Both of my units got hit by lightning. I was out of air for one week. I turned into my home warranty, which paid zero . I then turned it into my homeowners. State Farm was wonderful handling My claim . Joes was out in one day gave me an estimate put my units in knowing that I was waiting on my insurance payment to arrive in seven days. joe’s guys were very professional. I will use their service over no doubt. Logan handled all my paperwork professional and efficient.

My experience with this firm has been great. They are responsive, even on weekends (and even one holiday - 4th of July in fact) to keep my home cool. Prices are great, service is fast and quality is outstanding. For Southwest Louisiana, you could not ask for a better organization to keep your HVAC systems running. They take care of my rental properties as well.

Joe was a lifesaver! A/C went out called several companies and they couldnt make it out for several days. Called Joes and he came out that evening with no extra charge for after hours. Being in the military i have delt with A/C companies from many states and he was the first not to upcharge parts and services. Price was more then fair and cheaper then i expected. Proublem was a capacitor a known problem with A/Cs and he was $100 cheaper then i have ever had for that repair before. Thank you Joes
