September 2024WOW!!! The customer service that I received from Triple W Rental was outstanding. This was the first time that I entertained renting a RV for a short Family vacation. I wanted something that would accommodate my family, my brother, sister and my mom. After several attempts through a RV rental company, Triple W RV Rental reached out to me. I was very nervous because of so much fraud but I contacted them and their product was exactly what I was looking for. The rental company completely accommodated my needs and my family. Not only did Shane go above and beyond to help me schedule the perfect rental, I was super impressed with the quality of the camper I received. The camper was delivered to my destination at Muddy Bottoms and set up before I even arrived. The camper came completely stocked with towels, sheets, blankets, tissue, coffee maker, soap, etc…a home away from home. All I had to do was bring my family and food. Thank you Triple W Rentals and Shane for making my trip a wonderful experience. I will see you next year at Muddy Bottoms. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had an incredible experience renting from Triple W! The trailer was in perfect condition—clean, easy to use, and ready to go. The staff was super friendly and made everything so easy. Best RV rental ever! Excellent service, experience and quality! They rented to us at a moments notice on the 4th of July. They delivered that same day, setup and provided an overview on how to use everything. They followed up with several phone calls to check in on how we were! Amazing! Top notch! Above and beyond! We rented the Impression RV for a mini vacation with our grand kids. I rented the Reflection, and it was everything. Full-size refrigerator, heated reclining seats, and it felt like home away from home. Mr. Westin was very attentive to my needs. Me and my family went to Great Southwest Equestrian Center for a Horse show. We Rented a RV and a Golf Cart from this Company. Triple W Rentals offers their “ Luxury Cart” and we opted for that Option. The Golf Cart was extremely Luxurious and had very comfortable seats that we loved! We also rented a RV from this company for the Horse Show too! The RV was beautiful, clean and perfect for our Family! If you want the best Company with the Best Service Triple W Rentals should be your Go to provider. HIGHLY Recommend!

The RVs are nice and convenient especially for horse shows. However what makes this beyond 5 stars is the incredible hospitality by the host. He goes beyond Ritz Carlton standards. He was booked one time and got another RV to accommodate us. The wifi is incredible and fast and reliable. This is our new first choice when coming to Texas Rose Horse Park for schooling or for shows.

Absolutely fantastic time with Triple W! From start to finish our entire experience at LS Fest weekend at Texas Motor Speedway was better than I couldve predicted. The RVs were top of the line and delivered and set up for us (I have no idea how to do any of that stuff). It was so nice to be able to come back to a clean safe place to relax at the end of a day enjoying V8 cars running around the track. Will definitely be using Triple W again and wouldnt recommend anyone else

Rented an extremely nice camper for memorial day weekend. The camper was extremely clean when I got it and very very nice however the employee for triple W put my camper and someone else is camping spot. Needless to say they were not happy. Triple W was willing to drive three hours back to move the camper, but the people who’s camping spot I had really did not want to wait three hours and offer to move it for me and triple W kindly paid them for their troubles. I will definitely rent from them again.

Recently rented from Triple W Rentals. Westin was amazing. Thank you for everything. The RV was great!! We set up a location and delivery date. When we arrived, the RV was all set. All we had to do was step inside and turn the power on. Everything ran perfectly. We were new to the RV life so we had tons of questions. Westin and his crew responded promptly to our needs. I’ve attended shows at Texas Rose Horse Park for years. Staying in a trailer had a lot of advantages over a hotel. It was great being so close to the show grounds, less than 5 minutes. It was nice having a kitchen, allowing me to cook my own meals as well as bring plenty of cold drinks. The bathroom was much smaller than a hotel bathroom, but that’s the nature of travel trailers. It was fine for me, and I’m a pretty large guy. It would be cool if there were more amenities around the camper area (grills, firepits, etc) but overall a good experience. Trailer was clean and AC worked.

These guys are so easy to work with. Weather caused a delivery delay but they were on top of it and got it to us and set up asap. We rented the Grand Design and having the king bed was wonderful, not to mention the fireplace. We just needed an extra bedroom for the holidays, so didn’t really need all the accessories, but noticed it was well equipped with dishes, cookware, towels and linens. We would absolutely rent from Triple W again! Highly recommend!

My family and I were looking for an RV Rental when we were visiting Tyler and the Texas Rose Horse Park. We went to the Texas Rose Horse Park for a Horse Show!! My family and I had never stayed in a RV previously. We chose to stay on property at the Texas Rose Horse Park with Triple W Rentals. Westin did a great job communicating what we needed to know. He told us to text him when we were 30 minutes away. When we arrived, he met us at the show office. He took us to the RV and showed us how to work everything. The RV even included complimentary wine which we loved and the RV was fully furnished with everything! What makes this a 5 star rating would be the over-the-top fantastic service. Highly recommend!

Me and my best friend rented an RV from Triple W Rentals at River Run. Westin showed up with his crew on right time for the delivery with SUCH a kind and helpful attitude. Honestly, my friend and I had no idea on how to use an RV. Westin spent an hour showing us how to operate the RV and answering any questions we had. I felt confident that I could then operate the systems solo and learned so much about the workings of the RV.
