We have stayed here 2 years in a row. Its neat refurbished and the maintenance man and grounds keeper keep the place neat. Quite. Close to the beach. We had an issue late at night and the maintenance man was courteous friendly and did a great job.

Location, location,location! This was perfect for my husband and myself. Stayed in an efficiency with Murphey bed. Just the right amount of room for us. 2 blocks from the beach. What more could you ask for!

We rented through Port A Escapes room 231. It was nice. Everything was clean. Very well kept. Easy to get in and out of. Pretty close to everything but you would probably need to drive for dinner or whatnot. Close enough to the beach to walk, but we didn’t go. Pool is okay. Nothing special about it, but good to cool off if you want to hop in. Nothing really wrong to not get a 5 star, it just wasn’t 5 star caliber (or price either). Great value for the price we paid! Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again!

My husband and I came out to Port Aransas on a Thursday and checked out on Sunday. (Wish we could’ve checked out later than 11) The condo was very nice, clean, all decorations were very cute and the best part was the location. Very close to the beach! We definitely will come out again.

Brand new pickleball courts added in 2024. Beautiful heated pool in the open courtyard. Efficiencies and 1 Bedroom available for rent. Easy access to the beach.

Wow, agree with all of the other good reviews, this place is so nice! Last time I stayed here was in the 2000s, before Hurricane Harvey and all of the renovations and updating. The newly renovated units are amazing! Very clean, everything is brand new, big screen TVs, and super comfortable king-size bed. Port A Escapes was great too, very easy to use their website to book a spot. Unlike a hotel, these condos are great for longer stays because you have a full kitchen. Will 100% stay here again.

Affordable, super nice & clean with a short walk to beach and can even set up camp on the beach, close by your room, if your an early bird!Our 2 rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Been staying here for many years, family Memorial tradition, Birthdays and just because stays weve recommended and brought many friends along the way! Great pool area & clean plan to stay and for many more years!

My family has been going here almost every summer since I was a child. Now we go here each summer with our kids and they love it. Best place ever if youre looking for something where you can keep costs down by cooking your own food, be 5 minutes from the beach (walking time), and have a beautiful, well-kept pool that is perfection. The pool is really key - the kids use it every chance they get free time when were not exploring the island or at St. Joes. Its not a fancy place, so if thats what youre looking for, this will disappoint you. Its great for families who want the coast experience, but also want more than just a hotel. The guests always seem respectful and there are a lot of people like us who come every year to the Courtyard. Im telling you, if its your kind of place, youll find yourself simply not wanting to try anywhere else! The condos are beautiful and well decorated, each with their own personality since theyre owned by different couples who live in them during the winter. Overall, I rate our experiences over the years 5 stars.

I had the privilege to visit Port Aransas the Courtyard is a nice place to stay very convenient to the beach management was easy to work with to book the POOL was hot BUT it was clean thats what counts Courtyard AWESOME JOB ON KEEPING YOUR GROUNDS CLEAN..

We enjoyed our short stay, although the cable channels were limited and the wifi had poor connection, our room was nicely decorated even if we had to make our own bed. The pool area was nice and the beach was about a block and a half away, so it was not a far walk once the rain cleared and we were able to have fun.

Very clean. Yard is well kept. Everything worked. Location is right around the corner from the beach. 5 minute walk. Gas station on the corner is a bonus. Pool area is comfortable with plenty of lounges, tables with umbrellas and chairs. The agency, Port Aransas Escapes, is very good, helpful and so friendly. The whole stay was a great experience.

We stayed the weekend of Aug 25th and were in 231. It was the 4th stay at these condos over the years and the 1st time with this unit and will probably continue to rent this particular unit. Up to date furniture, all working appliances, stocked kitchen, very clean and spacious, bathtub converted into a beautiful walk-in in shower for 2 and big TV that has Spectrum. Suggestions: need more towel hooks (2 is not enough for 4 people), need washcloth hooks in the shower, Murphy bed could use a comforter and sheets were very stiff. Super close to the beach, gift shop & new convenient store all within walking distance. Pool has been retiled, new furniture, tables and umbrellas. Meet two of the condo owners James and Valerie, very nice people. ♥️

Nice and relaxed rental. Plenty of hot water. Very clean room and pool area. Everything we were looking for in a vacation rental. Lost a star because the bed frame was extremely noisy. Would still recommend and rent again though!

We have had everything we needed in 112 and it was so VERY CLEAN! I met the managing staff, they were so friendly & welcoming.The pool and grounds were well maintained & and spotless. I liked the picnic tables and grills on the patio.we had a wonderful time here and we will definitely be back. I’ll ask for the same condo number.

Wow, super clean, very fair rates, survived Hurricane Harvey, and is better than ever before. Many of the condos have now been completely remodeled with all of the same charm as before. Close walk to the beach, right in town, and staff is very helpful and accessible. One-bedroom condos mean you avoid rowdy spring breakers, and the other guests are all first class. Highly recommend for couples, young families, or winter Texans.

Ive stayed here for the past 4 years Ive come to Padre Island. Clean units, friendly staff, quiet, close to the beach and town. Well equipped units. Only place I will stay.

Wonderfully decorated, reasonably priced suites with a courtyard pool, BBQ stands, picnic tables and privacy from the surrounding area. Great beach access either a short walk or drive.

This will always be our hometown place to stay in Port Aransas. Its just far enough from everything to be the perfect getaway. Quaint, incredible staff, and rooms that give a nod that Route 66 has never died.
