    I have been client of twinity rentals for almost close to nine months and it is an excellent company to work with.They are very proactive and what they have claimed on their web site is exactly the service they provide.Best think is they are local company and if theres any problem at the property gets addressed immediately.I would highly recommend this company for short term rentals

    I’ve been using Fernando and the Twinity staff for the past year to manage my short term vacation property and haven’t been happier. I’ve had 3 prior property managers and can say he is the best we have ever had. If you are out of town and looking for hands off management this is the place to go! Easy 5/5

    Working with Twinity has been an excellent experience. We’ve been working with them for over 2 years and have only good things to say about their communication and easiness to work with them. They are very dedicated in making sure both hosts and customers are provided the best service and are always very responsive to any questions/requests and you can tell by the reviews they receive in the different platforms. I highly recommend working with them and also looking at the properties they manage for your next trip since they put a lot of attention to details, cleanliness and overall customer satisfaction.

    I fist met the Twinity team last year. I was very ill and needed to move close to family. I wasnt sure what to do with my house at that point. I was referred to Twinity by a friend. When I met the team, they assured me they would take care of setting up and managing the short-term rental seamlessly. I was skeptical at first, but after being with them for almost one year, I couldnt recommend them more. Theyve taken care of everything and have been very responsive any time Ive had questions. The house has guests for almost, if not the entire month, and guests seem to love their stay. Im at peace knowing that even though my house is getting rented, its also being well taken care of by the Twinity team.

    I have one of my properties being managed by Twinity since mid-October. So far, I have great things to say. The communication is good and efficient. The property has been vacant for an average of 3-4 days a month which is good and the revenue has been increasing as the property gains traction in the market and the high season is not here yet.

    I am very particular, very detailed and exhausted from managing my own STRs. So when I came across Twinitys website, I thought it was too good to be true because they were addressing ALL my pain points. Fasr forward, Twinity has proven to be a stellar partnership for me and not only have they met all my expectations, they have exceeded them! From them answering my hundreds of questions.and requests, taking care of everything with the property so I can be worry free from having to do anything, their understanding of my emotional attachment to my property to a very competent staff and quick service, I am beyond relieved and beyond satisfied with Twinity Luxury Rentsls! So much so that I will be of letting them manage the rest of my STRs here in Houston. My ONLY complaint about them is that they are not in other cities to take care of the rest of my properties, at least not yet(-;

    I really had a great experience with Twinity, a family-run business. Fernando and his brother Armando Escarcega are friendly, very professional, and courteous. Noble Sky International needed professional project managers on the ground to take care of our properties for our clients and partners. Since 2022, Twinity has taken over the management of 6 properties, with more on the way. As project managers extraordinaire, their added value includes amazing makeovers to our properties for luxury rentals (game rooms, furnishings, etc.). Regarding bookings, we appreciate the transparency and how they organized their detailed expense reports and other financial statements.Twinity helped us with a strategic pricing approach to increase occupancy and earnings; best of all, guests left great reviews. Fernando also goes out of his way to help us with rehab for some properties, including getting the best vendors for cleaning, pool maintenance, etc. To top it up, they also provide professional photoshoots for our property listings on Airbnb, making them pop! If you see those giant bottles of sanitizers on our properties, rest assured that Twinity likes nothing better than keeping our rental properties clean and spotless all the time! I couldnt recommend them more!

    We have been with Twinity for a little over a year and they have greatly exceeded our expectations. They manage two properties for us. Since they took over, those properties have never been more profitable and they literally do ABSOLUTELY everything. We are making much more with them than what we were making before, even after they take their share. I have nothing to worry about, and I just get my share every month. To be completely honest, their fee is pretty small compared to all the management they do, everything they handle, and all the hassle and stress they have taken off our plate. We are planning on using them in all of our future investment properties!

    Twinity’s place was amazing great low key location, relaxing and yet close to a lot of places. Accommodated everyone is our party nicely, and we loved that each room had their private restroom/shower. The pool table was a huge hit with my son, so a lot of family time was spent there. Overall, was great. Would definitely stay there again.

    This house and these hosts made our stay perfect! The kitchen inspired some amazing meals by my son. He loved the space, the cooking essentials were deluxe, everything worked perfectly, and there was more than enough of everything. I loved the quietness of the neighborhood. We could even hear the birds singing, which surprised me considering the location in the center of the city. We loved the pool table. It provided lots of family fun. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to my many questions. It is a very luxurious and elegant place. These hosts will make sure your stay is the best it can be.

    The home was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy meals and sleep comfortably. There are Tv’s in every room with complementary Netflix and Disney plus, which was awesome.The kitchen is amazing and the location is right off the freeway with a Walmart and many places to eat just at the end of the street. The neighborhood and neighbors were very kind and peaceful.It was very easy to check in and the host was more than accommodating to us by bringing a gate and garage opener when we hit a snag with the security gate, they came in less than an hour .

    My family of six really enjoyed their stay here. The home was cozy and comfortable and we loved being able to play pool! The location is awesome. We were able to get to our points of interest in midtown and downtown Houston with ease. The hosts communicated very effectively throughout our stay and provided great recommendations. I would return here for sure and recommend to families or groups of friends coming to Houston.

    Excellent Airbnb! Fernando and his team made it absolutely enjoyable. The images shown of the home are exactly how the home looks: just as clean, organized, spacious, stocked with all necessities, and amenities mentioned. He was absolutely exceptional at responding whenever we were in need of something or had any questions about the home. It is a perfect home for families looking to have a good time, especially with so many activities in the home including: a cabinet of many family friendly games (like monopoly), the pool table,foosball, mini soccer (in backyard), bean bag toss, many different books available to read, and large tv’s ready for movie night. Take my word and leave your stress in your hometown and your kids in the game room. This is the place for you. Our experience could not have been made better and we would recommend this home without hesitation.
