    My wife and I recently stayed at Top Shelf. It lived up to its billing in every respect.Condo is very comfortable. Walk in shower is a big plus.Views of Gulf are great!Proximity to beach and everything else is excellent!Kelli, the prop mgr is great and although we had no real issues, we knew if we did, she would address them promptly.Highly recommend Top Shelf.

    We absolutely loved our stay at Kelli’s condo. It’s beautiful, and we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation. The condo is as pictured, also within walking distance to restaurants and ice cream. We will definitely stay here again.

    What a great location on 30A! Top Shelf at Gulf Place has a nice patio with 4 chairs perfect for watching the sunset or morning coffee with an ocean view! Inside was total updated and clean. Enjoyed our stay, beautiful place, beach just steps away, and love the tuna dip at Shunk Gulley’s! Until next time!

    This was our favorite week of our month long vacation! The location of this condo could not of been any better! We were on the 4th floor so the views of the water and sunsets were 5star alone. This condo is completely remodeled. Nothing was missed from the art on the walls, dishes in the kitchen, towels, soaps and shampoos in the bathroom and great linens on the bed. The location was perfect; quiet enough to be able to relax, yet just a bike ride away from Watercolor, Seagrove and Rosemary where there is even more to do and shops to visit. The condo is located close to several state parks where you can enjoy the beautiful natural state of Florida! There’s so much to see and so much to do. Kelli was great to work with, she seemed to always be there when we had questions, especially when we got locked out of the condo! If you want a nice upscale place to stay this is it.

    Without question the best rental property experience I have ever had. The property (Our Happy Place) was clean and well appointed. It was an excellent location as well. What makes Turtle Time stand out from the rest is the superb customer service from Kelli. The next time we plan a trip to the FL panhandle, we definitely want to use a Turtle Time property again!

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kelli’s place in Adagio. Everything was so clean and comfy. Enjoyed easy walks to some local restaurants, and Uber was always readily available for the places a little further away.

    Top Notch was absolutely perfect, plenty of space for our family and parents. Everyone has their own space, and the huge balcony allowed us to enjoy the outside! We loved the multiple pools and proximity to the beach. We have stayed at several of turtle time properties and love them all, the best host, great communication skills yet are all decorated so well! We will be repeats! Thank you so much for sharing Top Notch!

    We loved our stay at 30A! The condo was in an excellent location with easy access to the beautiful beach and relaxing pool/ hot tub, as well as close to yummy restaurants and shops. My family really enjoyed exploring the area without feeling like we were fighting crowds and traffic. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, beds super comfy, and the balcony was wonderful for morning coffee. Kelli was wonderful, helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend!!

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about our trip. We spent a week at Top Notch on Blue Mountain Beach. The Adagio resort is gorgeous and immaculately maintained. Our condo was perfect. Kelli has thought of everything from the coziest beds to everything you could need in the kitchen. There are so many special touches that make the condo cozy and comfortable. Blue Mountain beach has the cleanest white sand and crystal clear turquoise water. As foodies, we loved all the delicious restaurants within walking/biking distance. Kelli was the most attentive, generous host. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for a memorable senior spring break trip.

    We had a great experience this past week renting through Turtle Time Properties. We stayed at “Our Happy Place” in 30A and had a great stay. The hosts communicated with us quickly and efficiently and sent us plenty of information ahead of time to ensure a smooth stay. The the condo was very clean and organized and our kids loved the bunk beds. We would definitely stay with them again. Thank you!

    Mint To Be is an amazing retreat to spend the week as a family! This was our 2nd year to enjoy this home. My husband, myself and our 3 year old were able to unplug and enjoy the secluded beautiful cabin and scenery. The cabin and views are beautiful, perfect for anyone wanting to unplug and enjoy time away. Everything we needed was available at the cabin. We loved the indoor and outdoor fireplaces and the hot tub was a big hit with our 3 year old!

    Lovely condo, well cared for. Terrific location, walking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Loved the on-site restaurant and the reserved beach space for guests. Great view of the ocean from this condo. Fastest week of the year!

    Perfect perfect week at the Top Shelf condo! Our family was in heaven. Kelli made the experience so easy and she was very accommodating! It was so hard to leave and get back to the grind. See you again next year!

    We’ve stayed on 30A for years but this was our first time at High Pointe Resort.The condo was very clean The bathrooms and decor are updated for the perfect 30A beachy feel.Great gulf and pool view from the balcony, we enjoyed coffee with that view every morning.We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and we all fit comfortably! The bunk room was adorable!The location is fantastic. It’s an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. Having Crabby Steve’s at the location was also great. We ate a late lunch and went to watch the gorgeous sunset.We will be back!

    We enjoyed our stay at your condo on 30A! The resort was wonderful and within walking distance to all the best restaurants. The pool area was fabulous and close to the beach. You can enjoy both throughout the day. The furnishings and decorations in the condo were impressive, comfortable and top quality. We had everything that we needed and so many luxury items for our use. We even cooked a meal to enjoy on the large balcony. It really made our stay special. The kitchen has been stocked with the best items and makes meal preparation easy. Bed Linens and towels were also luxurious. I cant say enough great things about the condo and the area! The beach at the condo is one of the most beautiful that we have ever been to so far. I could keep going on and on:) I highly recommend Turtle Time Properties! The owners were very helpful and so nice to deal with for our booking. They really added a special touch:) We will most certainly be back! Thank you!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Top Shelf! The location of the condo was perfect. But for one grocery store run, everything we needed was within walking distance. The condo had all the comforts of home, and was perfect for our family. The owner was great to work with and was very responsive throughout the whole process. We loved Santa Rosa and Top Shelf!

    We had an amazing weekend at this property! This was the perfect spot for our family of six. Plenty of room, yet cozy and beautifully decorated. My kids loved playing around the property and in the woods behind the house and we enjoyed watching football games on the porch! Will definitely return when visiting this area again! Thanks Kelli!

    Our stay was wonderful with Kelli and Turtle Time Properties. When we arrived a horrible storm had moved in, she allowed us to come in early to escape the storm. She was quick to address an issue we had with the oven. Overall it is a beautiful property and the amenities are very nice and well maintained.

    An absolutely beautiful place! Kelli has done an amazing job providing everything we needed, and we cooked every meal but two. View is wonderful and I can’t say enough about this place.     This condo is beautiful! You can see the ocean from the patio! And very convenient to walk right downstairs to pool, beach, and local restaurants! I would definately stay again!

    I could have given a 5 star review from the moment we walked in the door! We had a late arrival, the lights were dim, the fireplace was lit, romantic music was playing the song I walked down to the aisle to at the exact moment we opened the front door--what a wonderful coincidence that set the tone for a fantastic weekend. So many sweet decorations throughout the cabin! And the communication from check in to check out was exceptional. We highly recommend I Choose You and will definitely be back.

    Condo was immaculate! Very clean and decorated so cute! You cannot beat this location, the beach is just across the street and we walked to so many good restaurants. Kelli & Gina were excellent hosts. They gave us ideas and answered our questions promptly. Would absolutely rent from again. I know they have other properties I’m going to look at.

    Right from the start we felt at home and pampered. Quality furnishings like robes, coffee pods, plenty of kitchen towels, great soaps, throw blankets, towels for the hot tub, good toilet paper (no cheap stuff here), an abundance of pillows, great decor, filtered water,... made us feel respected and comfortable.Walks through the area provide excellent opportunities to burn calories. Cresting steep hills, one is rewarded with gorgeous views. The home has privacy, but doesnt feel too secluded. Clean and well- appointed, I highly recommend staying here. Communication with the owners is easy. Check in and check out is a breeze. Flawless transaction. 5 stars!

    My fiancé and I stayed at their beautiful lake house and had the most relaxing time! Beautiful views, quiet and the home was so clean! If you want a weekend getaway 10/10 recommend!

    Amazing cabin. They really spent the time to make everything user friendly..plates. dishes..cups..silverware. all u had to do was bring ur food. Cook and drink. I loved the layout and easiness. It was located close to dining. And the meat market was minutes away. Now my wife wants to buy one... it was the best getaway in years. We usually do all inclusive in Jamaica and cancun.. but this was so much fun. Id recommend this cabin to anyone

    Excellent peaceful location close to state park and town with all the amenities of home and more. Really enjoyed the large family room, plenty of seating, pool table, tetherball, and games (electronic and board). If we ever have the opportunity to return in cooler weather, we’d love to use the fire pit and hot tub. Owners easy to work with and promptly sent help when we couldn’t figure out what we were doing wrong to turn on the grill.

    Beautiful upgraded condo. This unit was very clean, well kept and well supplied. This corner unit is one of our favorites..bright light and beautiful windows. We hope to stay there again in the future.

    Stayed at Mint To Be in Broken Bow. The property was incredible. Cabin was something out of a luxury interior design book. Surroundings were very private and secluded. Would definitely stay again!
