The room was very nice and comfortable. Communication was well done. Great place to stay if you have to be in downtown.Better instructions on where to park, but since it’snot busy downtown plenty of street parking available. Would stay again.

My daughter booked us two rooms at the Lofts for New Years, and we were so impressed,everything was spotless,everything we could possibly need for our mini Family New Years Vacation. My room was right above Father Christmas store and we sat on the window ledges in each room and throughly enjoyed the view of Beautiful Downtown Seguin and. Central Park. Im a resident of Seguin and had no idea how Amazing The Lofts are,until our stay there. I can’t thank y’all enough for giving my Lil Family the Perfect Place to stay.I highly recommend y’all check out this hidden gem in Beautiful Downtown Seguin!!

Talk about a home away from home! These Lofts are cute and comfortable to stay or Live in! You have all down town Food & shopping available in walking distance. Stephanie our Property Manager is Amazing and always Available when needed. Thank you for the Great service and Up Keep of the property!

Stephanie has been the best Property Manager this place could ask for from the Air BNB to the Apartment living she is very accommodating to any needs and very responsive when it comes to repairs or rental questions!!! Rent here before reviewing other properties ASAP!!!

The selection of properties Seguin Travel has is pretty broad, we stayed at the Lofts and some of our group stayed elsewhere. There could be better communication pre-check in, etc, but the team is very responsive to requests or inquiries.The property we stayed at (the Lofts) is downtown and in the upper floor of a historic building, the stairs were a challenge for the kiddos and a few older folks in the group. One building is historic in nature and the other has been remodeled. The amenities were a little mixed, similar to what youd find at a long-term rental/hotel, the staff was quick to respond to any requests we had.The exterior and parking/back entrance could use a little facelift, but its a block away from the charming town square. There are many local businesses to walk to for a few hours out, and its 5 minutes drive from many local sites.Our group had a few issues during our stay, however, the company did a genuine and excellent job of doing what they could during and after.

This place was awesome. Location was awesome as well.. We will be back again to stay at the lofts of Seguin. Everything was just about in walking distance from where we stayed at. Theres a great coffee shop that my wife and I went and ate at about two blocks from the loft.

Great place to stay! My little family enjoyed our night! Loved the vintage building and hardwood floors. Owners stayed in communication and helped when needed! Definetly will stay there again.

This was my 2nd time staying at The Lofts! You can not beat their prices or location! My room was super clean and comfortable. I will always stay here on my trips through Seguin.
