We had a wonderful experience at River Haven! There was plenty of room for all 22 of us. The kitchen and dining area accommodated all our needs to be able to share meals together and play games. The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved being able to go jump in the River anytime! It is definitely a perfect place for large groups to stay and feel at home!

We had a great family reunion at The River Haven! We had about 30 family members who stayed at the property and there was plenty of space for us. The house was clean and stocked as they described. It also stayed surprising cool in the house, even though it was almost 100 degrees outside and we had kids running in and out of the house. It would have been nice if the grass in the yard had been cut so that it wasn’t so long, but we had fun playing cornhole and croquet back there anyways. We’re booking again for next year!

The River Haven is an absolutely beautiful piece of river front property, even in the off-season. My wife and I came upon this rental while searching for large and accommodating lodging for our massive wedding party and friends (30). The River Haven was able to provide everyone with their own room, space to relax and unwind, and easy travels around the area. The owners were absolutely on point with their communication as well (as we did have a small toilet issue). This is not a negative in any way, shape, or form though because they were 100% available to help us out and make sure we had the best wedding weekend! If you are looking for a relaxing spot by the Guadalupe River for a large-ish group, you must book this place!

Lots of space and necessities covered (beds, fridges, cookware, etc), plenty of bathrooms, accessible entrances. Not super nice, but certainly does the job. Great layout for large groups that dont mind sharing beds.

We took our family of 21 to River Haven for four days! It was perfect! We had plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was fabulous! It had everything you need to prepare meals - great pots and pans, a grille, a hand mixer, blenders, plenty of flatware, dishes and glasses, cutting boards, lots of great cooking utensils and much more.Our grandkids, ages 32 to 12, loved the River. They stayed in it so much we thought they were going to grow gills. We loved that the water level was not as high as the pictures showed because they were able to play in it easily. Everyone else enjoyed it also. We had activities planned for each day and they said they would have been happy to just stay at River Haven if we get to come back.If you have a large group, this is the place to go.

Excellent vacation home for a huge family. This place sleeps like 25 or so... it has everything you need and the layout, although confusing was functional. A lot of rooms, you have to walk through to get to a bathroom or the stairway downstairs, but it never bothered anyone. This week was fabulous, and we had plenty of outdoor seating on the huge deck . The guest house had a great movie area and more bed/bath rooms to handle more people. The outdoor area down by the fire pit was awesome for smores and watching fireworks on the 4th.Id recommend this place for sure!!

We had a good time here the house is very spacious for a large group of people it was mostly couples and we enjoyed it.Well visit again when its warm go visit youll have blast...🤗
