    12-28-2024 tornado in Alvin tx destroyed a lot of my family’s property. By the grace of god no one was injured and our house was spared but not without some damage. Derek @3d air came to our rescue and donated his and company time not only to repair our outside central air unit that had been ripped from its foundation but also with any other repairs I needed help with around the house. My wife and I can’t speak highly enough about their professionalism and knowledge of all repairs needed. After coming face to face with something like a tornado we just want to say thank you to Derek and crew along with Kylie in the office, folks like you all are a true blessing and lifted a huge weight off our shoulders with your generosity. We highly recommend these guys for any a/c work needed.

    3D was great, I was a walk-in customer with an AC unit out. Not critical but necessary in October still. I was scheduled immediately and followed John, the Tech, to my house. Found the problem, fixed it, on his way right away. John was super, he explained everything as he went. Price was great, service was great, when I was in the office everyone was just regular down to earth people looking to get my AC fixed.Highly recommend 3D Air for your AC work!!!

    Called to get assistance as my thermostat was communicating with the AC unit. They arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. Derek the technician was super friendly and informed me of what he was doing, why and how it can be fixed. Turns out the Honeywell circuit board in the attic failed. He had one in his truck and fixed the AC in less than an hour. They were a life saver. Will definitely use them now over the contractor who initially installed the AC on our home which is not even 4 years old.Thank you Derek and 3D

    Derik 2.0 did a great job. We had another company take a look, before calling 3d-Air for a second estimate. The first company told us we had to replace the PCB and fan motor, and that it would cost $2000. Derick came in and saw that it was actually just an external wire that had been corroded. He fixed the whole thing in an hour and saved us almost 2k. Highly recommend!

    Noticed my 12 year old unit was struggling to keep the house at the proper temp during the day and having a really hard time cooling it down in the house at night to sleeping temperatures. 3-D Air came out the same day i called them(Friday), quoted me and EXCELLENT price on a new system, and was back out at my place the very next morning at 6am on a Saturday to install. Had me up and running by 1pm. The A/C system in the house has never worked better then it does now. I could not be more pleased! The installers were very knowledgeable, very personable and honest, did a better job then the original builder did and they beat all the other bids by far and offered more and better equipment at a better price. I would recommend them to anyone considering getting A/C work done or a full re-install or new install. Thanks 3-D Air, you have a new customer for life!!!

    3d air came to service my AC unit and they were very thorough and honest. Derek made many trips up to my attic to make sure our unit was running efficiently. It was nice to deal with someone who had not forgotten what a professional acts like.

    Call due to thermostat going blank and not responding at 12:30pm and by 1:00pm Derek was at my house making the repair. He knew exactly what to troubleshoot to make the repair quick and easy and had us up and running within an hour. Derek was knowledgeable and friendly and explained allot of things to me as he worked. I would highly recommend this business and if possible, ask for Derek. Pricing for the repair was very reasonable in my opinion, I have found the company i tend to use for all my AC work from now on.

    We have a builder grade home in Lakeland and have had troubles with our AC since day 1. 3D Air has been our go to company for any issues and has kept our house cool when our system is struggling. Kylie is helpful when you call the office and makes scheduling easy. Derek came out yesterday to diagnose our issues and was able to set up an install for the same day to add new duct work and smart thermostat system and controls. Derek, John, and another tech completed the install. They were all kind, professional, and took their time to explain everything. Our humidity and temp are where they need to be and we could not be happier. Thank you 3D Air for taking care of us!

    We recently worked with Derick from 3D Air to trouble shoot and ultimately replace a split-type air conditioner distributed by Mr.Kool. Both the outside and inside units were seriously damaged by the installer who purchased it from Amazon. It was impossible to obtain customer service from a Mr. Kool technician as there are none! We could not find anyone in Houston willing to touch it!Derick made repairs to the damaged connections on the outside unit which the original installer had mis-threaded and stripped and was able to get it up and running. However, the inside unit began to drip substantial amounts of condensation down the wall. Derick removed the interior unit from the wall and found that the original installer had bent the condensation drain line in 1/2 and also broke the connector to the interior unit.We decided to replace the Mr. Kool unit based on multiple reviews saying it might be OK for 1-2 years but that it would ultimately fail.We now have a Trane/Mitsubishi unit that works great, is super quiet and is clearly very well designed and engineered. The installation work is a thing of beauty and we are immensely appreciative of Derick and his work. His assistant, John, was also great to have with us. Its also worth mentioning that their taste in music (which they had playing as they worked) is terrific...it was a pleasure hanging out with them and 3D Air is now my forever go-to for HVAC equipment and service. Kylie in the office is also great to work with. Thank you 3D Air, Derick, John and Kylie.

    This is truly a five-star company! The owners are honest and forthright and completely trustworthy. First, a big thank you to Michael! He spent hours working through the spaghetti system of wires to fix and update our downstairs system- truly went out of his way to make sure every detail was correct. The team installed a new Trane system upstairs where I now wish the master bedroom was because the air is so cool and clean. I highly recommend the extra spend for the Halo air cleaner and Honeywell air filter. The amount of dust in our home has plummeted since and we couldn’t be happier unless it was all free. Our thermostat is set higher, the electric bill is lower, and our home is cooler and drier than ever. Thanks again to the whole team at 3-D Air.

    Weve used 3-D Air three times now, most recently to replace and upgrade the A/C. Each time the techs called in advance, arrived as scheduled, and were very professional. With our replacement, we choose to upgrade to the Lakeland package, we are very pleased with the new unit, it maintains a more consistent temp, is much quieter, and more energy efficient.

    After getting the run around by two other companies, I contacted 3-D Air and and was able to have someone at my door the next day. I need one complete unit replaced and another unit on its way out. I told them I wanted both units replaced for one larger unit. I was informed that I would need ducts replaced and some minor other work done to make that happen. I told them how much I was looking to spend and they were able to keep everything in that price range. On the day of installation, they respected my home, put down items to keep my house clean, and picked up as they worked. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

    I came home from a weekend away and found the AC system not cooling. I contacted 3-D through their website and called them monday morning to confirm they had gotten my message. Although their schedule was full they managed to respond mid day and get my unit back running. Their service tech Justin was responsive to my situation and explained the issue.     I reached out to 3D Air one evening about installing a UV-C light in the air ducts at my office. When I got to work the next morning I had a detailed quote with 3 options and the benefits of each one. Derek was quick to respond to my questions and worked to get the products installed within a week. The techs were helpful and fast, installing 2 Air Scrubbers and servicing both AC units.     Our A/C unit went out on Friday evening and 3D Air was at my house by 10:00 p.m.! My whole unit needed replacement and 3D Air did a wonderful and professional job of removing the old unit and installing a new one. Techs were friendly and professional, worked quietly, and did a thorough job of cleaning up once the job was finished. They have even been back to my house to check on the unit and check on our satisfaction! The new unit is so quiet I have to stand next to the return air vent to hear it! I love it and am totally satisfied with 3D Air and the job they did for us!

    We bought a Trane. The brand sold itself, Derek (owner) and Justin helped us decide which model. They were both exceedingly patient, knowledgeable and professional.     Came home from working nights and noticed it was a little hot in the house. A/C was running but no air was coming out. Gave 3-D Air a call and they quickly returned my call. This was at 8am on a Sunday mind you. They showed up in no time and had it diagnosed and fixed quick. Wife and kids are happy so Im happy. Great honest people and fair priced!!!!!
