Great customer service super friendly knowledgeable not only did they fix my AC for a great fair price they also broke down and showed me everything they fixed price broke down steps how to keep the AC maintenance in the future. I am extremely impressed with this family run business. Very reasonable quote, worth every penny. Very knowledgeable mechanics. Took my 17 Silverado in, they found a leak with my condenser and I dropped it off before close and they had it ready to go the next day. If I went to the dealership it would have taken weeks to have my condenser replaced and they had me in and out in basically half a day. Blows ice cold now, all temperatures work - never thought I’d see the day I assumed it was a much worse problem. Also appreciate changing my filter while they were working in there already, just a nice gesture. Very happy with the service provided. And knowing there is a 12mo/12k mi warranty is also reassuring. Thank y’all again if you end up reading this Pam!

Ricky and Pam are the sole employees and owners of this place. If you have AC or heating problems this is the only place to take it. They work fast prices are reasonable and they are courteous about it. Your price will probably be half of anybody else and just as quick and good. This is my second time to have work done here and done right. I recommend them.

These guys are awesome! Quick, fair and honest! I took off work to have another shop fix my heat issue and after I dropped it off they called me back and said they wouldnt do it and that it was some extreme repair. I called A A Auto Air up and they had me diagnosed and repaired in 2 hours on the same day and all under $250! Im definitely a customer for life! Thank you guys!

Ive been to this shop a number of times for different car issues. I found the mechanic to be honest and sometimes un-traditional, but my car has always been fixed and at a very fair and honest price. Ive never been given the run around just so they can make money. The lady who runs the office is very pleasant and kind. She even offered a ride when I did not have anyone to follow me to the shop.

Took my 2002 Chrysler there expecting to pay a lot of money to get my a/c fixed as it hasnt worked in 2 years, I was so relieved all it needed was a little maintenance & freon.The lady who works in the office was kind enough to give me a ride home while my car was being worked on.They called me and told me what it would cost before they did the work. I highly recommend AA Auto Air to anyone needing their air conditioner worked on. Dont wait all Summer like I did because it may not cost as much as you think. Prices are very reasonable and employees are very knowledgeable and nice.The mechanic noticed my battery terminal was loose and corroded and he fixed it for me for free! Im so glad he noticed it because I couldve been stranded somewhere. I tell everyone to go to AA Auto Air.

Took my 1996 Jeep in for a.c. repair. Had cold air but it only blew out the defrost. Ricky fixed it so that now I have cold air blowing in my face. So happy and thankful! Very friendly people. Definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
