    I highly recommend the presentation that Luis Elola had for us in our home. His presentation consisted of proven scientific data on the effects that hard water has on our health, plumbing system, and finances over time. Luis did a great job presenting on-the-spot tests of the chemicals our water contains and how the chemicals negatively affect our laundry, skin, and plumbing systems. Through his presentation, we were able to compare the differences between hard water and conditioned water visually, physically, and even through taste. We had received many presentations from a variety of presenters from different companies. None of those presentations compared to the one we received by Luis Elola. His presentation gave us the true understanding and priceless benefits of having a conditioned and purified water system (with lifetime warranty) in our home.

    As for the sales representative, the experience was very pleasant. Mr. De la Garza was very professional and sincere. His demonstrations on how the sweetwater softwater system works were detailed, but effective and to the point, clearly exemplifying the benefits of the system and the monetary expenses and savings. The only opportunity is that the presentation can be lengthy and was not explained from the start of the appointment. Make sure to ask about this, as you will need about 3.5 hours- 4 hours from the time the presentation starts up to the credit application process and paperwork that needs to be signed. Overall, based on the long term calculated savings and health effects, this is a good project to do at any home.

    The Presentation was GREAT!! At first I thought it was just a water test an in and out type of deal but I decided to hear Randy out. The presentation has alot of visual which makes it interesting but you can also feel the difference of sweeteater and faucet water. Its an expensive investment but the presentation is an eye opener to all the savings Sweatwater has to offer. Im looking into finding a financing company to get the product. I recommend the presentation to anyone, its lengthy but interesting. Also Randy W. was very polite, respectful, funny, kind and professional. Which I feel are key characteristics when inviting a stranger to your home.
