Our water was so hard it smelled like chlorine and stained all of our furniture. Since weve had our system, about 2 weeks now, we have seen many notable differences. Our skin feels softer, soap use is now cut by half, hair is shinier, skin isnt as dry as it used to be. The best part is that our food is tastier, brought out all the flavors. Overall, we are very happy with our water and the service and knowledge Andy provided. Thank you Purity Bay!

We can’t say enough about the water system that we had installed by Purity Bay! I never thought I would say this, but our drinking water is delicious! We can taste the difference now when we drink water out in restaurants. We have had this system for over 5 years and it has been wonderful. The water leaves our skin feeling really nice and fresh after bathing and soap doesn’t leave a residue. They have excellent customer service and helped me transport the system to my new house when we moved. I highly recommend Purity Bay!

Ive had this system for about a month. Ive never had a water softener before so I was excited to get this one. I had another company come out as well, but this system seem to have a better cleaning and more filters for the water to go through. So far I am extremely happy with it. I love the soft water, the way it feels and my hair too. Everyone has been super helpful and pleasant to work with.

We have had the water filter and reverse osmosis system for over 2 years now and the investment has been worth the cost. Soap scum has been eliminated, no need for expensive detergent, and you can feel the difference in your hair and skin. The drinking water filter saves us so much because there is no need to buy water and the filters lasted us 2 years before we needed to change them. We are heavy water drinkers as well. I highly recommend this system and I believe you will not be disappointed. I was a little hesitant with the cost at first, but it is an investment for home owners and those wanting clean water to run through your showers, sinks, and drinking capabilities. We are a military family that is currently moving and the ability for them to come, at no cost, disconnect our system and once we get to the new state, reconnect, is another added bonus. I recommend their water system and the quality has proven to be of very high standards.

Purity Bay is the best! I didn’t know how much I needed them until now! Jaime came to my house and sat with my husband and I to explain everything about the filtration, I didn’t have to ask 110 questions because he was so thorough in a presentation about how the water is cleaned and filtered. When we decided to finally get it, they were quick, efficient and so professional with the installation. My youngest son has severe eczema and it’s been so rough not to mention painful trying to find alternatives to medications. But now with this system he hasn’t had a breakout since we got Purity Bay installed ... 3 MONTHS !!! I’m extremely happy with my system and my kitchen reverse osmosis makes it so much easier to drink water! Five stars from me, I definitely recommend to anyone wanting a water softener. 🙂

At first I thought it was just water passing water through a filter, what difference could I see, but once installed I feel the difference, for example, my skin feels fresher, I dont feel dry after bathing, and even in the shower there were stains on the floor from the soap but with the filter there are no longer any stains, in fact I am not drinking water from the tap, I was using pure bottled water but now I drink water from the kitchen filter, the truth is I do recommend Purity Bay Water Filtration Systems
