Totally exceeded my expectations. Very clean and hospitable staff. There was a scorpion in my master bathroom but was able to release the little one back out in the woods. Yes, its Texas so you may in all its rarity may see a scorpion. The scenic lake views and accommodations where just what I needed. A few miles away there was a nice Thai place for dinner. FYI, the resort is located near Dr. Nunnlley and Associates dental office. If i knew how wonderful it was going to be I would have stayed for a week.

Marble Falls Resort was a great place to relax and unwind. The rooms were nicely furnished and well stocked with dishes. It felt like I was in a 2 bedroom apartment because the rooms were so large with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. The balcony made me feel safe the way it was designed with the extra wrap around rock ledge. There were no fun outdoor amenities on the premise, but it was a nice place to stay. The city was quaint with its many little shops. The clerk at Plenty Boutique was rude and did not acknowledge me the whole time I was in the little store, so I left and went to the store named Boutique. Paula acknowledged me as soon as I entered and was friendly the whole time I shopped and to anyone who came into the shop. I bought something at her shop because she was so nice and accommodating. After shopping, I would have liked to rest in the hot tub, but we never made it to the heated pool because we were enjoying our family and friends in our rooms. The weather was great. It was freezing cold in the morning, but around 60-80 degrees by noon, then cold again at night. The staff at check-in and out were nice. The concierge Skylar was very friendly and helpful. If I could, I would go there again in the summer if I wanted to just relax and chill. I would like to check out the pool and hot tub the next time I visit. Im available in June to come again if Worldmark would like to invite me back to check out their pool. 😊

This is an amazing resort. We had an unexpected issue with our car so we stayed at the hotel for the day. It was a blessing in disguise! We spent the whole afternoon/evening at the pool. We didnt know we needed that relaxation time and between the pool the hot tub and the fire pit we had plenty of places to move around. It was the perfect day and Im so happy we had it here :)

Quiet resort with large rooms. Clean, well stocked with plates, silverware, glasses and cups.Nice view of the river from balcony in the room that I had. I was in building 3.The Resort is on the side of a mountain so the different buildings are on different levels. Paved roads only, not good for taking walks. The pool is on the third floor on the building that you check in at. There are no sidwalks, so if you have kids to go swimming, best to drive.The resort has seperate buildings. Only a few of them have elevators. The rest have stairs.

Five Stars! I was praying for a clean place to lay my head and relax for a week and this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Very Clean condo with nearly new amenities, a Bose music system in each room and overlooks the lake. The pool was amazing along with a hot tub and fitness center. The only thing I would recommend to the property is to open the hot tub hours earlier than 8am for those who like to enjoy early before the sun comes up with a hot cup of coffee. The staff was kind. It was perfect!

Beautiful resort! We had a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath overlooking the late. The room came with all the basics. Great size rooms and staff was friendly. They have a beautiful pool, hot tub, and fire pit. They offer pool towels for added convenience. They have plenty of parking.

This is our second stay here. We order the penthouse. There needs to be instructions with each room. There was an airtub that would have really helped after a day of flying. It didnt work. When I called about it, someone from maintenance had to show me where the switch was behind the walk-in closet door. Why couldnt the front desk tell me that!! Also, what is up with a double bed in the 2nd bedroom??.

WorldMark Marble Falls is a great resort to stay at. The checking process is easy and pain free. The rooms are spacious and clean. Nicely appointed and stocked. If you are planning on a longer stay, I would suggest that you bring your own paper consumables (paper towels and TP). The beds are comfortable. The televisions were a bit smaller that I would have expected, they looked to be 40. The TV signal went out several times due to rain. The internet WIFI is available at an additional charge. The windows appear to have suffered some damage from hail storms, but I am sure that they will be repaired by the time that you get there. In conclusion, this is a great place to stay and have a nice vacation.

Great views from the room, great pool with separate water park for kids, hot tub with views.Everything was clean and tidy, the rooms functional and elegant without being ostentatious. In room laundry a life saver on the extended road trip we were on.Minus one star for predatory, expensive, CRAPPY wifi and locking the in-room TV Chromecasts behind said WiFi. I did not feel like fighting with it so my hotspot came out and I bypassed that garbage. Also, the hot tub was hot, but jets not functional when we were stayingAlso, I will not be contacting you directly. Thank you for your reply here.

We upgraded to one of the Presidential suites with an amazing view of the lake. The front desk staff, was friendly, and helpful. All of the staff smiled and said hello and looked like they enjoyed working for WorldMark. The sunsets were awesome! And the wildflowers on the property was abundant.

This was yet another amazing world resort! Went to the presentation and they didnt try to sell us anything! They genuinely wanted to make sure that we knew the ins and outs of our timeshare. They had grills, annactivity center, a pool and play set. This is a smaller resort, but private and personal. The rooms are amazing and every one has a view of the hill country!

If you ask for a ground floor room, you still may have to walk down stairs since the rooms are built against the hills. No elevators.Have to walk through the lobby to get to the pool. Very nice, built into a big hill with a beautiful view of the water. I Would recommend this to a family. The smallest room they have was almost 1000 sq ft for under $150 a night. It has a full kitchen as well as a washing machine and dryer! Always a plus for me!

This place is SO awesome!!!!! I would love it if I could be back in this place real soon. I think the concierge name is Lauren SHE IS AWESOME! She really tried to get me into the 90min presentation for the timeshare. We just could not work out a day & time that worked for my short birthday trip. But I would absolutely love to attend a presentation somewhere somehow. Also the beautiful, smiling, helpful woman of color (sorry I cannot remember her name)lady at the front desk was so very precious. The smile she showed to us every time we would walk through the front door was just so warm & welcoming . We appreciate both of these two ladies for making us feel welcome.

A pretty resort on the edge of the Colorado river, this resort had great views of the oxbow of the river. Every room has a view and the buildings are built high on the rock outcropping so no building really obscures another buildings view. The entrance is steep, at a ~22° incline, so go slowly when arriving or departing your building. The resort does stargazing, there is a small pool, a splash pad for small children and hot tub for your weary body to relax. The staff is attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this resort for you or your family.

It was so hot outside but the rooms were nice and cool. We loved the layout of our one bedroom and the modern decor. Very friendly staff and great service. The pool is a little small for so many units. It would be nice to have a little snacks and beverage shop at the site. The road can be a little noisy but it is probably quieter in the back buildings. Beautiful view of the river and beyond. I would recommend visiting Longhorn Caverns State Park and taking the cave tour. It was a highlight of our trip.

Beautiful view from our balcony. The rooms are spacious with a full size kitchen, microwave, stove,refrigerator,dishwasher, and apartment sized washer and dryer. Just a few miles from marble falls. Our place was 2 bedrooms, 2 baths,living room, dining room, and kitchen combo. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Absolutely would go back

Lovely WM property in Marble Falls, TX. Beautifully decorated with a view. Spacious 1 bedroom, soaking tub, large shower, double see-through fireplace in main sitting room and dining room, along with two TVs in each room. Large island with 6 high stools around it in the middle of the kitchen. All LG appliances, W/D, safe in-room, King bed with 6 pillows. Have safety bars on both sliding doors off the bedroom and balcony. Wonderful property. We are very impressed. Weather cool, 40s-50s, so couldnt enjoy the pool or hot tub. We will return again in a warmer climate. But, for now, well enjoy the fireplace. Job well done Wyndham!

WorldMark Marble Falls has some of the nicest units Ive ever been in for WorldMark properties. The location is centrally located to several great towns to visit all within an hours drive in various directions. We have use this location numerous times and always feel like we are at home.

My coworker and I stayed here while working in the area. We had no idea it was a destination location. The pricing was perfect for what we needed. The rooms are like apartments, the pool is overlooking the River, there is a pool lounge inside. It’s a nice place to getaway.

I think this would have to be the nicest room I have ever stayed in! I kept finding extra rooms that I didnt realise were there initially. (It had been a long day ok)The greeting ladies were super helpful and set me up with some great places to eat over the coming days.Definitely hope to be back and to bring the family next time.

It was a wonderful stay here. The kids that were next door were quite annoying but it didnt ruin our stay. I loved the separate suite for the adults with our own bed and bathroom. It had a full living room and kitchen with all the utensils and pans for cooking. We didnt visit the pool, but it was big with an awesome view of the lake.

What an awesome experience!! First of all the staff here were amazing and extremely helpful!!! Anything I needed they were there to provide or assist me in getting it. The rooms were very nice and extremely clean!! The whole entire resort was beautiful, but what was best of all was the view. The resort is placed on a hill side providing a spectacular view of the river and the amazingly beautiful horizon. Really awesome experience!!

This resort is beautiful and the rooms are incredible, this stay was for seven nights. The location is great and Marble Falls has some really great restaurants along with shopping. I had two suites…one a single king and one a two-bedroom (king and two queen) and both were fashionably appointed, extremely clean, and well-stocked. The check-in was quick and easy and Stephanie was awesome getting everything set up. Grace was wonderful giving an overview of the property and what was available in the local area. The only negatives for the entire trip, using an old-school drip coffee maker (versus Keurig) and the entry doors require an excessive amount of force to open. My recommendation…stay in top floors, the walking above you is extremely loud. I would stay here again and plan to in the future…HIGHLY recommend this property!

This resort is clean, recently remodeled. Quiet rooms. Kitchens impeccably outfitted, ready to cook. Comfortable furniture. Great beds, lots of pillows.Staff was great. Met us outside to sign in and told us all about our unit. The pool is very nice, though small. Covid procedures are well executed and you will feel safe and well taken care of. This resort has rooms, grilling area, and pool. Playground. No other on site options or it would have been 5 star. Best vacation exchange facility we have had in 10 years.

Rented a private condo and it exceeded our expectations. They have full hotel service here. The pool is beautiful, the front desk was helpful, and we felt safe to be there during Covid. Everything was super clean.The kitchen is fully stocked for making lunch or dinner there. They have a coffee maker that you can either bring your coffee, or they do provide some for Free and additional Coffee for a small fee. Plenty of towels, Washer and Dryer in the Unit.Great place to stay close to the Lake.

Simply put, it was AMAZING. The staff was outstanding. From the receptionist to the maintenance personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. The penthouse was so modern and relaxing. Not to mention completely set up for our paralyzed son and his wheelchair. From the roll-in shower to the wide halls and doorways. The pool, jacuzzi, and lounge area were perfectly set up and beautiful. It made us proud to be members for over 10yrs. Excellent job WorldMark Marble Falls

We actually stayed in 2 different rooms with different people. The first room was amazing, fireplace, updated full kitchen with a huge island, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, dining room and living room. The second was nice and had everything you need but not updated. The first room probably cost more. There is a pool and splash pad for the younger kids. Gas grills in certain areas. Playground for kids. Overall very nice!

Marble Falls was a great getaway. The accommodations at (Worldmark) was awesome. Spacious and clean rooms with washer and dryer. A great view of Colorado river, nice sunset from the living room.We rode horses, rode trails ride to feed exotic animals and more. Although the town lacked soul, it made up for it in friendliness.

Our February stay had different weather each day, but dry! This resort is a nice drive to the wineries and very close to the quaint city of Marble Falls. This resort has an open pool and hot tub and is clean. Its so nice to have a full kitchen and balcony with a view of Marble Lake and that gorgeous sunset!

My husband, myself, and our 18m toddler recently stayed 3 nights at this property and we couldnt have been happier. We normally opt to rent a house when we travel just because its easier to have our son to sleep in a different room, but I was thrilled to see this property had multi-bedroom units and was cheaper than renting a house. From check in to check out, everything was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need and every room of the unit was very spacious. The ONLY downside was that the people staying in the unit above us were fairly loud, but it was only during the day, and not large enough of a problem to complain about. The location was easily accessible and right outside the main city strip of Marble Falls and a short 10 minute drive to Horseshoe Bay. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Really nice place to stay with views of the river and valley. Our 3 bedroom unit was clean and roomy. Weird shower set up in the master bath. You get a blast of cold water since you have to step into it to turn it on. Not sure I liked that. The pool was a blast. The hot tub must have been designed by a little person so not so much fun for normal size people. 😀

Beautiful resort on the Colorado River in Marble Falls. Nice staff and high-end appointed units. We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a full kitchen and had a great time. We would most definitely return if given the opportunity.

Spent a wonderful weekend. Very nice room. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and table shuffle board. Only downside was upon check in when we had to go to the desk where the representative pushed us to attend a 45 minute benefit meeting. We just attended one in February where 45 minutes meant 90 and where benefit meant trying to force us to buy more credits. We had to say no multiple times. I so wish Worldmark would stop this tactic.

Great place to stay. This is my second time in 2 months visiting this location. Ive stayed in the 2 bedroom and this last time the Presidential suite, which was immaculate and exceeded my guests expectations. The rooms are very nice and plenty of room so that everyone is comfortable and able to still practice social distancing. There is a grill and two picnic tables on site where you can truly embrace the view as well. A trail in back of property to walk, but its true nature so stay alert for wild animals.Thank you to the staff! They were great! Ms. Jan, JT, and the other ladies that checked us in provided exceptional customer service. I received a text with detailed information and instructions on how to keep all of us safe in our current times. I really appreciate that and it was very easy for our party to check in and out. Staff demonstrated safety procedures and protection our entire stay. Definitely will be back. This is my new quick, relaxing, go to place for myself and colleagues.

Great resort in the Highland lakes hill country. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful anytime we needed more supplies. Despite all the COVID challenges, they made our stay very enjoyable. Beautiful views of the lake. Highly recommend.

Nice location with a view of the lake. It is about a mile to walk to the edge of town. Parking lots is nicely sized. We were there when every room was full and there was still room in the parking lot to park cars.The rooms are nicely appointed. I did feel the sound proofing between floors to be lacking and we heard our upstairs neighbor every night.It is a great location to explore the northern hill country of Texas.

Stayed here as a guest of a share owner. Beautiful accommodations that were well appointed. Had a great time and only left the property for a wine tour. The rest of the week I enjoyed the pool and hot tub and worked hard at being lazy. Best way to spend a vacation in my opinion. Cant wait to be invited back!!

This place is great. It is clean and nice. Close to town, at check in staff gives solid info about local activities and restaurants.Rooms have a full kitchen for those of us who like to prepare our own meals.But the best thing is that the rooms have multiple bedrooms. Which means my kids are in another room and not 4 feet away from me.Privacy is priceless.

This was a very nice resort. Warm pool, grills, very clean and spacious rooms. The only downside was that the walls were thin and our neighbors were loud!! Not the fault of the resort, would stay again for sure. Great launching point for lots of swimming, boating, and state park visits.

Very very quiet location. The property overlooks the Colorado river which is visible from all the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is not in town but very close. Rooms are spacious clean conducive to relaxation. Not a lot of people was there during my stay may 2 families per building. This gem has not been discovered yet.Easy drive to Austin and to San Antonio for day trips. Dallas is within reach but I did not make that trip. I did have a couple great wine tours though....hic.

The condos at WorldMark Marble falls are quite nice. First is the amazing views as it overlooks the Lake. The rooms were very nice as well, well furnished with modern furniture and all appliances worked well. We had the perfect amount of room for our party of 4 with one baby. The pool jacuzzi and splash pad were also quite nice and again had great views from them. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful but just a little pushy trying to sell a timeshare. Biggest downside is that the WiFi is crazy expensive, and I feel that most places should provide this for free. We were fortunate that our hosts had already paid for this. Overall nice place to stay and has great views.

Nestled up on a hill, every unit has great views of the lake and most of Marble Falls. The units are very spacious, with kitchens, living areas, and very comfortable beds. Large balconies provide a great place to relax watch the sunset and wind down after the days activities.

We only stayed here a couple of nights during Bluebonnet season, but this is a very nice timeshare resort. We really didnt avail ourselves of the pool, hot tub or other facilities. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained (its essentially a new resort). The thermostat was a bit of a bear to learn how to use and it would be nice if they provided a card with instructions on how to use it. I had to get information from the front desk so the second night the temperature was better. Its in a good location with easy access to Marble Falls and other areas to normally see the bluebonnets in that area of the state. We are planning to stay here again in a few months from our first visit to do some additional sightseeing in that area. I would recommend this place.

This is our 3rd time spending Thanksgiving at WorldMark and every year its been great. The staff are always nice and attentive. The rooms are always kept to high standards. And the location is perfect for a nice peaceful getaway. I would highly recommend this area to anybody.

LORIE IS THE BESSSSTTT!!!This week has been easily one of the top vacation weeks I’ve had in my 35 years of life!! Very relaxing, very serene, the lake is beautiful and the sounds of the cars passing is sooooo calming! Customer service was insane! I want to shout out Lorie at the front desk. My family and I love building 2 (we’ve stayed here in the past) and she informed me there is no guarantee that, even if we request that building, that we will 100% get it. I understood. On the morning of our check-in Lorie followed up with me several times via phone to try her best to get my family what we requested. Her customer service is BEYOND AMAZING. When we checked in she was already off for the day so I made sure to go visit her the next day to thank her in person. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be anymore, but Lorie completely restored that in my mind. It’s the small things that make the biggest impact, and she’s amazing. My vacation was everything I wanted it to be due to her taking a few moments out of her day for us. THANK YOU LORIE!!

This resort is on the hill facing Colorado River Marble Falls with beautiful sunset. We booked two bedrooms unit through RCI. It was new, spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly. We used text to communicate with the front desk for any questions, pool/gym reservations, housekeeping items and express checkout. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We did bbq at the picnic grill area and enjoyed watching sunset with family. Easy access to different towns like Fredericksburg, Llano and Burnet for spring wildflowers. No free wi-fi as RCI guests but we used hotspot and the signal was great. Will come back.

Even with COVID we had a nice mini vacation. Our unit could sleep 8. Nice kitchen with all we needed. Two full bathrooms, nice living room and patio.We were on the first floor and you do here the people upstairs, but thankfully they were not up late.Did use the pool, even though it wasnt super warm out. Hot tub is closed due to COVID (thanks Trump).Great distance to town just over two miles.

Very nice place. Everything is brand new, modern looking, and spacious. There are several levels and the rock work is beautiful. The clubhouse has a pool table and shuffleboard inside. Outside there is a hot tub, heated swimming pool, and propane fire pit. The staff there were very courteous and friendly. Our unit even had its own washer and dryer.The only negative I can think of is that you had to pay additionally for wifi ($5/day or $15 for 10 days), and my cell service out in that area never got more than 2 bars.

Only four because I feel they went cheap on some of the interior like the frustrating shower you cant turn on without getting soaked with cold water and carpet already with runs. But, get a top floor to have some if the best views in Burnet county of Lake Marble Falls down the lake with Lake LBJ as a backdrop. Why they went cheap on some details is beyond me. Buildings, sidewalks, kitchen, doors, and walls are excellent, but flooring and bathrooms, not so much.

My fiance and I very much enjoyed our winter stay at the Worldmark in Marble Falls, TX in January of 2017. Since it was winter we practically had the whole place to ourselves. Unfortunately it ended too soon because of a winter storm. There were maybe 8 rooms total taken in the whole place, so the hot tub, pool (too cold for that), and recreation room were all wide open. We used the hot tub a few times, which was very clean and nice. We also used the recreation room briefly where they have a seating area, shuffleboard, and a pool table. The shuffleboard could use some TLC, but everything else was clean and in place. We did have a couple of small issues which were my fault, not theirs, but they were taken care of immediately and to my complete satisfaction. In fact, ALL of the staff that I met were wonderful. They all knew their job and did it with a great attitudes. The one and only thing that I didnt like was that they did not have a bathtub in our room. It only had a shower. We generally get a two bedroom and not a one like we got this time, and that may be the reason there was only a shower. We stay in condos frequently, at least twice per year, which we rent through RCI, and I do believe that Worldmark Marble Falls outshines most of the others, and they rank right up there with my favorites. We will definitely be back for bluebonnet season since they are right in the middle of bluebonnet country in central Texas.

You can hear the grating noise they make when people drag these chairs around if you are below the third floor.

I really enjoyed my stay here (about 14 days end of Sep through early Oct 2018 in a one bedroom in building 3). One of the best accommodations in Marble Falls proper - new build is reflected in the quality of the room, so appointments were modern, clean and comfortable. The best views are unobstructed in the buildings closest to the road. Concierge service was responsive. The only cons are 1) the hard sell approach to get us into a timeshare presentation and 2) extra cost for internet. You get what you pay for in quality but not providing free internet was a little ridiculous. Otherwise - I appreciated the proximity to town and in-room washer/dryer unit and would stay here again.

No toiletries, and you have to basically clean the entire place before you leave. (Really?) We elected to visit the LBJ Library and the LBJ Ranch and The Western Whitehouse.The rooms at WorldMark Marble Falls are comfortable and spacious, well maintained, and there is a game room, exercise room, spa, and pool. So, when you are not seeing the sights, you can relax in comfort.

Im an owner and its got everything you need but the construction seems a little cheap, walls and floor are thin and doors are hollow... master bath shower built by someone that doesnt take showers (one has to reach in around this long glass wall under the head on the far wall to turn it on which guarantees a blast of cold water in the face every time... we had to remember to face the head towards the opposite wall which just seems kind of silly to have to do in a luxury resort. I hope it doesnt snow as the driveway into the resort is a huge incline and it would be dangerous with ice on it. But the scenic overview is gorgeous and it is close to town! I also love the fireplace, it was not only warm but beautiful too. I cant wait to see this place when the pool opens, it will look really nice.

While.very new we stay in a 3 bdr with 5 people it will sleep 8 to 10 but the dinner table with only 6 setting and the main room Wouldnt seat more than 5 unless u count 2 foot stools as chairs the master bathroom has shower only, the shared Main bathroom room has both yet nothing to help older people get out of the bath yet no shortage of towels The view was spectacular the kitchen was well stocked flat screens in ever room except the main room was only a 40 in. Needed a min 55 in. So I give it a 6 out of 10 staff was very friendly but I like to see inprovements b 4 I go back 1 last thing that coat closet door inop not good for a new facility. But as cool family get-together as we really enjoyed out time in Marble Falls Tx.
