I have been trying to sell my diamond resort for about 2 years, I have tried 3 other companies and no luck. However WILLOW BEND RESORT SOLUTIONS came through for me, in just about 3 months it was done. One thing I should say is dont expect to sell your timeshare for what you paid for it, it doesnt work that way, just be happy to get out of those maintenance fee, in some cases well over a $1000.00 a year.Thank You Joseph and Jeff great job... :-)

Finally, I found a Timeshare takeover firm that actually delivered. Joe Stern is a fine young man who was very professional and never pushy. After years of trying, Joe delivered on his promise to find a buyer within 90 days. He did it in under 30 days.I gave Willow Bend a Four Star rating only because I feel they could use some back office staff to help with follow up and communication. Joe appears to be a one man show which can get a bit hectic at times. All in all he did a pretty good job with follow up and communication.The end result is the most important thing to consider!

I worked with Joseph Stern at Willow Bend Resort Solutions to get released from a timeshare condo my deceased husband and I had. I first came across his name and company on facebook a couple years back. Joseph kept periodically contacting me to see if I wanted to use his services. I said yes but I had some other things I had to take care of first. He kept in touch and I signed on to work with Joseph in August, 2022. We had an initial phone call and then I decided to go ahead with the timeshare cancellation. He kept in touch with me every step of the way through the process. He was always very responsive by either email or phone call. After 6 months the process was completed and I have been greatly relieved to be released from this obligation hanging over my head. We talked to Joseph on the phone. He then told us how he could help us get out of our time share.. He gave us step by step. We told him we would have our lawyer look over all our paper work. We ck with the better business bureau and his record was good. We got the phone number and names of 5 people who used him before.we called them and they said he had helped them. He helped us get out of our time share. We get the information from our resort. It showed the deed was transferred in his name. He was easy to talk . He gave us his phone number the communication was great. My husband and i are grateful to him for helping us get out of our time share. Joseph will talk to you and explain what you have to to do. I began looking to get rid of my Timeshare a couple of years ago as my Maintenance fees were skyrocketing and I was finding it more difficult to trade weeks off for desirable vacation locations as timeshare owners instead of trading them were renting instead. And Timeshares are impossible to sell or even give away. Plus Timeshare contracts are unbreakable and will pass to your heirs the liability. I had to get rid of it.Joseph and I had been in contact for about a year before I decided to use his service. I was skeptical but my experience with him was great – We had to work thru some details. Simply had to find out the procedure my management company (Festiva) required and we did the deal.We started the process late November, 2019, and by the middle of February, 2020, the Deed was transferred and Festiva transferred the timeshare to him.
