What a great little cottage in a fun location. You can almost feel the history seeping from the walls. Located on the outskirts of Chappell Hill, it’s close to shops and restaurants in town, or (if your like me) it’s makes for a good base to go exploring the surrounding countryside on a motorcycle or car. I’ll be back.

The Cottage is a perfect example of a vintage hill country farm house with perfect and tasteful updates. Chappell Hill has plenty to offer for food and is so close to many fun things to do in the area. The cottage was a delightful place to decompress and feel pampered. Rechelle has thought of everything and is a most excellent communicator. I loved it.

Wonderful experience, just a hop & a skip out of Houston. The cottage is extremely peaceful, clean, thoughtful, and beautiful. There are so many thoughtful touches to make it comfortable being away from home. Even the pull out couch was extremely comfortable. I slept without waking up at all, until an adorable little bird came and greeted me at the window in the morning which was adorable and quite fitting.It’s very peaceful and quiet.Brenham is about 15 min away with wonderful restaurants and shopping. We had a high quality meal at Ninety Six West in Brenham. Highly recommend it.A new bar there called Floyd’s was cute and has a patio in the back.Round Top has furniture etc and it’s about 30 min away.We liked the Winery called Saddlehorn- they had wonderful pizza and their wine was good.Great, relaxing, fairly local vacation!!We will be back :)

Really Amazing place to getaway and be comfortable. Just love the classic set-up to feel connected to history. Amazing host, have had the pleasure of staying multiple times and always amazed with the communication and just kindness. Great host, great place.

Stayed here and was blown away by its charm. Historically correct, yet we wanted for nothing! We had everything we needed plus +++++! Great job Susan! We look forward to our next opportunity to stay at your cottage! Definitely 5 star and we travel all over the world.

What a charming little cottage! Full of amenities and special touches - all the comforts of home. Great location and close to lots of antique shopping, wonderful eateries, and beautiful scenery. Thanks, Susan! Highly recommend this place, folks.

Quant place to stay if youre in Chappell Hill. Its close to the shops in downtown and its a fair price. It was perfect for our short getaway!
