John and his team have been great! They replaced both of my 20 year old systems last year. The install crew was courteous and professional and were in and out in 2 days. Both systems have performed well through the brutal summer until yesterday. One of the units stopped working. I called them this morning (which is a Saturday) and they were out this afternoon. They replaced a failed capacitor (under warranty) and the system was back up and running. The repairing technician was courteous and professional and had solved the problem in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Above All Air.

Worse possible scenario getting a message from your wife that the AC isn’t working while your not home. AC set to cool but was 83° & rising. Got so hot inside my little guy and wife had to cool down in her car, I definitely panicked as it was almost 5 right before the holiday weekend and I was on the road! Thankfully I gave Above All Air a call after several other services sent me straight to their calling service. The guys got there crazy fast & went straight to work. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast they not only identified the problem but fixed it onsite also. I was already looking up my house’s warranty expecting some astronomical price, but the repair and parts were beyond reasonable, saving me a claim. More importantly my little guy was able to come back in within a few minutes and has been enjoying cool air 🧊 ❄️ since!! Big thanks to Chris and John for taking care of my family. Mike was great. Honest and helpful. Showed up when he said he would. In less than 5 minutes found what 4 other AC companies couldnt. It was just a loose wire. Everyone had a different story, from the entire system needs replaced to everything is working perfect youre crazy. He shot me straight, it was just a loose wire, he could have made something up and I wouldnt have known. Theyll definitely be my first call and the name I refer from here on out.

I have used Above all air for about 6 years now. They have great customer service and honest technicians. Mike provided honest and courteous service when my outdoor fan stopped running. When my system went down he was able to very quickly fix the problem and explain to me what the issue was. I trust this company and refer them to many family and friends because there have been times when they came out and were able to get my system running again without charge due to a quick fix of a breaker needing to be switched. When it’s time for me to get another unit I wouldn’t consider anyone else to do the job!

Amazed! The Owner Himself came to look at the job. And then he listened carefully to my (what I thought) needs. My AC unit was plugged up and started leaking. So I called Above All AC and they sent John some day to inspect the problem. Not only was it plugged up it also had a hairline break on the PCP line that needed to be replaced. John said he would need to send someone to fix that no later than next day but for now he got my AC running. Next day Roger came out and replaced the PCP line and that was that. Both technicians very courteous and prompt and I mean they finished the jobs within minutes. I am very happy I found this company and will always come back in the future and recommend my friends and family. Another thing I almost to mention, they are a very honest company. They won’t sell you something you do not need. It’s very hard to find a company that are honest and loyal to their customers. Thanks Again!

The day before I went on my honeymoon, my AC stopped blowing cold air. I called, thinking it would be 2-3 weeks before anyone could come out, and the OWNER of the business worked us into his schedule and handled the call himself the next day! I came home to cold A/C and never had to deal with any of the headache you normally expect from your unit going out. I would recommend them a thousand times over!

John with Above All did a very thorough inspection and told me that based on the age of my unit, they could do a few repairs but they would all be temporary fixes. After I decided to replace the unit they were back the very next day and replaced my entire system for a very reasonable price. They were professional and thorough and clean. I received the fastest service from this company. They came out to evaluate my system the day after they were called. The interior unit needed to be replaced, and they came back the very next day to do the installation. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I was also happy to hear that they carry the warranty on the unit for two years, so I wont even have to worry about changing the filter. They will service the system every six months.
