House and property just as advertised. Huge house. On Saturday morning we had no hot water. Left VM at 8:30ish... Went to bait shop and let them know too. By 9am had guy out to replace hot water heater. Office called about 9:15 to let us know a heater is on its way. 2 hours later got another call to make sure we had hot water. Super fast very courteous.Views and deck/pier amazing! Only thing I would have liked to see is some updating to the tiny jack and jill bathrooms and lights all the way down pier.

Incredible Property Management Company, I have stayed at 320 Copano on several occasions, I have always found the residence to be very well kept and extremely comfortable. This location is perfect for the fisherman who needs a pull through driveway and the family that wants to be within walking distance to several of the local restaurants and tackle shops. The Ladys with the property management company go out of their way to insure your stay is a Great One, Thank you and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Easy and convenient to book a weekend stay. Reasonably priced. One of the better places to stay at Port Mansfield. Definitely recommended.

Planning a last minute getaway may seem a little daunting, but with the help of the staff at Yknot it’s easy and stress free!Spent a few night at a rental with friends and family and it was amazing.The booking was easy and staff guided me to the exact rental to suit my needs.The fishing pier made for great fishing day or night.Port Mansfield is an amazing community, great fishing, bird watching and of course you can’t forget the deer!Beautiful bucks and so many doe and their fawns. It was beautiful. A family of them came to visit a few time during our stay.Visit Port Mansfield and stay with Yknot, you will knot 😄 be disappointed.We will definitely be back….we want to make our family getaways monthly events.Thanks again Yknot, you rock!

Highly recommend booking with Y-knot. My entire booking expierience was very positive. Loved the house we stayed at, super clean and the perfect size for my party of guests. Very friendly staff upon checkout. Will DEFINITELY be booking again with them.!
