    After a mold inspection was done, SERVEPRO of Marble Falls/Lampasas came out to do the remediation. Before just ripping out a 2 year old cabinet, counter, sinks and tile, they did a thorough consultation with us to discuss the issue as well as snake cameras into the suspected areas. Turns out it was the drains, and nothing had to be ripped out. We were relieved that we did not have to spend thousands of dollars on remediation and reconstruction. The owner Alan and his team Matthew and Benny were knowledgeable, professional, and above all, HONEST. They also provided us with an organic product to address the issue. We will be reaching out to them again for other work, like duct and tile cleaning.

    What great service! Two people spent hours taking photos, measuring and getting other details at a property that had been mismanaged and left filthy. Another company sent one man who spent about 15 minutes looking around. I know ServPro knows the extent of the work needed so I won’t have any surprises of work not getting done that I thought was going to be done. Good job.

    Woke at 4 am on Sunday to a flooded master bedroom, bathroom and two guest bedrooms. Called Serv pro and within a few hours they had arrived, friendly and ready to manage the disaster. Friendly , responsive, professional. I cannot thank them enough for their quick response that helped minimize the damage that meds repair . Thank you so much for your help and friendly staff .

    I could not have had a better experience with SERVPRO!! They were at my home within an hour and a half. Patrick and Jeff were very professional, friendly, organized and upbeat. I felt very comfortable with them. They explained the whole process to me and were neat and cleaned up well. I enjoyed working with them and the people in the office. I hope I have no more water events, but I know who to call and I recommend the company with no reservations. Bravo!!!

    Jeff and Patrick were amazing. They were very professional, courtesy and confident in their work. They said it would take three days to finish their work in which our house flooded due to a pipe burst and they were done in three days. They both worked very hard everyday they came out.     A big thanks to SERVPRO of Marble Falls and Lampasas! We had a water leak in our Llano home that flooded 1/3 of our house. Not a fun thing to come home to. Within 1 hour of my call to SERVPRO they were working to clean up the mess and start the drying process with fans and dehumidifiers. The SERVPRO team dropped by each day to check on the drying process until it was complete. In addition, they documented everything for our insurance company. Smitty and Jeff’s attention to detail was wonderful! Their knowledge and great communication along the entire way was excellent! It was a relief knowing they were on top of things and taking care of our house.

    We had the pleasure of using Servpro for duct cleaning and were very pleased with the experience. Shannon, Tom, Jeff and Patrick were great to work with. They explained everything well and gave a detailed written estimate before the work was started as well as great communication for times and work that was needed. Would certainly recommend them.

    Fast & professional. We hired Tom & Smitty to clean all floors in a relatives house that were selling. They were on time, gave us a quote, and when we agreed to hire them they got right to work the same day. The floors were very dirty with years of grime, but these guys did a great job. Although the house was empty of furniture, they even moved the stove, refrigerator,and water heater so all flooring was cleaned. They finished the job the same day. The house looks great and even smells better! Recommended.

    They got me scheduled super fast. Came out gave a very reasonable offer for upholstery and area rug cleaning. They even went the extra mile to clean 2 extra chairs at no charge! Great customer service! He even taught me an easy way to spot clean the upholstery. Will definitely be using their services again and recommend their services!

    When a bolt rusted out booster pump inside mechanical room flooded along with our entire 1st floor. Was 5 am, called Servpro they were here in an hour, did an excellent job. Came back and shampooed a wool rug after job was completed.

    The team did a fantastic job cleaning our stores carpeting. They removed some stains that I thought were impossible to remove. They were also careful to make certain that my fixtures and other furniture were not damaged during the cleaning. They showed up at the scheduled time and were very professional. Our store smells wonderful and clean. Customers ask if we got new carpet! I will definitely use them again.

    After having a water heater failure cause a ceiling failure in our downstairs neighbors unit (after sitting for about 4 weeks), they came out the next day and tested the space and the materials (luckily no mold or microbial concerns wer identified), made recommendations on how to remediate the damage and treatedpermanent construction in the areas were the standing water was. All in all a very pleasant and professional interaction that certainl made me feel much more comfortable with movinig forward with repairs. Would definitely call them again (but hopefully wont have to).

    Tom Mason was super fast in getting to us after a frozen drain pipe caused our washer to back up into and all across our home in the middle of the night. A bathroom also had a pipe or something burst that night. Within a few hours of calling, Tom was there unloading about 20 fans/dehumidifiers into our home. He lives about an hour away, but came back daily for three days to remove baseboards, drill holes to allow faster drying, take a large rug to clean for us, etc. He even had Joe from the Comfort area ServPro come out to be there at an earlier time on the second day so that no time was wasted. Their service was prompt, professional and successful. Highly recommend calling them in your time of need!

    Shannon & her team (Servpro) did an amazing and quick job for us! We had a small fire that left us down and out for a week, we needed to get back into business and told them that so they did everything they could for us to get back up and running .     I recently utilized SERVPRO Marble Falls for water damage in my Master bath, Master Bedroom, guest bedroom and bath due to a broken shower pan. SERVPRO contacted the same afternoon that USAA was informed of the problem. They set up date and time and when promised. Three man crew...did initial evaluation removed damaged flooring, baseboards, other misc. And set up numerous fans and dehumidifiers. They also scheduled when they would be back and upon return had one small primary area that still needed attention for a couple of days..these guys did cleanups, sweeping; handled everything and even played with my dog while I was working from home in a recliner.Bottom line: these guys are Pros through and through. Being an Engineer I am a sticker for detail and efficiency....Professional, responsive, efficient, attention to detail. Around this area finding a Company of this caliber can be very difficult. I will hopefully NOT have to use them again as I hope no additional freak issues; but if so, they will be the first ones I will call as they get 5 stars across the board.Steve C.     I just got off the phone with Emily who was so so so helpful with my questions regarding getting rid of unpleasant odors in our new home.The previous tenant was a heavy smoker and had cats which apparently ran the house, which she was able to explain to me how complex those particular odors are.I was really overwhelmed with how to tackle these issues, but after speaking with Emily I have SO much more confidence and peace of mind handling this project!!Thank you so much for your help Emily, it is the best talking to someone so knowledgeable and wonderfully friendly! ❤️

    I called Servpro for a water leak in one of our apartments and they were able to show up within an hour of the call to start the extraction process and dry out. The technician was very professional and patient and explained each step of the process along the way. Both techs were very helpful and had a way of explaining things so that the resident stayed calm. They were able to complete the entire process within a week and we are so grateful that they came to the rescue. Thank you Servpro!

    ServPro was FANTASTIC!! We had a flood caused by a clothes washer that malfunctioned sending water over the utility room, dining room, and into the front hall. ServPro came out and cleaned up the mess that we couldnt get to and dried out the utility room and the living room. They truly do make it like it never happened!!! I hope I never have to clean up a mess like the one we had, but I know who to call if it ever happens again!!

    Servpro came to the rescue during a time where we were clueless on how to treat the situation we were in. A large calf from our herd was attacked and was chased by a wild animal into our backyard where it somehow crawled and died under our manufactured home. My dad removed the carcass. But nothing could remove the smell that moved us out of our home for 11 days. Servpro stepped up to the challenge immediately with ideas to aid in speeding up the process for the external site (remnants of the cow carcass) and what to do for the noxious smell inside our house. All it took was a company that was quick on their toes and thought outside of the box. Thank you to everyone at Servpro, from call intake to dispatch to everyone who came out to the house, it was phenomenal service. 👏🏼 You got us back in our home! And it smells like a home again!

    ServPro provided AC vent and duct cleaning services and did it well, promptly and on time. They do not do mold inspections but referred me to a hygienist. They were not able to say for certain why one of the vents was not working and referred me to a contractor. The cleaning was recommended by my wifes doctor because my wife was suffering from new onset of allergic cough and congestion. It has only been a few days so we will see if she improves.
