Very honest and upfront with what is going on with your units. Previously called out a big professional company and they didn’t want to tell me anything about the AC units other than replace them and give them $25,000. CMT home service was able to get my units going for a small fee. Way Less than Half the price of the big companies and steel guarantees one year labor 10 year on units new installed units!!!

My Lennox blower fan stopped working in the middle of the night. Rene was able to come by my house in between two other scheduled jobs, remove my faulty fan and take it to Lennox to get a replacement fan under warranty (expensive $600 variable speed fan), and come back and install it. His pricing for labor was very competitive dealing with Lennox’ strict and annoying warranty process. Very fast and responsive service. Thank you.
