimates. The techs are polite and very professional, they even covered their feet regardless of the mess on my floors since I was in the process of remodeling the house. Thanks Ninja, keep kicking Air!!

    Joseph Stout and A/C Ninja are my “go-to” guys now for A/C work. I have had a hell of a time the last 2 weeks trying to find a technician to service my A/C system. He was the next on my list in this frustrating search. I contacted him and he was literally at the address within 30 minutes. He made a detour to help me out after hearing the issues I was having. He then diagnosed the probable issues and did NOT try to upsell me on services or equipment I really didn’t need. This is how business used to be done, how it still should be done. With integrity, professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend them for anyone. And I have a couple large scale projects by the end of the year that I will absolutely make them my first phone call now.

    Very responsive, professional and personable. After waking up to a hot house, I called Joe at 8:30 am. He was on his way to another appointment but could work me in afterwards. He texted me an update when he was on his way and was at my house by 11:30, with a solution identified by noon and a new part in place a short time later. My house was cooling again by 2:00, which is a very good thing in late June. Joe and his team were very efficient and kind, and I felt like I received a fair price along with great service.
