    Very happy with the work John and his team provide. Lights look great, had a couple lights go out and needed to add a wreath afterwards and Andy fixed it right away no charge. it is so easy to schedule right online. Nice to have them store items during remainder of year. This is the third year I have used them. Highly recommend!! Hope to use them as well for power washing.

    Christian did a great job for us. I liked the detail included in the premium service - high dusting for cobwebs, rail cleaning, razor scraping etc. They even did a little extra helping us clean a high ledge that had been neglected for a long time. Windows are bright and cleaner than theyve been in years. Screens look great too!

    I would like to call out Clayton from North Dallas Window Washing for his meticulous attention to detail on my 1924 windows. Clayton did the an outstanding job on these old windows. He doubled back after finishing the interior to the exterior and back again to ensure that no smudges or drips remained. I appreciated this because he remembered the places that he felt needed further cleaning. He asked if he could come back in to make that additional cleaning. Im flipping a home in Flower Mound that had a ton of overspray from drywall and paint repairs as well as a smoke film inside from the previous owners who smoked. Very friendly, efficient, and informative. Its an old house and the windows were filthy and also had a lot of paint residue from a recent repainting of the frames. They were able to add paint scraping for just a small additional fee. The overall price was far more reasonable than other companies I looked into. I highly recommend North Dallas Window Cleaning, and told my landlord to use them for his other properties!

    Our experience with John and his team has been very good. The crew showed up a little early, which of course is better than late. They quickly started work without any delay or interference. Within about 3 1/2 hours, all windows and doors were cleaned. They even removed and cleaned our solar screens. But the real surprise was they also provided a removal of old tint film left from a previous owner. Of course this was an extra charge, but great work. I’m considering a twice a year schedule for our home using North Dallas Window Cleaning.
