This was perfect for the 2 of us and could have easily accommodated another couple with 2 bedrooms. Very clean and up to date in a nice newer area. All kitchen ability to cook, etc if preferred. Plenty of room since is a condominium that some would live in. Price was reasonable. Only negative was the construction across the street with workers and some noise when trying to relax without disruption. We would settle on a different location within the same area where no construction was occurring next trip there.

We spent 2021New Years at a beautiful home in Rockport Tx. It was large enough for everything we needed.We had an issue with the water heater. We call the 24/7 number they had someone come out right away and it was New Years Day!! Turnkey took very good care of us.. We loved the time we had there.. Thank you so much..

What a wonderful location we stayed at. Incredible. Only reason for the 4 star, is that I wanted to come a day early, and they wouldnt let me. Granted, I was calling the day of....but had to sit on hold for 15min and them got connected with someone who didnt seem to want to help me or couldnt.I said, I just want to pay you for an extra day. They replied sorry Sir, its too late. I asked if anyone else was there and they said, no.But the location is great, was super clean, and I highly recommend it!

We LOVED our unit in Port A - 116 W. Indigo St.It was awesome! Super clean, washer and dryer, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels (including pool/beach towels) and some fun toys, blocks, etc... for young kids. The bunk beds were a huge hit with my 3 & 4 year old. They also had a pack n play and baby toys available. There is a key code for the front door and a garage door opener. We will definitely try to reserve this specific unit when we return.

Turnkey was a great service and very convenient to use. All I had to do was send a quick text with any questions or issues and they were very prompt and friendly with their responses.The property was beautiful and very clean. The condo unit was immaculate when we arrived. The furnishings were lovely, the beds were super comfy and it had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely come back again and again!

Would definitely stay here again. Very spacious living room and kitchen. The rooms are perfect, especially the master room. Plenty of space on the upper deck to hangout. Then below the upper deck is also a great area to hang out as well. Its only 1 block away from the beach, and a few minutes away from shopping/restaurants. No view of beach, but that wasnt a problem for me at all. Lastly, you can rent a golf cart to go wherever you need!

We had a lovely stay at Palmilla Beach Resort for a long weekend getaway. Our condo was beautiful and overlooked the Gulf. It was very clean and gorgeously decorated, and well stocked with everything we basically needed. We could have used a couple more beach towels but we just used some of the many bathroom towels we had, so not a big deal. The kitchen was well stocked with tons of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. They even had very cute cloth napkins and napkin holders that matched the theme of the condo that we used one evening for a lovely dinner at the huge dining table. There were a couple items that broke during our stay, on our last day - the sliding door to the main bedroom and one of the blinds in the main bedroom. They did get someone out to look at it right away but it was our last day and did not wish to be interrupted, so asked that it be fixed as soon as we left. I would totally stay at these condos again, it was a perfect weekend.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. Plenty of room for our growing family. Only issue we had was the downstairs bathroom tub was full of sand when we checked in so it obviously had not been cleaned . When we tried to wash the sand out the water backed up into the tub. We contacted Turnkey and they sent a plumber the next morning. Drain was clogged up with many elastic hair bands but plumber got it fixed and we were in great shape the rest of the week.

This condo is bigger than it looks in the photos--a spacious bedroom with plenty of closet space and a nice-sized living/dining/kitchen. When we checked in Sunday night there was an issue with the heater (not normally what you worry about in Port A), but the Turnkey folks got it fixed Monday morning. We had an easy and pleasant walk to the beach, and the unit came with two, rather than just one parking pass, which was useful. Wifi was great, since we were working part of the time we were there. This was a great spot for a getaway for myself, my spouse and our adult daughter.

Great place to stay with really nice amenities. We loved the work out room in the building we stayed in! Our condo was very clean and fairly stocked if you want to cook and stay awhile. It is nicely decorated but not too personal, doesn’t feel like you are staying in someone’s home. The staff is pretty awesome! Customer service was always great!We hope to come and visit again sooner than later!

The house was spacious and at a great location. One of the pools was right across the street and the beach was an easy walk over the new boardwalk. We had a few issues that were all indicative of a lack of attention to details. Even though we had 10 people there were only 4 washcloths and 4 hand towels, only enough flatware for 9, the AC filters were extremely dirty and clogged (even the outside grate was covered in dirt). When we brought these issues to TurnKeys attention they responded quickly and provided wash cloths and hand towels and replace the AC filters.

Decided to take the family on our first vacation and the rental we arrived at was not what we expected. 5 star review because EVERYONE at Turnkey was great. They were very understanding, patient, and did what they could to take care of us. Outstanding customer service, would be happy to book with them again.

Our TurnKey Vacation rental experience was wonderful! The place was clean and had plenty of room for all our guests! The condo was close to the beach and all the local eateries and shops. We parked our boat at the marina and had a great time fishing in the Bay. The only set back is the back deck and limited parking . The back deck at this time of year was extremely hot due to the air conditioner unit blowing hot air in such a small space. The garage is not large enough for a car so you basically can only have two vehicles parked at the same time.

TurnKey itself was great to work with. We had a couple issues with house (described below) but they responded to our calls and texts very promptly. The house had a pool and the water was just too cold for the kids to swim (June in L.A.). I contacted Turnkey to see if there was a heater and if so, could it be turned on. The next day when we returned from our outing they sent someone and the pool heater had been turned on and the pool was perfect. They made 4 children very happy. In fact the pool was the best part of the house. The pool was serviced twice while we were there as well as the yard. We appreciated both of these services managed by Turnkey. Turnkey assisted me with reservation, answered question about the insurance I purchased, and I found them to be eager to make our vacation enjoyable. They checked in with me and offered both early check-in and late check-out. My only recommendation is that if they dont periodically do an onsite visit to the property, they should.Now my comments about the house. The home was not quite up to what I expected but it served our need for our 2 wk vacation. The home is advertised to accommodate 6 to 8. We had adults and 4 children ranging from 4 to 14. The kitchen has a table with 4 chairs only and was not expandable nor any extra chairs. Living room furniture barely accommodate 6. There is a huge (approx 30 round) white centerpiece hanging in the middle of living from the ceiling that is a nuisance. If you were 4 ft tall, you cannot walk under it. The property owners need to so some cosmetic touch-ups and repairs. Kitchen ware is sparse. There was a single wine glass. Two can openers and neither worked. There was blender but couldnt find top so we used a saucer. Dishware and glassware a mixn and match of remnants. There are two BBQ grills outside but one literally had no bottom and were very dirty. We had to clean and fill propane tank to use. FYI..the home is not handicap friendly...especially the two bathroom. The main bath the door only partially opens because its obstructed by the toilet placement. The master bath is very small and you actually have to close the door to use the sink.The neighborhood fairly quiet and appeared to nice but there is absolutely NO street parking available...thank goodness the property driveway accommodates 2 cars.As mentioned above the pool was awesome. We had some down days - no amusement parks and we spent those days in the pool. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy any meals on the patio as there was only a 30 round table. There were plenty of patio chairs.One other awesome amenity....from the backyard you are able to view the nighly firework show from Disneyland. The kids anxiously waited each night for the show. The adults equally enjoyed them as well. Once they were over, the kids knew it was bedtime.Overall we had a great vacation. I am giving TurnKey 4 stars for the service and would give the property owners 2 1/2 stars.

The rental was clean and in excellent condition. It was in a great location. We were able to enjoy the beach every day. We specially enjoyed the large kitchen and the fact that their televisions both upstairs and downstairs the rental also had 2 1/2 bathrooms which was a plus. We will definitely stay here again. And actually were thinking about coming back later in the year.

Property was well stocked with all amenities needed for a few days at the beach in Port Aransas. Plenty of items to use in the kitchen and more towels than a hotel laundry room. Property owners have it figured out and we had a pleasant stay.2 minor issues were; that I couldnt figure out the master tv, would turn on but couldnt get cable box to turn on- most likely ignorance on my part. The previous tennants or cleaning crew didnt get the dumpster out in time friday morning so I had to haul all our trash to a city dumpster for a couple days. Again, minor issues, and we look forward to booking the same or comparable property again.TurnKey was responsive by text and email and entire process was effortless, it actually had me slightly stressed leading up to check in as it was far less complicated than I thought it would be and was prepared for some sneaky b.s. - there was none.

Great property! Very comfortable and well appointed. High ceilings. Lots of light and entertaining space. We were so thankful for the elevator. For families traveling with young children who are concerned about the stairs, we brought 3 baby gates - oversized is best as the stairs between the floors are wide. We also had soft bungees (The type with plastic knobs at the end of the loop) that we used to affix the baby gates to the bannisters for extra resistance as the regular tension might not prevent a child from tumbling through the gate. The location was fantastic. A small community and quiet. We never heard our neighbors. However, between floors it’s a bit loud so if you’re a light sleeper consider bringing ear plugs. The beach was closed to automobile traffic but we were able to drop off at the beach entrance and then park at the RV parking lot for $15/day. No outdoor shower BUT the house has an AMAZING waterhose with attached spray nozzle to get off all that beach sand before you enter through the garage. Would definitely rent this property through TurnKey again.

Our condo was on North Padre Island. It was very comfortable with an ensuite bathroom that was gorgeous ! The kitchen had tons of room and many appliances were supplied for our use. Wish we could’ve been able to get the WiFi and TVs working while we were there. Other than that, which really was a drag- the airbnb was really great. The spiders were big. People were scarce as covid19 had just started blowing up in the states- second week of March- so WiFi and more consistent TV service would’ve been a huge benefit. The beach was amazing though. The last time I was in Port Aransas was close to 1987. I got stuck in a beach riot. A real riot. This time was completely different. It’s really very nice. My kids had a great time. It was a really long drive. My kids want to go back- no matter that it took more than 12 hours to get there.My mistake, apparently it was just 9/10 hours from OkC. Seemed like 24 hours though!

We had an issue with the heater at our rental house. Turnkey had someone local who came out to access the situation and called in a local HVAC person to look it over. Being this was the first time the heater was used, it for some reason tripped a breaker. But the circuit breakers were old as they did not flip the switch, nor color change, nor were they labelled. HVAC guy checked over heater, reset old breaker, and took some measurements to make sure heater was safe.We also had an issue with the door lock trying to create a simple code. Local Turnkey person immediately sent me a new code to work and all was good.I would use Turnkey again. Their website was the biggest issue booking the location, so we had to call into a person in Colorado to set up our rental.

I would recommend this place, but need to improve a few kitchen supplies.Pros: First floor, family friendly, very clean, fun decor.Cons: no liquid hand soap (apparently they dont supply-so bring your own) no salt and pepper, only 2 wine glasses. Guest bathroom was missing drain plug so no baths there)

She came out herself, in the rain, to see if she could resolve the issue but was unsuccessful. She immediately contacted a plumber who got everything resolved for us within an hour! Great experience.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Sugar Shack in Port Aransas, TX. The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved the privately fenced in backyard and enjoyed relaxing on the front porch with a cup of coffee in the morning before leaving to the beach. The rental company was quick to respond when we needed something and very polite. I would definitely reccomend this rental, we will be back for sure!

Overall great experience and I appreciated the late check out options at the end of our trip...wasnt expecting it and allowed for us to sleep in a bit. House was generally clean, access to services was easy. Only gripe was our sheets were dirty and stained. Ended up washing them and while some stains didnt go away (due to long term use) they were some questionable yellow-ish spots that disappeared after I washed them leading me to believe the sheets had not been washed or changed. In addition towels were old and stained, clean but should probably be replaced. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. (Edit: Would also like to add that working TurnKey was very easy! Coded door lock, tablet with access to information and services in the kitchen and smooth reservation process.)

We had a great time, the unit was exactly as advertised. It was steps from the boardwalk to the beach and actually had a small view of the gulf from the porch which is a definite plus for a first floor unit. The only thing that was a small negative was that there was no bath mat available for use when exiting the shower. We will definitely go back.

The house was large and had plenty of kit hen items and bedding. The main floor had a bedroom but only a half bath. . We were close to the ocean a d dunes. That also meant bugs. We jad to spray for those giant du8ne bugs and mosquitos daily.

It was very nice and well put with the automation, but I would like more human contact. It was not very assuring have automated systems respond to everything or revert me to the same rental agreement page for anything it couldn’t answer.there was a someone to call once I got to the rental, and the things I was told threw automation were accurate in the end, but I would feel safer having a person I could email or text rather than robots.

Second week in August 2018. Home has most of what you need. Plenty of dishes, baking sheets, pots/pans, utensils, full bottle of Tide washing detergent. Refrigerator was making a loud noise, appliance tech out next day to repair it. Quiet area, pool right behind home. There are pool towels in this home. Paradise key restaurant on the water across the street. Fishing area just 100 yards from front door through fencing area to the right. Plenty of area to walk your dog. Great internet and TV. We visit Rockport every year, best home so far. Hurricane still impacting the area, not everything is open yet.

Our family goes to the coast every year. We typically stay in Port Aransas or Rockport, but this year we felt it would be better to stay closer to Corpus Christi. The townhouse (a 4 bdrm, 3 1/2 bath, 3-story) was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was modern, and had all of the appliances you would expect. The large marlin in the living room was a little strange at first, but you get used to it. We had some inconvenience at first, as the entrance code information wasnt correct, but the Turnkey staff got us in with no problem. The only con I have is that the parking isnt the most convenient; you have to park outside the complex on the road (for short-term guests). Other than that, we had a wonderful time. Would definitely do this again!

Very nice area, the house on its two upper floors is great, two very cozy bedrooms on the third floor, with an incredible view, the large and well-lit social area very suitable for family coexistence, with a very practical small dining room, a The kitchen is a little reduced and on the floor at street level the third bedroom requires attention (climate, beds, doors, bathroom) but the rest is very cozy, nice design, two terraces on the second and third floor with a very close view of the sea and the mountains. the pool, two bathrooms on the third floor, one in the social area and a room for The third bedroom also requires attention.
