    This is our second year using Glass Geeks for Christmas light installation. We described what we wanted and the Glass Geeks team custom cut lights for our house then installed them. When the holidays were over a team member came out removed the lights, labeled and packed them away for this year. The process this year was even easier as the lights were already labeled and ready for installation. The same gentlemen that installed last year were back again this year. Shane and his team are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend using them!

    Shout out to Glass Geeks for another fantastic job! I have used them 3-4 times a year for going on 3 years and they exceed expectations every time. Today, they cleaned windows inside and out to include window tracks and wiping down screens. Power washed patio, front door entrance, sidewalk, and driveway. They also vacuumed cabinet tops too tall for me to address, and solved a gutter issue. Thank you Spechelle and Joe for your can do attitude on an especially cold, windy day👍.     I believe Nick and Lance came to my house (sorry if I got your names wrong) to do a cleaning of our house. They were two of the nicest people and did a great job explaining everything. I didnt realize that they would also be cleaning the back patio, so I didnt remove anything from it. They were nice enough to remove everything without me asking and clean the patio. The results were amazing. The process was easy from start to finish and we will trust glass geeks with all of our cleaning needs.

    Glass Geeks installed our home LED Christmas lighting this year. We are extremely pleased with the results. Isela came to our home, measured and explained the process to us. Our roofline LED Christmas lighting is stunning, simple and elegant - just what we wanted. The installers (Grant and Randy) were quiet workers and installed our roofline LED Christmas lighting in about an hour. They were professional and respectful. We did not need to get on a ladder and climb on the roof - the installers did all that for us. Everything worked great - they set the timer to come on at sunset and then go off automatically at the time we got to choose. Glass Geeks will come remove our LED Christmas lighting and store for us in THEIR storage facility. What a great win/win solution for us and for Glass Geeks!!

    A few weeks ago, I called to schedule gutter cleaning with glass geeks. The appointment was for June 1, 2022 at 9:30am. Weve used Glass Geeks in prior years and are impressed with their quality of work. On the day of this appointment, the technician did not show up on time (in prior years the tech arrived at or very near the appointment time). A few hours later I called their office and discovered there was an apparent glitch and our service was not on their schedule for that day. The owner Shane called me back to gather details on what might have happened with the missing appointment. He graciously offered (which I accepted) to send out the tech that afternoon to perform our service. I appreciate the quality service and responsiveness from each person who works at Glass Geeks. Glass Geeks are the best!

    We use Glass Geeks for their Christmas light installation services. Last year was our first year using them and they were absolutely fantastic. Shane answered all my questions extremely quickly and never kept me waiting. He helped me with all my ideas that I had and his team of installers executed those ideas flawlessly!!! They just came out today and installed our lights for this year and again it was just exceptional customer service and execution. My husband got home tonight and realized after looking at the install that we forgot to ask them to add some extra plugs like they did for us last year. So I shot a quick text over to Shane at 8:30pm and he responded immediately. He told us no problem and will be sending somebody back out the next chance they get to add the extra plugs for us. Let me just tell you not only do the lights look amazing but the customer service is impeccable!!!!!! We will be using them over and over and over again.

    Awesome work, had the driveway, two walkways, the sidewalk and curb pressure washed and I couldnt be happier. The technician called he was running a little behind, but still arrived within the scheduled window. He was professional, well versed and very customer oriented and what really stood out was his willingness to work and for the customer to be content. He took his time, almost 3 hours, but never once complained, the driveway hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long and it looks like the concrete was just poured. He took pride in how work, the company should be grateful to have such a great employee. He presented the bill very professionally and even gave me an option because he deserved a tip. Highly recommend this company and I know I will be calling them again.

    I had a great experience with this company right before the Christmas holidays. So much so, I felt compelled to write a review, which I dont do often.I initially reached out to Glass Geeks on their website after searching many window cleaning companies.They surprisingly had a very nice and concise video on the website on how to count or better yet, how cleaning companies count your windows for a price estimate. After viewing the video, I was able to confidently request on the website an estimate for the work I would like done for my home. After I was agreeable with the price (which was very reasonable), I was able to quickly schedule an appointment on their website.Soon after I received a prompt confirmation email and eventually a confirmation call. The initial appointment had to be changed twice due to very cold temperatures and rain (actually my initial and back-up appointments was scheduled for the week we had f rain and cold temperatures while led to our Dec. 2017 SA Snow Day). Shane, with Glass Geeks, was very prompt with communicating with me throughout the week. When the appointment was finally agreed upon for the following week; the day of the appointment Shane made sure to contact me via phone to give an ETA on the service individuals and their names. Then I received a call from the service gentleman when they were about 20 minutes from my home.Glass Geeks were prompt, professional, courteous, and did a WONDERFUL job with my windows. Shane also stopped by as a courtesy to ensure things were running smoothly, which I appreciated.At the end of the service, my total price was pretty close with what was originally estimated online.I was so impressed with Glass Geeks, not only will I be using their services again this Spring; I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of Window Cleaning.

    Glass Geeks is also a Professional Christmas Light Installation Company. They create a fantastic high-quality Holiday lighting display out of a few strands of lights. The owner/manager personally installed my lights at night rather than reschedule me. A small electrical issue (or lack thereof) on my porch did not stop them from completing a beautiful and working front yard Christmas holiday lighting experience.     I had the Glass Geeks team come to my house yesterday, and I really enjoyed the experience! Starting with their flexibility to accommodate my schedule, as I initially had to reschedule my appt last minute, and they had no issue with rescheduling me. Then, they had an opening and contacted me to see if I would like them to come a little early. Furthermore, they did a really good job (judging by the pictures they provided me) of cleaning gutters who havent been cleaned for years, and advised me on some actions I could take to keep my gutters problem free.     These guys are awesome.     Used this company for Christmas light installation. We were worried as it was after Thanksgiving and thought it would be too late. I called for an estimate and was contacted same day with info. They were able to give an estimate from google maps and we scheduled for a few days later. We just had them installed and the two guys were extremely professional and friendly.     Glass Geeks was a phenomenal team to work with on our extremely short-notice requirement to wash the windows of the 37 TRW HQ Building on JBSA Lackland to prepare us for an inspection.     We recently hired Glass Geeks to clean our gutters including a clogged downspout. They were extremely responsive to our request for an estimate and quickly executed the work order online. At the last minute, we decided to add window and screen cleaning to the job and they were more than willing to include this work in the same visit. Upon arrival, the team of three immediately got to work and divided and conquered. Both our gutters and windows were well overdue for a cleaning. However, they quickly and efficiently completed the entire job in about an hour and a half and did a great job. All in all, a pleasant and satisfying experience dealing with Glass Geeks.     We used Glass Geeks for the first time. We had them clean our metal roof. We have a 2 story house on a hill and have a 12’ slab in the back so it’s like 3 stories. They were AMAZING! Roof looks brand new again which is beyond with all the live oak trees around us.We had also scheduled our windows in & outside. They took off all screens, scrubbed and washed them, cleaned inside and outside. We’ve used other companies in the past and never had as much detail spent to really completely get all parts cleaned.Also scheduled our dryer vent to be cleaned.     Glass Geeks started with a wonderful first impression when I called and spoke to Rachel. Having a pleasant person be your first point of contact makes a world of difference. I had plugged in my window count on the website, and I honestly thought I had done something wrong because the price was so good; lower than any other quotes I had received. Rachel helped me make sure I was doing my count correctly....and since the price was great I was able to go ahead and have all my windows done instead of the number I originally was planning on getting cleaned.I did have to reschedule but Shane assured me it was not a problem and gave me no pressure on finding a new date.Shane and Jeremy do a fabulous job! They are efficient and with their time, and do quality work. Tracks, screens and windows all came out sparkly clean!     A Very impressive company best describes Glass Geeks!! I called Shane yesterday (4/18/16) to see if they could power wash my driveway, curbs, sidewalks and patios.     We installed a brand new product call EverLights which is a permanently installed and programmable holiday lighting package. It was so new Shane flew to Salt Lake City for training. While there were some challenges and learning curve we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Our experience was a little frustrating due to the very first installment but I have no doubt that any future installation will go very smoothly. Shane is the ultimate professional and I would trust him for any service and will use more of his services in the future.Update after a year problem with lights was located by Mike (a new employee). The window cleaning was excellent and although the gutters were cleaned the loose and missing gutter screws were not repaired. I normally would not check the work of a highly rated organization such as yours and only discovered the problem while on a ladder next to the house trimming a tree. I continued the inspection and found several more on the east and north sides of the house. With this many instances I can only assume your technician didnt bother to check for this condition. I am requesting the job I paid for be completed or a partial refund issued.Update - Once the issue was reported the company promptly made another service call to correct the issue.     The full experience was great from getting the quote very quickly on-line to the personnel showing up on time, being very courteous while they were there doing the work and being very receptive to cleaning up any spots that they missed after my inspection of the work. They made recommendations while they were there, told me the cost on the spot and allowed me time to ponder without pressuring me to make a hasty decision. I didnt feel the need to have to babysit them. As a matter of fact, I left the house a couple of times and never felt that my house or belongings were in jeopardy. I would highly recommend these guys for their professionalism and job performance. Good luck on future jobs and keep up the great work.

    If I remember his name correctly, Shane, the gentleman that came by to clean the windows, was very professional and exceeded my expectations. Even though I came off rude at first Im sure (there was some confusion) he maintained a smile on his face and assured me great service. Sure enough he listened to my needs and delivered as promised. I really appreciate everything he did today. I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone! The windows look so clean!

    Scott and Jasmine was the great team that came to our home and cleaned every outside window on our Spring Branch home. I guess I just never imagined that a window cleaning service was so thorough and would do such an amazing job ... took off screens and washed and returned them, pointed out issues that I might need to address... scrubbed with way more than just soap and water!! I didnt realize I was suppose to be able to actually see thru my lead glass front door! Seriously! They were in and out in no time and I am committed to have them back at least twice a year!!     We had Glass Geek power wash our house and sidewalks, clean out the gutters and clean the windows inside and out. Just like last year, these folks did an excellent job and we will have them out again next year. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because as they were packing up to leave we had to inform them that they had forgotten to do the back of the house and the back sidewalk. I would have dinged them only 1/2 star for that however this rating service does not have that capability.

    I found out about Glass Geeks through a Valpak coupon. This is the BEST company that has ever come out to do my windows. They take NO shortcuts and I couldnt be happier. I also had them soft wash my entire house. I wasnt sure what to expect with this.... but I can assure you that on the scale of 1 to 10, its a 15! It looks like a brand new house. Glass Geeks will be my go to for all of my outdoor cleaning needs!

    We hired the Glass Geeks to do a difficult job: cleaning a multi-layered clay tile roof. The job was done in a very professional manner by a group of people who were a pleasure to deal with. It was much appreciated that they all were polite, on-time, with a can-do attitude. As well, the fact that they conducted the job while being mindful of their surroundings (i.e dont soil or damage things around you) is too rare not to mention.If you have not understood it by now, the glass geeks have won a customer for life!

    Its a little worrisome to hire a business for the first time. Online reviews were great so I chose this company.b they contacted me right away and made an appointment. They came to the appointment on time. They had a large crew and were very professional. I am selling the house and I needed 1st and second story windows cleaned inside and out. They split up and tackled my house like a defensive line creaming Tony Romo. They did an excellent job and my windows havent looked that good in 8 years; since we owned the house! The fee was price per window and very reasonable. The owner was on site supervising (and cleaning). They did not try to upsell me on services I did not want. 100 percent satisfied! Would use them again for windows or other services they offer.

    Being new to Texas, I had no idea that the white stuff in my brand new homes back windows was calcium. The sprinkler system had in fact been running while the home was on the market - splattering the windows in the process.After googling the best window cleaners in my area code and speaking to the office manager, I scheduled someone to come out for a quote and was actually assisted by the owner of the company.
