We truly enjoyed our 5 day stay in this gorgeous home in Bee Hive, Texas celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday. Everyone loved spending time in the swimming pool overlooking magnificent views, and dining outdoors under the stars. The expansive kitchen made preparing meals a breeze and everyone slept comfortably in the cozy beds. The house was stocked with everything we needed, especially bath and pool towels.Thank you Amy and team for a lovely experience. We look forward to coming back.

Amazing first time experience with Walker Luxury Homes 🤍 Me and my family stayed at the French Polo Estate and had an incredible time, the home is huge! Pool space did lack lighting but that was nothing major. Our home expert was always easy to contact and answered any/all questions we had. Can’t wait to book again next summer 🤍

Our group of nine had the loveliest, most amazing time at Canyon Moon. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out, and we completely enjoyed hanging out on the deck outside of the kitchen. Wed grab our coffee and sit outside around the hot tub. The place was spotless- the kitchen was amazing and the bedrooms each had nearby or en-suite bathrooms. Everyone gasped when we walked in at how beautiful it was. We loved the neighborhood, too- quiet and lovely, a quick walk to Civil Goat for breakfast, and we saw three deer one morning just walking up the street. I would recommend this to any group or for a family vacation. (Now all my friends want two dishwashers in their home also- a great idea!) Book it now, you wont be disappointed.Plus, we got a delivery of warm cookies upon arrival, which was icing on tip of the perfect Walker luxury cake.

Always on my mind house did not disappoint specially loved all the nice plants the cool espresso machine was a big plus just loved everything about the placeI have never rented a property where we had so many different fees but it was totally worth it hope to stay there again one day

Beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable home! We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and outside shower in the well landscaped backyard, the oh so comfy beds in the big and beautiful bedrooms, the amazing well -stocked kitchen and appliances, the entertainment system with practically EVERY streaming option available, and the fun games left for us to play. It was the perfect place to enjoy a 4-day weekend in Austin with family.

This house was unbelievable!! Sooo beautiful - comfy - felt like home! Indoor/outdoor area was the coolest thing ever with the glass garage doors you could open or close depending on weather. Loved the fireplace!!! The views are absolutely incredible!!! This house sits by itself - no other house in sight. The perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of city life!!! The check in and check out was so simple!!! The host was super responsive by text and very kind. I would go back to this house again and again!!!!

Walker luxury rentals takes great care of my property and works hard to keep it rented out. Their pricing is fair for the level of service provided. For prospective renters, realize that the properties are much better taken care of than your average vacation rental property.

We stayed at the Loft House in May for three days. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The house and grounds were gorgeous and it was a large enough space for our group of 10 women. Highly recommend!

We had a great time, the property was clean and well equipped and the customer service and communication from Walker Properties was great. Perfect family vacation home! The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults! The house was very clean and well equipped! Would definitely stay at this home again! The Walker team is amazing!!! We also used Key Concierge for pre-arrival groceries-it was great to walk in and have a stocked fridge with all our families favorites!

We stayed at the French Polo Estate just outside of Austin on a girls trip and it was AMAZING! It exceeded all expectations. Everyone we interacted with was more than accommodating and the estate was so beautiful. It’s close to the city, but feels like you’re in your own oasis! It’s gorgeous and cozy all at once. We would highly recommend this to everyone!

We loved everything about the house we stayed in for Thanksgiving. We stayed at The French Polo in Austin, TX. We were a large group of about 30 and we had more than enough space. The house is beautiful and well furnished. The rooms were spacious, the home was spacious. The customer service was very prompt and answered any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable and attractive S. Congress bungalow. Our family loved the location that was walkable to all that S. Congress and Lady Bird Lake had to offer. We enjoyed our evenings around the fire-pit and even watch a movie (from the huge collection) when the rain set in. The neighborhood, location and decor were excellent. Walker was also quick to answer our few questions too.

Our Austin Hill Country rental was beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the house was immaculate. Our code for entry into the home didnt work, but a quick phone call solved the problem. The Walker staff were very helpful with suggestions and always responded promptly to questions. This property was within easy driving distance to Hill Country destinations as well as the city; however, we chose to Uber to the city. Perfect choice for our girls getaway!

Ive been fortunate enough to stay at two properties managed by Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals.The first property was 906 Daniel and it did not disappoint. The back of the house is loaded with windows that give you a sprawling view of the downtown skyline. The kitchen consists of super high quality appliances, the artwork is fun and energizing and there is plenty of room for all of your friends. It is also a short distance from downtown which means cheaper Uber rides for those times when you just cant drive yourself home.The second property we stayed at was The Owners House in Dripping Springs. We had a family event and we all fit very comfortably in this home tucked away in the Texas Hill Country. While it is secluded, you dont have to drive far for great distilleries, pubs, breweries, wineries, and restaurants. Fredericksburg is only an hour away which has great wine! This location was very relaxing as we had deer in the backyard in the mornings and wonderful sunsets in the evening. The landscaping is beautiful and tastefully done.Needless to say, we have never struck out when using Walker Luxury for our lodging needs. I have no reason to use anyone else when they treat you like kings on each stay.

We LOVED our stay at the Circle J Ranch! It was a little further out of the city than we originally expected, but we really enjoyed the seclusion of the property! It had everything that we needed, a pool. hot tub, fire pit, and enough beds for all my guests to feel comfortable. Great place for celebrating!

Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals has been managing my primary home as a full time rental for the past three years. Over that period of time I have been impressed with the level of service they provide to not only me but the guests who are staying at my property. As an individual with very busy personal travel and work schedules, the ease of the rental process as provided by WLVR has been second to none. They handle every aspect of the rental experience from signing contracts, communication with guests, handling of concierge services, post-stay inspections, minor repairs, cleanings, etc. Without their help, there is quite literally no way I could possible handle this by myself. I pack my suitcase and walk out the door - everything on the business end of the rental is handled, and I can spend my time enjoying my travels and time away from Austin.In addition to handling of the guests, Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals has been able to increase revenues to the property through repeat guests of their service, significant advertising across many platforms, strong reputation for quality service here in Austin, connections within the local hospitality market, etc. Over the last couple of years, my propertys revenues have significantly increased on a year over year basis based upon WLVRs hard work tuning my home and my homes advertisement. We are currently above my revenue and nights per year goals.Over the last several years, Ive quite literally had 0 issues with guests. Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals has business processes set up to screen the guests appropriately and provide a level of patron who will treat my property with respect. Safety of the property and the guests is of utmost importance to me; I walk out the door without a worry. In addition, for festival-style weekends they enforce stricter requirements to have daily maid service and other methods to ensure there are no problems for me, guests or my property. WLVRs staff spends the time needed to ensure that everyone in the process is happy.Overall, Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals provides a level of service that I deem is heads and shoulders above any other company within Austin. I would not consider using anyone else, as I quite literally have been impressed from day one on how Walker and her staff handles the luxury vacation rental market and my home in particular. The folks working there go over and above my expectations and provide a luxury service to me which in turn makes all of this possible.

I came into WLVR as a homeowner partner through Beth Friedman. When I started the journey a couple of years ago, I asked my realtor for property management company recommendations, and I called several companies to learn more and get an idea of who would be a great fit to partner with. I talked with one company’s administrator, who took my information and said they would have their key rep call me back. I left a voice message with another company. Neither of them called me back! Those are just two examples of my experience when trying to find a suitable property management company. Then, I called WLVR and Beth answered the phone. I was talking with Beth and started asking questions. Beth not only answered my questions, but also provided key details and information that proved beneficial for me in terms of my property. As an example, Beth mentioned to me how WLVR wants and focuses on luxury homes, and that having at least a hot tub is key. Armed with this information, I decided to add a hot tub to the property. Beth was patient with me, answered all of my questions, etc. I think we talked for like 45 minutes! In fact, I wasn’t even prepared to talk that long because of my prior experience and having the feeling like people just don’t want to spend the time. Beth’s engagement took me by surprise (in a good way) to whereI was kind of caught off guard! LOL. I wanted to share this story because it meant a lot to me. I cannot thank Beth enough. As soon as Beth and I got off of the phone, I looked at my wife and said, “We have a property management company!” I honestly did not research or call another company! I met Beth in Austin several months after and signed the paperwork! I don’t know if we even poured the foundation yet for crying out loud! I am truly grateful for Beth who welcomed my family and I with open arms.

It was super easy working with Walker Luxury! Found the listing online and the rental process was easy. Check in and check out was seamless. I could text/call a number whenever I had any questions. The price was also better than all comparables on other rental sites like ABNB and VRBO!

Great location. this was the perfect set up for our group of 5 executives. we could walk to most everything we wanted in a matter of a few min. having the pool table and shuffle board was great to kill time while we were waiting for others to get ready. I would highly recommend it.
