The location is beautiful. The rooms are very nice as well. The staff and managers went above and beyond to make us comfortable on our business trip. They had so many different amenities we couldnt do everything in one trip. Will definitely be back in years to come.

  • Review 2 (2025-03-02 - Rating: 5)

Penelope, Landis, Robert, Jeremy, Anna made our experience better than GREAT. The room was MORE than we expected. The room was nice BUT the CUSTOMER SERVICE was jaw dropping Amazing. Being a black couple in a town that made us feel tension and being over looked and given 2nd rate service THIS resorts staff made us feel welcomed and and like we belonged. Cant say the same for a couple that was vacationing there as well... we went to the gym on the property and that couple made it clear they did not want us in the gym with them so we left and did arts and crafts with Annashe chatted with us and Nicole the room was filled with laughter. Back to the staff... they need to WRITE a manual on how to give good CUSTOMER SERVICE that is WARM AND WELCOING TO ALL no matter who they are.

  • Review 3 (2024-11-23 - Rating: 5)

Great service, great view, quite atmosphere. The pool is heated, the hot tub is clean and Hot!Rooms are huge, well furnished, full kitchen. The only thing that would improve it was, if there were a restaurant/bar on site.

  • Review 4 (2024-11-11 - Rating: 5)

I stay at numerous resorts and always look forward to the exceptional amenities offered at Worldmark properties. The suite exceeded my expectations and was very well appointed and comfortable. As far as sleeping...the bed was extremely comfortable and the area very quiet. The bathroom was clean, plenty of hot water, and good water pressure. While Ingram is a small town with limited dining options, Kerrville is close by and offers a lot of options. Excellent property...I will come back!

  • Review 5 (2024-10-18 - Rating: 4)

Great place to spend some peace and quiet. A little too remote from other areas than I planned for (90 min drive from San Antonio). The check in process was good until they insisted on the timeshare presentation. I also took a star out because the Pool looks beautiful but the water is super cold! They could use a water heater for it.

  • Review 6 (2024-10-03 - Rating: 5)

This fantastic hidden Hill Country getaway is just a short drive from Kerrville. Quiet and relaxing with countless amenities to keep the family busy and entertained. Clean, spacious, and well appointed rooms just add to experience. And dont miss the highlight, sunset over hill tops casting some beautiful colors across the sky

My family (including my wife, our two young boys, and myself) had a fantastic time during our stay at WorldMark Hunt Stablewood Springs. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a family getaway. We especially appreciated the exceptional service from Rebecca at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us extend our stay.We can’t wait to come back for another visit soon!

  • Review 8 (2024-11-07 - Rating: 5)

Great resort with awesome pools and hot tub...when it worked. The staff was super friendly and room was beautiful. Close to San Antonio about an hour and a half and close to town with restaurants and food stores

  • Review 9 (2024-08-09 - Rating: 5)

Clean facilities, best sunset view from the pool, peaceful outdoor lounging areas and a family of deer youll spot now and then. Our 2 bedrooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. Kitchen had all that we needed. Washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and 2 blow dryers. They will bring a bag of ice to your room upon request.

  • Review 10 (2024-11-02 - Rating: 5)

Awesome getaway for adults. Two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, Fully operational kitchen ,dishes and pots included ,livingroom with fireplace and a patio. Awesome place ,highly recommend.

  • Review 11 (2024-06-23 - Rating: 5)

This is becoming our annual spot. The drive out is beautiful 😍. Lots of small places within 30 minutes driving distance for food, education and entertainment. We love it for a low key getaway. The staff has always been awesome for each of our visits. The rural feel, views, star gazing area, fire pit, pools and rec center/area have been enough to keep us satisfied that we havent made it to the river access portion, yet. Maybe next visit 🤠

  • Review 12 (2024-04-29 - Rating: 5)

Great location and views in the hill country. The pool and recreation center is awesome - super kid-friendly with ping pong, pool table, corn hole, fire pits, and of course a slide in the pool. Also a huge hot tub which was nice. Would love to come back here again!

  • Review 13 (2024-05-26 - Rating: 5)

My husband and I love this place. We came here 2 years ago for our anniversary and spent this year during memorial weekend. Henry at the front desk is absolutely amazing , friendly and professional. Everyone is and the place is extremely clean and gorgeous. I told Henry is was our anniversary and he not only was able to check is in early but we had a wonderful surprised anniversary gift bag from the resort. Thank you for all that you do.

  • Review 14 (2024-07-10 - Rating: 4)

We had a few issues with our room that we told thw staff about. All were taken care of except issues with the satellite TV. We saw a tech working on it, it got better but we still had interment issues.Great pool with great view. Dont sit thru a sales pitch unless you are really really interested in time share vacations which we already have at a competitor. There is a rude hard sales closer after the first sales person pitch explains what they are offering.

  • Review 15 (2024-11-19 - Rating: 5)

This place is quiet and beautiful. The scenery is amazing. The resort staff are amazing.

  • Review 16 (2023-12-26 - Rating: 5)

We have had a great week. We reserved 3 units (2 x 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom) and had 15 people and 3 babies. Everyone enjoyed the rooms and the activity area. The views are stunning. Everything is so peaceful. All of my pictures are of the 2 bedroom suite. I was very pleased with how well equipped the kitchens were.

  • Review 17 (2024-10-11 - Rating: 5)

We enjoyed the resort and the hill country. Beautiful land and well kept buildings and grounds.

  • Review 18 (2024-05-18 - Rating: 5)

This was my first trip to your resort. I was really impressed with the ADA suite. It was the nicest suite I have been in. The location was great. It was very calming to be surrounded by beautiful trees, woods, and animals. We did travel to Fredericksburg, Corpus Christy, and the River Walk. We could not wait to get back to our comfy suite. Thank you

  • Review 19 (2024-06-30 - Rating: 5)

I have stayed here 3 times and have never been disappointed. Love it. Location away from the city and nice and quiet. Beautiful pools and surrounding.

  • Review 20 (2024-07-22 - Rating: 5)

Absolutely beautiful. Staff is very nice. Came here for A mini vacay with my husband. Going to ride the Three Brothers. Already have done The Three Twisted Sisters a few times a couple years ago. Three Brothers Not That Good. Sisters is better.

  • Review 21 (2023-12-18 - Rating: 5)

I live in Houston next to an airport, and busy roads and industrial business.. my neighbors have junkyards, chickens, horses and piles of drugs and cats they allow to bark and roam and breed all hours of the night. So coming here makes me feel like the Movie My Cousin Vinnie, its so so so quiet I thought I might not be ABLE to sleep. Lol. Im pleasantly surprised I slept like a baby! The stars were surprisingly visible even with a little fog rolling in... The air was crisp and clean and smelled like forest trees. Wild animals were glimpsed, including a rabbit so big, we thought it was a jack-a-lope! Just needed antlers! The resort units are massive, the primary bathrooms are insanely huge. There are low-step in showers for even those with disabilities might be able to traverse even in the non ADA rooms. The drive to the units might make you think you were going the wrong way, like back in the days when GPS units regularly sent you sometimes off-road into dead end places - as if you were about to be kidnapped. But have no fear, the destination is not far off. Just keep following around the nearly one lane winding roads and occasional super steep turns that creep up on you suddenly.Looking fwd to adding more info and pictures tomorrow !

  • Review 22 (2024-06-23 - Rating: 4)

Beautiful place! Wish they hadnt put us so far away fir the pools. Little grandkids had a big walk each time, after swimming they were worn out.

  • Review 23 (2023-10-10 - Rating: 4)

The villa was beautiful and modern. The view is amazing. Lots of nature and wildlife. Stars gazing is a must. We did have a some wasps sneak in. Also, you are miles away from main attractions. Many wineries to choose from. For the person that wants to unplug from the crowds and recharge yourself, this is a wonderful space.

  • Review 24 (2022-09-14 - Rating: 5)

A very nice get away week, everything was as expected. Room was very nice and clean, stocked with all the needs for cooking. The swimming pools are really nice. Big hot tub is large and the lower pool has a slide. The upper pool is heated October. The views are great dont miss the sunsets. Have fun!

  • Review 25 (2024-03-14 - Rating: 5)

I love staying here. Its quiet but not without activities on site and around the scenic and historic Texas Hill Country. Very clean and modern with all the comforts of home.

  • Review 26 (2023-08-24 - Rating: 5)

Great rooms with full kitchen. Clean and everything worked. Need to pay for WiFi, but it worked very well. We enjoyed the area. There is no midweek cleaning, but extra towels and shampoo are available in lobby. We hope we can return.

  • Review 27 (2023-01-06 - Rating: 4)

Very beautiful place and very clean. We loved the heated pool and hot tub . Only down side is that the kids pool is not heated, and it was freezing. They have a wonderful game house. There is no food service or restaurant on site, so be prepared to take whatever you need to eat . Also I was told there would be hiking trails, but there isnt. You would have to go to another park for that. But if you want to get away from everything, its nice, very secluded .

  • Review 28 (2023-05-05 - Rating: 4)

It’s a beautiful backdrop to a relaxing getaway. We visited 5 years ago and came back to enjoy it for a week. To our surprise the lake and River access no longer belong to the resort. My hubby wanted to fish close to our location and had no opportunity to do so. Staff is outstanding and recreation area is very nice.

  • Review 29 (2023-12-19 - Rating: 5)

Great villas, equidistant from many hillcountry attractions but nestled away from nearby roads. Its more of a pro due to the location and wildlife.Had some concerns, management was very proactive. Highly recommended for this area.

  • Review 30 (2023-07-27 - Rating: 5)

Gorgeous resort. Loved the place. Beautiful patio to watch the stars or eat breakfast. Loved the pool deck. Amazing sunsets. Would definitely come back stay for a whole week.

  • Review 31 (2023-09-10 - Rating: 4)

Day #1: I arrived about 9pm, and I was so happy that the check-in office was still open. I was checked in by a sweet young lady named Allie, and then another lady, Denise, gave me my packet with all necessary information pertaining to the resort and area attractions, restaurants, etc.I stayed in the studio, which is the smallest unit available. If I had known the studios dont have a washer/dryer or an oven, I would have gotten the one bedroom. But its okay. I brought my own air fryer and seasonings so I was prepared. The property is nice, very secluded and quiet/peaceful. The Studio also has a Murphy Bed which is a vertical wall bed thats hinged to an interior wall. You pull it down, and when not in use, you lift it back up into the vertical position. I wasnt excited about that at first, but I got used to it.Day #2: I attended an upgrade presentation because apparently, Im not getting all of the great benefits I should be receiving as a Timeshare an owner. It was supposed to be an hour long. It took about 1 1/2 hours, which was fine because I did ask questions, and there was a lot of rapport building. I met with Richard, a nice and jovial guy. Richard says hes a Psychiatrist and a bartender and a singer LOL..After speaking with Richard, he invites Andrew to join us to explain in further detail the benefits Im missing out on because I wasnt aware of open enrollment that happened several months ago. Andrew was nice also. There was no pressure to upgrade. I currently only pay monthly maintenance fees, and the offer was to pay anywhere between $205/month to $250/month for the next 10 years! WHAT?????? Absolutely NOT going to happen! This was not an attractive offer to me, so I passed. Both Richard and Andrew were very nice.Day #3: Uneventful. I had no desire to leave the property or explore the area. I took a brief walk to get some sun about 7 pm, and that was that. If you are looking for a retreat type space that is off the beaten path, quiet, country feel, and secluded, this is the place for you!

  • Review 32 (2022-11-21 - Rating: 4)

We stayed here for the first time on a family vacation. The grounds and amenities are amazing! And the room had all the items we needed. I will say it took us over an hour to get to the room we confirmed because the front office wasnt familiar with the rooms assigned. We also had a huge spider in our unit. But allIn all we will be back to enjoy the grounds and amenities.

  • Review 33 (2023-06-06 - Rating: 4)

I honestly thought it was just one huge resort, like a hotel. We didn’t know it was a Villa. Several villas around the property. It was a cute room. Just didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have a full length mirror nor a mirror to apply my makeup on. There were two mirrors above the sink, but I found it difficult when applying my make up. It also felt like an Airbnb because we had to throw away the trash at the end of our stay. What I also didn’t like was the constant texts about their vacationing offers from the concierge. We were there to relax and escape from the stress from our work. And those texts were a little annoying. Both the check in and check out process was easy and smooth, thankfully.

  • Review 34 (2024-02-28 - Rating: 5)

Was looking for a place not too far from Jacksonville, FL where we can fly our 6 month old daughter and at the same time I can unplug from work that has limited to no cell phone service - FOUND IT!!Weve traveled to many of our own Worldmark resorts, but this has definitely been the most remote location that weve visited thus far. Smack dab in the middle of Texas, Hunt is right next to the town of Kerrville which is definitely a much bigger town that even has a miniature mall.Main attraction in the entire area is Guadalupe River - really neat if you have a kayak or a little canoe. For us with a little baby, it was nice to look at and observe the nature. As a Worldmark owner, the unit was awesome! Probably the most character weve seen out of all the Worldmark resorts weve stayed at. We had a Presidential 1 bedroom suite with a spectacular view of the forest valley. Again, my intention was to completely unplug from work, go for dawn walks with nature, and reconnect with my Savior > and Creator away from the hustle and bustle of my corporate executive life. I also wanted to spend some quality QUIET time with my 6 month old daughter and anniversary with my wifey of 6 years. The closest grocery shopping is about 15/20 mins away at the local H.E.B. grocery store. Make sure to stock up, since the drive to and fro is not the shortest.1 br Presidential unit is VERY clean and accommodating. Stainless steal appliances, floor plan very well laid out. Washer/drier and fully furnished kitchen like were accustomed to as Worldmark owners. Balcony has spectacular view of Hunt valley (see attached photos). You can definitely tell that this property is new to the Worldmark family as there is very limited units and clientele as well as units still under construction, giving it that very remote feel - which I was looking for in this vacation. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.Overall, breathtaking view, off the beaten path in the middle of nowheresville, just a place to unwind and recharge. Well done Worldmark/Wyndham - well done.

An excellent resort located in the desirable Texas Hill Country area. My son and I played disc golf everyday so bring your discs and enjoy. Great pools and nice activity building. We stayed in a very large 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. We will definitely return.

  • Review 36 (2022-05-21 - Rating: 5)

This place is great for someone looking for seclusion, peace and quiet. The views from the top are great. Star gazing, adult jinga and relaxing in the pool. Sarah and Bianca made our trip very nice. The units are updated with full kitchen and beds are very comfortable. I could sleep another two days.

  • Review 37 (2022-04-27 - Rating: 5)

We had an excellent experience. Jennifer and Sara at the front desk were very cordial and amazing! We have not met such wonderful staff for a long time. It was 31st December eve.The facility was very good. The game area, swimming pool everything was beyond expectation. The house was very clean and organized. We cooked and had everything in terms of utensil that we needed. We also saw deer 🦌 while drinking tea at the back porch.Totally worth for the money and time we spent.Thank you so very much!

  • Review 38 (2020-08-24 - Rating: 5)

I cannot praise this place enough. It is tucked away in the country. Surrounded by 360 degrees of beautiful views. The staff are kind and accommodating. They gave us already made packets with information for food and attractions nearby. The rooms are extremely comfortable and welcoming. They feel very spacious and a home away from home. Very clean and kept up well. The pool area is incredible. There is a heated upper level that has an infinity feel. Below is expanded with a water fall on one side and an exciting slide on the other. I could spend all day in there. In the evening there is a nice star gazing location that offers the best views of the stars. So far this is the best getaway location I have been to in Texas

  • Review 39 (2019-02-09 - Rating: 5)

This is truly an amazing place from top to bottom. We arrived to find that we were way out in the country in a beautiful resort surrounded by deer, nature and trails. The check-in staff was so nice and full of recommendations. Upon arrival in our unit, we found it spotless. I typically wash all the dishes first thing but found everything perfectly clean. The cabinets were stocked with plenty of dishes. The pots are heavy duty stainless and the pans are non stick and not scratched. The bed and covers looked brand new and slept so great. The showers had lots of pressure. There was plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Theres lots of trails with a very accurate map. The trail system is very diverse. The pool area is great. Theyll light a fire for you after dark. Irene and all the staff are wonderful. They keep this place shiny and perfect. Well hopefully return one day!!!!

  • Review 40 (2019-09-23 - Rating: 5)

I meant to leave a review for this place when we went a few months back. This place is beautiful, and is great for relaxing. The scenery from the pool is awesome, as you can see the top of the hills, and when the clouds are low it amplifies the dreamy effect this place has. Facilities were always clean, although the pool had some issues due to people throwing chairs inside.Id strongly recommend going for a hike, we were able to see deer, armadillos, and a lot of other things.

  • Review 41 (2022-05-22 - Rating: 5)

Very nice pleasantly surprised by the location of this resort, beautiful property! Pool area is outstanding!!Wife & I came here to celebrate our 43 anniversary and I informed the resort of this. When we arrived, we was surprised to find a beautiful balloon display with the number 43 and a box of chocolates. Also there was a bottle of wine and a candy & nut tray for us too. This was very, very nice and much appreciated! Thank you Worldmark!!

  • Review 42 (2019-11-17 - Rating: 5)

We had a truly wonderful time at this facility. It is off the beaten path. Once you enter the grounds, you drive 1.5 miles past well-stacked lakes/ponds to reach the check-in. We had a gorgeous 2-bedroom condo with a gas fire place and full kitchen. We enjoyed hiking over 5 miles of trails wandering through the hills as well as the private 9-basket disc golf course. We also enjoyed the hot-tub in the amazing pool complex ) entertainment complex. There are fantastic views of the Hill country all over. In addition, we loved the private river area and took lots of pictures there. All in all, I would highly recommend this facility. I would love to bring some friends out for a weekend (or a week!).

  • Review 43 (2021-05-11 - Rating: 5)

This place is very beautiful, we stay in a king size bedroom apartment . We went for our wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were a little lost the Resort can probably do better with signs we took the wrong street (bumblebee) and had to turn around. Is the next one little more down. It was very dark and were the GPS took us. Once we arrive we were very suprise. The rooms are gigantic they are apartment style. Included a full kitchen very spacious with bar chairs and dining table, also a living room w fireplace and sofa bed. The room was beautiful and bathroom big and nice. We were very surprised. The resort is out in the Wild very nice and quite. The pool is very beautiful they also have a recreation center were they do bingo and other stuff but it was raining and they closed it which was a boomer for us cuse with the rain was not much to do there. A lot or nature to see, waterfalls and river. Overall great experience.

  • Review 44 (2023-10-20 - Rating: 4)

Management tried the old switcheroo and at first gave us a lesser room than we had reserved, but after we insisted on them giving us what we had clearly reserved, things were good.Great place to stay in Texas Hill Country near Kerrville. Keep an eye on management.

  • Review 45 (2024-05-15 - Rating: 4)

Far away from life within the city. Two pools with different Temps. Laid back attitude environment. Beautiful rooms to stretch out in.

  • Review 46 (2020-07-29 - Rating: 5)

Staff was wonderful. Living quarters were clean, spacious & comfortable. LOVE the pools, but hate the bugs! Fishing at the bottom if the hill. Shopping, to get pretty much anything you need, is not too far. Family of 13 in two cabins really enjoyed our stay.

  • Review 47 (2020-10-23 - Rating: 4)

The room was great, we stayed in one of the three bedroom suites, and the staff very helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the Frisbee golf course. Right now you have to drive for a place to eat and groceries. My only complaint was the carpet in the living area needed cleaning.

  • Review 48 (2018-06-24 - Rating: 5)

My husband I celebrated our wedding anniversary here last month. We had an awesome time. The rooms are in immaculate shape. The views of the hill country are out of this world. We star gazed at night and we could see so many stars (coming from the city, this was amazing) the property had 4 or 5 ponds to fish on and river access across the road. We brought a lot of our own food to make our own meals which saved some money. The staff was awesome and we will be back very soon!

  • Review 49 (2020-12-06 - Rating: 5)

Large well stocked kitchen, plenty of living space. Two nice pools and a very large hot tub. A few activities like ping pong and pool plus a decent exercise room. Beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It is very rural though so most offsite activities are a bit of a drive. Well worth the trip, highly recommended.

  • Review 50 (2018-03-15 - Rating: 4)

The rooms are really clean and rustic. One of the let downs are the rooms kind of look unfinished on parts of the walls where you would think a picture would be or something. We also had to wait like an hour and a half until our room was done getting cleaned. And the pool is not heated which is a let down. And there is only showers in our rooms, no bathtubs, but they are very nice.

  • Review 51 (2020-07-29 - Rating: 5)

GREAT value. Price was incredibly reasonable. My wife and I went in what would be considered the off season and we were super pleased. It wasnt overcrowded, that was nice. Patrons seemed well spaced out. We stayed in the Studio Presidential Suite. The staff, they are awesome!!! Cant say that enough. They were great, from beginning to end. Incredibly friendly, genuine, and helpful. You guys rocked. There was one small problem, the air conditioning went out but, we were promptly moved to a different suite. It was beautiful, seriously, and spacious. There was a star 🌟 gazing area, multitier pools, a restaurant that offered delicious eats. The surrounding community was really quaint and friendly. We will have to visit again soon. Also there are accommodations for groups of any size. If youre looking for a nice couples get away that doesnt kill your bank account, you should seriously consider checking this place out.

  • Review 52 (2024-09-26 - Rating: 5)

Very nice view from anywhere you go on the grounds.

  • Review 53 (2023-06-19 - Rating: 5)

Staff was very nice, the rooms/housing spacious and beautiful/charming, really liked the heated pools, my stay was so relaxing, the energy at this location just felt positive and it was easy to relax, Id definitely return.

  • Review 54 (2022-09-12 - Rating: 5)

Amazing villas and condos with great style. The location is great and only 20 minutes into downtown Kerrville. Minutes to the Guadalupe River. Very peaceful surroundings. Great common area with pool, lots of games, and very peaceful at night.

  • Review 55 (2022-06-16 - Rating: 4)

It is a very nice place. But, it is not a hotel. There are individual condos equipped with kitchens. There are also areas where you can Grill. So, if youre staying for a few days you need to make sure you bring groceries or plan on eating all meals out. The major drawback is location but the other thing is the condos are spread throughout the property. The pool and other amenities are off by themselves.

  • Review 56 (2019-04-07 - Rating: 5)

One of the best places Ive ever visited. The kid da could not get enough of the water slide, even in cold weather. The three tiered pool/spa was amazing. And the views are stunning. So much to do without even leaving the resort property. We went swimming, hiking, played disc golf and just had so much fin lounging around. Will definitely go again because we couldnt even fit in all the day trips we wanted.

  • Review 57 (2019-09-29 - Rating: 4)

Most places arent as nice as in their photos, but in this case they are! Beautiful hill country location. The pool was spectacular. We had a great night grilling and relaxing by the firepit. I got a regula 2 bedroom that was not pictured, but tastefully designed. Only complaints are 1. I wish there was an additional chair in the living room, there was 1 & a small sofa. 2. The building lights come straight into the bedroom. 3. Full size beds not ideal for couples.

  • Review 58 (2021-03-21 - Rating: 5)

Beautiful location and facility. We arrived at this location very late on our first night, no trouble checking in and staff was very helpful, friendly, and informative. Although this location is basically in the middle of nowhere, there were plenty of conveniences nearby including gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants (including a neat little restaurant Toucan Jims, very much worth the drive!) At the actual community there was frisbee golf, a pool (too cold to enjoy this trip), chessboard, connect four, and plenty of little areas to explore (on-site and off). My only complaint is not only was my phone service spotty at best but the free wifi was just as bad, my only reason for -1⭐. Other than that, we will definitely return, very well thought out community.Update: Weve visited this location for a second time and service was great AND the WiFi worked like a charm. We also had the opportunity to do some star gazing, which was beautiful.. 5 stars!

  • Review 59 (2022-08-19 - Rating: 5)

Was very pleased with the location and rooms. The views were amazing. The pool was great and they had lots of things you can do outside. Will be back in the spring.

  • Review 60 (2024-09-24 - Rating: 5)

A Fantastic Hill Country Resort. The pool is amazing! River access is across the road and worth the beauty.

  • Review 61 (2020-09-01 - Rating: 5)

For anyone looking for a break from the stressful competitive, time-bound sales environment that such a job may be, this place is a great location to shut off cell phone and laptop and just sit back and enjoy the beautiful scenery that the hill country is.My family and I have enjoyed 2 visits to this great place. Things Ive enjoyed most:1) secluded; neatly tucked up on a hill with great view of hill country (condo location important) 2) far yet close to nice and inexpensive family dining 3) condos in great condition with all basic amenities provided- just load on groceries and youll be set 4) area for catch and release and plenty of roads for bicycling and jogging 5) large swimming pool 6) private area by the river for cookout and or just hanging by the river

  • Review 62 (2019-12-19 - Rating: 4)

Beautiful resort in the hill country. The units were very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was equipped with all your cooking needs. Just beware the information meeting as it is really a sales pitch to purchase timeshare points. Other than that this is a great place for a vacation as it is close to Fredericksburg and many wineries allow the 290 corridor.

We did not want for anything when we went to this resort. I looked for reasons or things that we did not have. I searched for things that we could need or want that they didnt already provide! Needless to say I quit searching because it was fruitless to do that. It was an exquisite place that people were remarkably sweet and helpful. Her kids had a blast. It was a well needed vacation and well executed by WorldMark! Oh, thats right, I did find something we needed. It was a pen and paper and a cooking apron! Lol sorry thats all I could come up with. It was awesome, we will be back!

This place is absolutely amazing!! It has its own private access to the river. The kids love the water slide plus the 2 pools & hot tub. The staff was amazing, if we needed anything they were their to help. We will be back

We will be back!!!! We had a 2 bedroom presidential suite that was awesome. We took full advantage of the grill on our patio. The recreation area was well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and nice.

BEAUTIFUL resort and location! Lots to do from lounging by a gorgeous pool, resting muscles in a hot tub, playing ping pong, pool or disc golf or fishing in one of the several stocked ponds and even hiking on property. I wish we never had to leave! The room had a fireplace so made it feel homey. Great staff and crew.

  • Review 69 (2023-08-21 - Rating: 5)

  • Review 71 (2019-01-22 - Rating: 5)

From my first phone call to check on my confirmation, I was greeted with the biggest smiles over the phone. My mom and I were not disappointed when we arrived. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and informative. The concierge was so informative and catered to our interests. The front desk has been very helpful to any concerns we have had with the condo. The maintenance group is very skillful and so polite. Their attention to detail and friendliness was just what we needed to make us feel comfortable. We also had time to enjoy the hot tub and play a little ping-pong. The grounds are very clean, refreshing and beautiful. The trails are natural and welcoming. We have had a great experience.Garrett Geller was so kind and informative of his product. We felt comfortable and we could speak freely with him. We received a good understanding of the services Wyndham provides and we were impressed. We learned so much and are grateful for the experience. For our first night, the guest bedroom was a little scary because it was so windy. The next day I realized that the window was not shutting or locking the way it was supposed to. We called the front desk and they sent someone right away. Backup came to troubleshoot the issue. And they worked great as a team. We were very appreciative for their hard work, especially to make us feel comfortable. I slept like a baby the rest of those nights thanks to their skills and hard work. I do also have one suggestion for the bathrooms, a bench would be greatly appreciated to sit our clothes on while showering and to use for older ones so they dont fall down while changing. All in all it was one of our best vacations. Thank yall so much

  • Review 72 (2019-12-17 - Rating: 5)

Absolutely breathtaking views. The staff was always friendly. We slept amazing on the bed and loved having a full size loaded kitchen to cook in. The is also located in a wonderful area.

  • Review 73 (2018-09-09 - Rating: 4)

It started a bit shaky and although it took changing rooms twice, they got it right third time. The unit was spacious and open but cozy and felt just like home. Loved the big open kitchen, which came fully stocked with dishes and cookware. They have a beautiful pool and rec area where they did a little campfire and smores night on Saturday for the kids. Tons of deer and wildlife to see at night. We watched a beautiful storm roll in from our back porch area. Amazing. Despite the fact it took the entire first day to get us into the correct unit, overall this was the perfect weekend getaway. We will most certainly return!

  • Review 74 (2023-10-09 - Rating: 5)

Delightful location. Rooms need better cleaning. Found hairs on the shower wall, a dead cricket in the bathroom, and food particles under the kitchen table.

  • Review 75 (2018-03-31 - Rating: 4)

It is a great place. I hiked all the trails and had a great time. The unit we had was spacious and modern and very quiet. This is a non smoking property, so keep that in mind... even the patio/deck is not to be smoked on.

We love this resort. Beautiful inside and out. Hiking trails, river access, friendly staff, gorgeous pool and views.Edit: there used to be onsite hiking trails but now its all fenced off. Not sure what happened there but were super bummed about it.

  • Review 78 (2021-10-08 - Rating: 5)

Ok so weve been WorldMark/Trendwest owners since 2001, but have only just started visiting locations in Texas this year. We live in Harker Heights outside of Fort Hood and our daughter attends Texas State in San Marcos, so to meet and celebratee her birthday we preferred staying someplace in Austin or New Brunsfel closer to her and a city. The only place available this year that could accommodate our 26yr old paraplegic son was the Stablewood location. It took us 3 hours to get there and took my daughter 1 1/2 and there was no city within an hours drive and one side of the pool was closed and a lot of the reviews talked about bugs being all over the units. Although all of this was mostly true and we did have one huge centipede visit the kitchen floor on the last day our overall stay was AMAZING! We stayed in the 3 bedroom Penthouse for Special Needs and O My God was it set up beautifully. From the spacious rooms and bathrooms to the huge living and dining room. Two odd the rooms had huge patios attached with French style glass doors. There were two separate patios downstairs as well. One of the dining room that had a bricked-in propane grill that was ready for use under a huge lit area. There was also larger patio off the living room that had a huge seating area with a ceiling fan and big bricked fire place that they would light for you if we wanted. And that doesnt include the remote control fire place inside the living room. The surrounding area was sp beautiful and secluded with little waterfalls and lakes on the property. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They kept us informed off all on and off-site amenities. And although the town is small and about 10 minutes away from the property, everything we needed was there from Walmart and HEB to the movies and Golden Chick. There were two Mexican restaurants we visited that we gave 4 and 5 stars it was so delicious. I dont know if well visit again, but it was definitely worth it. If you like seclusion and the hill country this is an outstanding location.

  • Review 79 (2018-10-18 - Rating: 5)

This resort condo abundantly exceeded my expectations. The view from up stairs overlooking the mountains is a once in a life time view. The accommodations QED amenities are very fruitful, as well as it comes with all the silverware, appliances, plates etc that you need and more. Its a must go again and visit again.

  • Review 80 (2019-06-11 - Rating: 5)

Amazing family getaway! We go here about once a month. River activities, ponds for fishing, and kids could spend all day at the pool. They have great family activities like roasting marshmallows and Easter egg hunts. Theres a star gazing area as well. The amount of natural wildlife is refreshing from the busy city👍♥️😁

  • Review 81 (2020-10-22 - Rating: 4)

Great place to get away and enjoy the hill country. The staff is very accomodating and the new keyless wristband option is quite handy. Cons would be no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and units with upstairs neighbors are very loud. It literally sounds like heavy furniture is being moved all day and night...

  • Review 82 (2021-04-16 - Rating: 5)

Absolutely gorgeous resort. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the views, our unit, the grounds, heck, even the drive in! A couple of negatives - a fitness center that doesnt open until 9:00 am? That doesnt even make sense. And - charging for Wi-Fi (and cruddy Wi-Fi at that!)? I mean, seriously, in 2021, thats ridiculous. Ok but, other than that, it was wonderful!

  • Review 83 (2020-08-30 - Rating: 5)

We enjoyed all the extra precautions taken during this time! Nighttime stargazing and amazing sunrises are all pluses, but the staff and the amazing drive to our amazing hig-end condo (3 bedrooms and great upgrades) were all 5 stars. we will be back! loved it

  • Review 84 (2017-05-05 - Rating: 5)

Great timeshare in a great location. We loved the area near the Guadalupe River. We enjoyed hiking in the Louise-Hays park. The last mile drive to reach the check-in is really beautiful. The staff at the resort is really nice and helpful.

  • Review 85 (2018-03-24 - Rating: 5)

Our first trip to Stavlewood Springs was amazing! The resort is still fairly new but does not feel like it. The views are outstanding and rival any place I have ever been. We planned several off-property things to do and ended up canceling most to stay and enjoy the resort. One of the best stand out attractions is the staff here. We have been met with nothing but hospitality and friendliness from everyone here.We have another, longer vacation planned this summer but the everyone (parents and two kids) has agreed to cancel it and come back here. I think that says a lot about the experience here.

  • Review 86 (2018-09-03 - Rating: 5)

Loved my stay here. It was great! Very relaxing. Loved the pools, spa, pool table, fire pit, bbq grills, walking trails, and star gazing, plus views. It was all great. The bed was very comfortable we want to buy 1 now. The full kitchen was great and everything we needed was there. Note the only thing we found we needed and didnt have was chip clips...lol otherwise we had everything. Thank you Worldmark Hunt for a great vacation we will treasure!

  • Review 87 (2019-08-25 - Rating: 5)

This place is beautiful! If you love seeing the night sky for a nice change of pace from city life this is where to stay! The rooms here are phenomenal, and I loved every bit of it. I would stay here forever if I can. This was my first time being in the hill country.

  • Review 88 (2022-03-27 - Rating: 5)

Beautiful location! Great views all around the resort- even a star gazing area! Pool is gorgeous but cold. Great location to literally just sit back and relax!

  • Review 89 (2019-11-27 - Rating: 5)

Super clean inside and out, private and quiet. Two level pool, hot tub didnt work but it was 100 degrees outside so we didnt miss it. Outdoor propane grills and picnic tables throughout. The rec building has activities for adults and children through the day. Close to several area attractions Fredericksburg and Luckenbach.

  • Review 90 (2020-10-15 - Rating: 5)

We love it here at WorldMark Stablewood Springs. Its beautiful. We love the river access and Bridgets Basket market, also being close to Kerrville for anything we need. And close to Fredericksburg for longer stays. We also love relaxing in the room and the views. The time passes very fast! Its a great location and the rooms feel good.

  • Review 91 (2018-05-22 - Rating: 5)

Beautiful scenery -- balcony overlooks a forest. A few good hiking trails at varying difficulties.. two pools and a 20-person hot tub behind an activity center that contains a large fitness room. Lots of open outdoor areas to sit and watch the deer and rabbits graze or watch the mama duck with her babies crossing the street. In-unit laundry is great when you have kids who like to get dirty! The full kitchen is great for cutting costs and enjoying a quiet evening with the fireplace on and the breeze coming in through the sliding screen door. After dinner, drive to the stargazing area and check out the big night sky!

  • Review 92 (2017-07-11 - Rating: 5)

I love it. The resort is beautiful, the staff is amazing. Its a perfect hide away from the busy city life that im use too. The neighbors are friendly in the surrounding town. Only thing is its a little far from all the activities like horse back riding and caverns. But I would defintely stay here again.

  • Review 93 (2019-09-07 - Rating: 5)

Very clean, quiet, the pool and recreation area is a great place to enjoy and if you go out a little there is plenty to see and enjoy from eateries, hiking, and the scenery is beautiful, Id love to comeback for another visit. Two thumbs up!

  • Review 94 (2022-11-15 - Rating: 5)

This one of the nicest and most well-maintained resorts we have been to for a while. They lack for onsite activities and trails for hiking, but the pool and fitness facilities are great!

  • Review 95 (2017-07-03 - Rating: 5)

Super nice and new property. The only reason I rate it so low is because, even as only a day guest to hike with my family, I could not bring my dog on property. This was very inconvenient for me and will be for alot of people. I can see not allowing dogs to stay or even go inside. However, not to even allow them on the property is overkill and extremely disappointing.

  • Review 96 (2019-03-12 - Rating: 5)

Great place to vacation! Super awesome staff, and a amazing location. Absolutely stunning sunsets best enjoyed on your patio with a bottle of local wine...hiking trails, a nice pool and great mountain biking, ect. If you motorcycle, this resort is within distance of some of the best riding in texas.

This is our second time visiting, we had a misunderstanding on our room. But Sarah Leal did everything to make it right!! We had a great, relaxing weekend! The one thing that was missing, we didnt have towel hooks in our bathroom. Other than that everything was great!! Thank you Sarah for making everything right!!

  • Review 98 (2018-06-28 - Rating: 4)

Beautiful rooms, nice staff, lovely pool (except they do NOT have a separate adult pool - kids are allowed in all pools) picturesque river access and even have a star gazing point. But bring your own chair.

  • Review 99 (2021-01-15 - Rating: 4)

It was great. There is a pool with a slide and the other pool has heated water. We got to see deers and rabbits around the area. The bad part is that you have to pay for internet. I have been traveling with RCI since 2009 and never had to pay for internet until we stayed here.

  • Review 100 (2020-12-23 - Rating: 5)

Great views. Clean accommodations. Really quiet and restful. Wildlife that comes to your front yard.A positive customer service note:We booked through RCI. There was apparently some miscommunication between RCI and the property. Our week-long stay could have been ruined if the front desk staff would have been rigid and unwilling to help us, especially as we had just come off an 8-hour drive the week before Christmas 2020.Lucky for us, the front desk staff DID help us. They were flexible and refused to give up until they found something for us at the property. They worked together well as a team, researching options at each of their computer stations. Were grateful to them: Corynn M. and Katie B. If it werent for them and their efforts, our vacation would have gotten off to a bad start. One piece of advice:We found the water out of the faucet to be quite hard and were happy we brought extra body and hand soap.

  • Review 101 (2017-10-01 - Rating: 5)

The location is very nice, secluded and quiet. The staff are very helpful and nice. The pool is amazing and has a water slide. We all enjoyed our stay here

  • Review 102 (2023-11-12 - Rating: 4)

The only reason I didnt give it all stars is because after discussing on phone prior to visit, they changed the room that was agreed on...I cant imagine why they thought a couple thats almost 70 could manage bunkbeds!!

  • Review 103 (2019-11-16 - Rating: 5)

Beautiful place to stay. Be careful of leaving doors and windows open, found a 2 inch long scorpion climbing our wall. Staff came within 5 minutes of the call and took care of it.

  • Review 104 (2022-10-19 - Rating: 5)

Wow, such a beautiful WorldMark Resort in the Texas Hill Country. Not near any place close for eating or shopping. The swimming pool is beautiful AND there is a hiking path located on the property.

  • Review 105 (2024-04-25 - Rating: 5)

Stayed there for the eclipse. Very nice condo! Perfect for star gazing as well.

  • Review 106 (2022-01-02 - Rating: 5)

If you want to get away and be far from it all while having the comforts of home, this worldmark property is for you. It is 20 minutes from the nearest full market and pharmacy so if you plan to shop, make a list. Otherwise you will spend much of your vacation driving into town. They have a nice pool and a spot for stargazing (just wish the spotlight at the service shed didnt spoil your night vision so much). Good internet and TV choices rounded out solid entertainment options. The Frisbee golf course looked like a popular diversion.

  • Review 107 (2017-01-17 - Rating: 5)

This place is amazing. Its of the beaten path in Hunt, Tx, way up on a hill top. The pool is lovely, the rooms are amazing. They are decorated so tastefully. I think its my favorite WorldMark resort ever.

Folks, these are luxury apartments for the price of a semi-luxury hotel room. Located on the outskirts of town but shopping is within easy reach (~5-7 mi.). Everything is provided, less food and drink, including linens, pool towels, cooking and eating tools, etc. Gas grills are located in common areas. There are two pools that overlooking the Hill Country with a slide for the kids. Only downside is they charge for internet access.

  • Review 113 (2018-06-19 - Rating: 5)

Visiting family who had the place for a week. Everything was up to par and got what we expected for an affordable get away. Only complaint is that you have to pay for wifi. About 4.95 for 24 hours for 2 devices at the cheapest and the packages go up from there. Other than that, had a pleasant experience.

Great Worldmark Resort. Pretty secluded, about 15 minutes from civilization. An hour and a half from San Antonio. Has a nice outdoor heated pool, large hot tub, and regular outdoor pool with a slide. Hiking trails and fishing ponds are available. We caught some fish at the lowest (largest) pond. Staff was courteous.

This is a beautiful resort located in the Texas Hill Country between Ingram & Hunt TX. We stayed in a regular 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with full kitchen, washer & dryer & patio. The unit has granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, large rooms & bathrooms & is well laid out & very well equipped. BBQ grills are located close to the units, & there are 2 beautiful pools & a large hot tub on the property, along with over 5 miles of well-marked hiking trails ranging from easy to advanced. We definitely recommend using the flashlight provided in each unit to walk over at night to the star gazing area on the property. You’ll be amazed at all of the stars visible there at night! The resort provides private access to the Guadalupe River across the highway below the resort. There are also several ponds and a creek along the winding drive up the hill to the resort where you can picnic, barbecue and fish. And there is a lot of wild life around the resort. It’s quite common to small Axis deer, porcupines and birds.Kerrville is close by, with Fredericksburg about a 50 minute drive from the resort. There are LOTS of wineries around both towns. The National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredericksburg is excellent and well worth the time to see.Worldmark Hunt Stablewood Springs is a beautiful resort with a great, responsive staff. I highly recommend staying here.
