    As new customers of Sweetwater Home Services, we are absolutely thrilled with the recent purchase of our new water softener, reverse osmosis, clean start laundry, and air filtration systems that were installed today, and we owe it all to Gina Acree. From the moment she arrived at our home, and proceeded to remove her shoes at the door before stepping inside, we knew right away that Gina was not a typical salesperson. We knew she was someone who walked the walk and felt strongly about the company that she represented. Which again was blatantly obvious during the interactive visit that included a discussion with us regarding our family needs, followed by water testing and comparison, and lastly an overview of Sweetwater products and services. Gina was extremely knowledgeable and personable, and made us feel like we’ve known her forever. She shared stories about how her own family uses the products and services, and how important they are to her. As I mentioned earlier, she was genuine and answered every one of our questions completely and honestly. We were extremely impressed, and by the end of the visit, we couldn’t wait to purchase the four systems listed above. If that wasn’t enough, our purchase came with a five year supply of cleaning products, body wash, hand, face, laundry soap, and shampoo, all made from natural ingredients. In addition, we received 650 pounds of salt for our water softener. Gina was amazing and we strongly recommend contacting her for an in-home presentation and to become Sweetwater customers.     Excellent service and best water softener !! We bought our original system over 16 years ago and just had service and it was all covered under warranty!! Then we met with our original sales rep Gina Acree and upgraded our control panel and got all our filters replaced !! Josh was great and was our first technician for repairs and Saul did our install of the upgrade and him and his crew replaced all the filters!! This was our first repair in over 16 years! They take GREAT care of their customers and obviously the company takes great care of them!! Gina has been with them 31 years and is excellent and extremely detailed in her presentations and water testing!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks so much for everything !!

    Sweetwater Home Services was fantastic. They showed up on time and were extremely knowledgeable. Our service technician explained everything in detail as he was working make sure to give me upfront prices, and to notify me on some things that were needing replacement and what those prices would be. He gave me the option to keep them or replace them, which I really appreciate some companies just replace things and then tell you after the fact, but not. In this case, I will definitely be calling Sweetwater home service in the future for my water purification needs.

    Have had our Rain Soft unit over 20 years. When issues arise Sweetwater is quick to respond. Recently had concerns that the unit wasnt working properly. Technician Ray responded on time, diagnosed and corrected. Ray explained features I had forgotten. Was extremely professional and personable. Recommend any incentives be allocated to him. This was not just a bandaid fix. Am very pleased with Sweet Water Home services. Highly recommend.

    Excellent service! We have had the system for over a decade and had some issues that fall under the normal wear and tear. Juan texted the project time of arrival and was on time, he was very polite, profesional, and explained what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix the issue.     Gina came out to our house and did a very thorough analysis or our water. After seeing how hard our water was, and spending quite a bit of money repairing and replacing big box store DIY systems, we decided to purchase our Sweetwater system.     Recently had my soft water system moved from the side of my house to the garage. Two gentlemen handled this install by the names of David and Robert and both guys did an awesome job. From cleaning everything up to packing the grass and dirt back over the lines. On top of that theyre nice relatable people as well.     Had an appointment with Frank Gonzales. He was very prompt with his arrival. I really appreciated that since competitors I had appointments with were late or no shows. His presentation was thorough. It did not feel like a sales pitch and did not feel pressured. It was very affordable surprisingly and I am very excited to finally drink water from my faucets!Edit- just completed our install, just two days after the sale! (On a Sunday! ) Jonathan and his install team were amazing. Showed up on time and they went above and beyond. Our house is in the remodel stages and they volunteered to finish connecting my kitchen sink so they can install the RO system rather than rescheduling. We are so appreciative. They were very professional and thorough with the install. Helped me set up my phone app to connect the system and we are ready to go. This had been one of the best experiences with Home Depot and I highly recommend.

    We scheduled a free consultation and Frank came out to our home within a few days. He explained the system in detail, his thoroughness was part of the reason we chose to have the system installed. We knew our water wasn’t the best, but seeing the actual water tests really solidified our decision. We enjoyed having Frank in our home, and he was patient with our toddler to boot. He did not make us feel obligated at all to purchase the system, which was great. He first approached us at Home Depot and asked if we would be interested in hearing about the water softener.He came to our home and showed us a lot of things we had no idea of. I have been a huge advocate for clean drinking water and filtering since I caught an ugly bacteria from water at a golf resort in Nevada. Even though that was many years ago the illness is still in my mind today.I was not only disgusted by what I was brushing my teeth with, it made sense to me why many issues I saw was contributed directly to the city water.Super great guy, very knowledgeable, and when our filter on our refrigerator showed the signs of being an excellent filter system he agreed. I felt at that time he was not just trying to make a sale but being honest.If anyone wants to have someone in their home to look at what Sweetwater has to offer I would ask directly for Antonio Ruiz.System review will be coming as soon as we get it and try it out.

    Our home needed a new water softener. We contacted Home Depot who send out a sweet water consultant who provide us with a water test and demonstration of their equipment. The consultant provided us with valuable information on their product and the services. When we set up our purchase plan she provided us with all the necessary information we needed. We were delighted to find out that we would receive next day installation. As I write this review I now have my new softner installed just a difference in service all around my husband had been in contact with original softener installer and had waited quite sometime for responses and no demonstration was ever provided! Sweetwater provided great service all around and had consultant willing to answer questions.

    Marek with Sweet water services has been on time, helpful and professional each time he has provided services for our system. Our system works great and he always explains everything thoroughly. My only negative experience with this company has been actually getting appointments made. I have called on several occasions to make appointments and am told someone will call me back right away but they do not. I usually wait a week to give them time to return the call and wind up having to call back a second time.

In the short time he was at our home, I found out he is married, loves animals, has 3 rescue dogs, is very patriotic, and a Christian. He went the extra mile and checked out my entire system to ensure it was A-OK. He also helped me setup my soft water app and explained how to use it. The guy running the install was confused about how they were gonna be able to drain & feed the system . I could tell he was frustrated.     When we moved into our house there was already a water softener system installed here but we had no idea how to use it or if it even worked still being that this was an older home. We called Sweetwater and asked if they could send a technician out to explain how to use it and see if it even worked. Marek came out and was so kind and explained everything. He went through the house and even showed us we had a HEPA air system as well as they keep records on all installations and had records for the previous owners from 2009! Marek was a joy to talk to and took lots of time to explain what we needed and why and to make sure we were good to go if we wanted to get everything back up and running. Our system works just fine it turns out, we just need filters and salt as the system has been off since 2009. Weve already booked another appointment to get the proper materials from them. I had unintentionally done something to our water system that would cause our future water bills to skyrocket. I wasnt aware of how my actions would cost us in the future, but Marek explained what was going to happen, and what I needed to do to lessen the impact of my mistake, and made sure we had the paperwork we needed to support our case. He took his time and helped my elderly husband and me in a variety of ways that exceeded a mere changing of a filter. He was kind and patient, never once making us feel that our questions were adding to his workday. He is a fantastic ambassador for the Sweetwater company, and a kind, caring human being.

    Carlos Serrano was the technician that serviced my RO, replaced the activated carbon in the system, and even cleaned the flow meter so that the system would regenerate properly. Something that it hadnt . been doing for 3 months. All in one hour of service. He made sure that I understood what he was doing, how the systems worked, and what he and Sweetwater were ready to do if I needed anything. He was a quick, professional, and very friendly.     Very knowledgeable and professional. Informed me of every detail and the reasons why they were being done. Very friendly and courteous. He kept searching for the reason as to why my water was salty and continued until he found the culprit...pressure reducer valve kicking out a psi of only 40.     Came to my house to test my water through home depot. Gina was great. I wouldve rated 5 stars but home depot made it sound like this was a requirement and not optional. Ended up purchasing the builders grade water softener unit with installation included. Overall, plan on having them test your water for 2 hours.

    We had Jim Smith come out today for the needed maintenance on our 8 year old system. He was very informative about what the system was doing and what it needed. After changing the filters, membrane, and carbon he explained all that he had done and the computer updates he was making. He also told uswhat we will need in the future to take care of the system.     I got a call from Home Depot to schedule a free water test since I recently bought a refrigerator. I said sure it can’t hurt. I do wish they had told me that they were doing the test in hopes of selling me the water system so I was prepared what to expect.Alice came to my house and explained the water test she was going to do and showed me the benefits of having softened water and it was very informative. She also showed the difference between my water vs the softened water in terms of drinking and hand washing. She also answered any questions my dad or I had, and made calls to find out any answers she wasn’t sure on. She has a lot of knowledge about water and the water softener systems, and I ended up purchasing the system for my home.

    Shawn had great energy, you can tell that he genuinely gets excited to help educate people on the minerals and chemicals in peoples water, thereby helping them to improve their lives! We never felt pressured to purchase, and we were ultimately swayed by the clear evidence the water brought to our attention. With a dog who had kidney stones surgically removed due to the hard water hed been drinking for so many years, we knew we needed the products Shawn was demonstrating for our familys health. Tbh, I was expecting the cost to be a little ridiculous, and being a more conservative, finance-minded individual, I was ready to be the voice of reason saying we should consult our budget and then let him know later, but in reality, once I saw what was in our water, I knew we had to have this. Then, when I saw the price breakdown, I was the one saying, yes, today, right now, lets do this! 10/10 would recommend.
