Our time at Twisted Horns Ridge was an amazing getaway. We are outdoor enthusiasts, and the fog and rain slowed us down a little bit, but the location is perfect for getting to interesting natural areas to explore. The cottage was fantastic, more space than two people need, but as we were indoors a lot because of the weather, we were grateful!Our hosts responded to our questions quickly, and were also happy to give us the quiet time and space we wanted on our vacation. We definitely recommend Twisted Horns Ridge Tiny Homes to anyone looking for a nice Hill Country adventure.

This place is just awesome. Everyone was so friendly and so sooooo generous. It’s a beautiful plot of land, and the homes are perfect. They have everything ! Private hot tub, hammocks, soak pool, antelopes, black-stone grill (my boyfriend wanted to cook every meal on it lol)I’m obsessed! got to feed goats and longhorns, and underestimated how much land there really was! I can’t wait to come back and explore more.I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough, you have to try it out!Thank you so much to the owners for opening up your doors to share this beautiful place.

Twisted Horns Ridge was a beautiful stay, we enjoyed everything that the house offered. It has everything you need and the area is amazing. The Management team are wonderful and very helpful. I definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I enjoyed a delightful 3-night getaway at the Highland Escape. The location was perfect for our retreat. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, hiking around the property, and feeding treats to the longhorns. One of the highlights was sipping my coffee while watching deer and Blackbuck antelope nearby. It was a wonderful experience!

What an amazing experience! I was greeted by the antelope as soon as I drove in the gate. I was surprised by how many there were. My first night I was able to feed Maverick and Medina the longhorns. They were so sweet and Leah who assisted was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. As I was getting ready to go back to my farmhouse my car died. Dana and her husband Mike got it restarted and made arrangements to come by and check on me the next morning. Mae also checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed. I stayed in the Tiny Farmhouse. It was small and was the perfect size for me as well as absolutely spotless! I was very surprised staying on a ranch with wildlife all around, that I never saw any bugs or evidence of any not even a spider. I thoroughly enjoyed waking up in the morning and having coffee in bed while watching the birds and antelope visit right outside my windows. The homes are very private so you feel like you are the only one on the property. At night, I sat out by the fire pit to eat dinner, have a glass of wine and look at all the stars. During the day I used my wheelchair to explore the trails as much as possible and even picnicked while out exploring and watching the herd of antelope roam around. My last full day, Judy and Rudy met me by the goats and told me all about the baby ones as well as the chickens and then helped me feed the longhorns again. It was very evident that they truly care for all of the animals as well as the ranch. Everyone I met working on the ranch were genuinely interested in making sure that everyone visiting would have the best experience right down to the farm fresh eggs! I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying out some of the other homes. This vacation was incredible! Thank you, thank you for making my stay so relaxing and invigorating at the same time!!

My husband and I vacation here several times, almost twice a year, and we always love it. Its so romantic at night, its also very quiet. The tiny homes have everything you would need like firepits, walking sticks, hot tubs, splash pools, and privacy. You never see or hear anyone else on the property. You can go hiking and see all the wildlife, or just bring your favorite wine or drink and just lounge around. This is our go to place, and Fredericksburg is not far away either so we normally go get some wine, and then relax here. 10/10 recommend for those who love nature, stars, and quiet vacations.

Hubby & I just spent 2 nights in the Starlight Escape to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary...it was perfect! We stayed on the ranch the whole time and enjoyed every minute of the peace & quiet out there. We feed the animals, took a hike and just enjoyed each other and relaxed. Have already recommended this place to our closest friends & family. Thank you for hosting such a lovy place...we have no complaints!!

What an amazing time we had at The Glass House at Twisted Horns Ridge! Truly one of our best getaways ever. The Glass House was exactly as pictured and described (even better!). Private, romantic, and simply beautiful. Everything we needed was there. We got to hang out, cook, chill, and have a great time. H-E-B was not too far (about 20 minutes) and we even found a little bar in Hondo to watch the UT v. Texas A&M game (Hook’em Horns!) It was perfect!

This ranch is a gem! My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at “The Patio Casita” and it was beautiful! The house and indoor bathroom was clean and modern. The outdoor shower area was amazing, very private. We loved everything; the Blackstone, the hot tub, the hammock, all the furniture… we can’t forget how cool it was to feed the Longhorns (Medina, and Maverick). The Patio Casita was located in an area where you could see them all the time. We also saw several Deers, Birds, Goats and Antelopes. The sky was full of stars. The peace we felt at nights was awesome! This property is big and there are trails to hike/walk. The people running this ranch are very attentive and respectful. We are so happy that we celebrated our first anniversary here, and we can’t wait to come back!

This place is out of this world 🌎! It is THE MOST peaceful and quiet place I have ever stayed. Its so cozy that you want to stay for ever. There are deers and other animals walking around without being disturbed or disturbing anything. Very comfortable bed, this host thought on every single detail 👌. All you need is your own food and drinks and of course you items of personal use.

My girlfriend and I just stayed at the Glass House and we had the most amazing time! We stayed 2 nights and never left the ranch! It was so peaceful and beautiful! The hosts are extremely attentive and friendly in all aspects! We did not experience a single issue. The house was very clean and comfortable! The outdoor showers are great, cooking on the Blackstone, star gazing, seeing all kinds of wildlife, and feeding the longhorns! It was just an amazing and unforgettable experience! I wish I would’ve taken more photos but I was too caught up in just absorbing what was around me! Born and raised in TX and this is a true TX experience! Thank you for a great weekend! We will be back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the Tiny Home! The amenities provided were great and we loved every minute of it. The place was so quiet and private; and seeing the animals and birds were such a bliss especially in the mornings. We would like to visit again in the future and maybe try the other units next time.

I have stayed here twice. Both experiences were excellent. The host was attentive to any needs I might have and also provided excellent communication beforehand.The stay itself is the biggest highlight. If you are looking for a peaceful place to experience Hill Country, this is it. There are a plethora of amazing birds as well as numerous animals roaming about the ranch. When clear, the night skies are incredible.Both from the perspective of the gracious and attentive hosts and the stay itself, I highly recommend Twisted Horns Ranch

Our Patio Casita was the most beautiful weve ever had. It was just exactly what we needed. It was peaceful and rejuvenating getting away from the city and be out in the ranch. For once we could actually relax. Feeding the Longhorns was a huge bonus and the staff was very welcoming and nice ( I just wished we had gotten to see the goats as well!) Cannot express more what a great experience we had. We are definitely on planning to come back and check out the other houses.

We just returned from a short stay at the Tiny Farmhouse @ Twisted Horns. We had a wonderful relaxing experience without the noise of every day life. Hiked around the ranch and saw some of the wildlife. I would highly recommend this for someone wanting a quiet relaxing time to unwind. There are some good restaurants within 20 minutes of the ranch. The fresh eggs that were supplied by the hosts were very good on Blackstone grill.

What a wonderful experience of hospitality! From the very first text, the host shared their excitement of us experiencing their wonderful tiny homes, wildlife & stars! The host kept in constant touch with me regarding directions, what we would need to pack & once we got there, continued to stay in touch with me making sure everything was going well. My husband & I had such a pleasant time and upon leaving we left an item & the host shipped it to us without any hesitation whatsoever. I hope we can go back very soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Twisted Horns Ridge! My husband and I do not spend much time alone together without kids and this trip was much needed! Everything was perfect. The hot tub was amazing! My husband cooked shrimp and steak on the Blackstone, it was a great experience! We are already planning our next trip back! Rudy and Judy helped us feed and hang out with the longhorns! Loved the vibe and privacy of this all! Definitely the best place I’ve ever been to! Can’t wait to come back!

This place is so beautiful! Several air bnb cabins to chose from, all have splash cool water pools and hot tubs, BBQ grills, hammocks and dont forget the wildlife - deer, hummingbirds, butterflies. And you can hand feed the longhorns, the goats are friendly and you get fresh eggs in your cabin. Definitely worth checking out!

Absolutely love this place. My wife and I booked a tiny home after our wedding and it was a paradise! Lots of Wildlife with fantastic views!. The setup was incredibly thoughtful. They had prompt communication all the way thru! Highly recommend it -- will be back!

Our second time at here and we’ve stayed at two different homes and loved them both. I loved the outdoor setup to The Glass house. Outdoor (and an indoor) shower, tin pool, hot tub, black stone grill, and plenty of chairs to lounge. Opening up the door to pull the bed out and watch the stars was so special! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such a clear sky. The owner is sooooo kind and the app they’ve created for you to manage your stay was really neat. All the animals are great! We plan to come more often in the future. Everything was so smooth and convenient from start to finish. Thanks for an amazing get away!

Had a wonderful weekend away at this beautiful ranch, spending some time amongst the cows, gazelle, and goats in the Texas Hill Country. Our quaint cabin is one of a few tiny villas hidden away in the scenic landscape. Flat top grills, fire pits, and inflatable jacuzzi are featured amenities of these wonderful little homes. The air is fresh and its just nice here.

Absolutely perfect! My boyfriend and I stayed in the Wildflower Haven and I couldn’t have imagined it being any better. The set up was perfect, the house was adorable, and the outdoor amenities were great! It has everything you need and more. We went for a hike at the Hill Country State Natural Area, just 20 minutes away from the cabins, it was a beautiful area and the people were SO nice! We even had the chance of meeting Devin and Tom, they were so generous for letting us use their Blackstone grill after ours had a little issue. it was fixed in a matter of minutes but they were still so kind to allow us to use their own personal blackstone, they brought it over all the way from their house!!! We will definitely be coming back next year and we can’t wait! If you get the chance, definitely stay at this beautiful getaway!Thank you Devin, Sherri and Tom for everything!

I had an amazing getaway at Twisted Horns Ridge staying in the Starlight Escape tiny home!! It was a beautiful drive through the hill country to get to the ranch and once arriving at our tiny home we were immediately greeted by a few friendly longhorns!! The tiny home was immaculate, decorated beautifully and felt very private secluded in the trees. We really enjoyed crawling up into the loft at bedtime and turning on the star gazer. In the morning we made breakfast with fresh eggs from the farm, walked over to meet the goats, and enjoyed coffee on the patio as the longhorns were grazing. This is a really special place to stay and a wonderful way to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Great Country Getaway! Lovely Tiny Homes with Privacy & Hot Tubs. Also, they have a Very Nice Cabin available to rent. There is Wildlife including Whitetail Deer, Axis Deer, Antelope, Lots of Great Bird Watching, Etc. Also, they have livestock including Big Horn Sheep & Longhorns. Great Secluded Getaway for Both Couples & Families that sits on almost 100 Acres in the Beautiful Texas Hillcountry.There is a Very Good Cafe with Beer just down the Road. Just be sure to go the grocery store before hand to stock up for your stay because this place way out in the Country as We Texans Say.

We stayed in the Wildflower tiny house and had a great time. It was nice to see the animals and stars at night. Everything was well planned and picked out perfectly. We want to go back when it cools off more so we can really utilize the hot tub! The hosts also send a detailed guide book for guests with house rules, sights to see, places to eat, etc.

Stayed in the Tiny Glass House. It looks exactly as on the pictures on the website. Beautiful and clean place, away from modern time distractions. Stayed up till late night watching stars on the sky, in the morning listened to the birds singing... And I saw a hummingbird for the first time! Also had 6 fresh eggs for breakfast from the chickens on the farm. Communication was perfect, all information was sent ahead of time, all questions were answered within an hour. Will definitely come back! I would give 10 🌟 if I could!

This ranch is our slice of Heaven, its so beautiful! We love all the animals the sweet and gentle longhorns -Elivis - Seiko - Medina and the new addition Maveick! Its amazing to see Antelope grazing everywhere. Just pack your bags and come, these little cabins have every thing!!! A splash pool- hot tub- fire ring- even a Blackstone grill! I love watching the sun come up and the sun set with all the hummingbirds and all the wildlife on the ranch, it really is Paradise in the Hill County.

Stayed at Twisted Horns Ridge over the weekend for my birthday and I LOVED it! It met my expectations x10. It was very well maintained, everything was laid out for you as far as instructions, recommendations, etc. We also went to Garner State Park which was an hour away and was a beautiful drive!!!
