Gorgeous, spacious, and exquisitely outfitted! This property perfectly embodies the charm of Fredericksburg. It has a unique historic vibe mixed with luxurious and cozy decor. We stayed here with some extended family and kids and it was the perfect spot. We were close to all of the action of Main Street, but far enough away to have some privacy while we were there. The hosts thought of absolutely everything. From the amazing furniture, to the outdoor games, to the super comfortable beds and the BIGGEST HOT TUB I HAVE EVER SEEN! This is a great spot for families but I could also see this as the perfect place to stay with girlfriends or a couples getaway. I cant wait to go back; hopefully next time for a kids-free stay so we can more fully enjoy the wineries :)

The Cosmopolitan was the perfect place for me and my girlfriends to stay while in Fredericksburg!!! The house itself is gorgeous, with plenty of room for everyone. We especially loved being right on Main St, we could walk downtown no problem. Terry also was great to work with, I would definitely stay with her again!

This is an elegant old home, restored to remarkable luster and I loved the decor. We slept 10 people very comfortably. The host takes great care to provide everything you may need in a home away from home. We needed Band-AIDS, they were there. Extra large pots helped us cook for a bunch of people and we enjoyed the grill on the back patio as well.great place to stay and take in the sites of Fredericksburg!

There is nothing better than the feeling of opening the door of your vacation rental to find its....well... P E R F E CT ! With so many bedrooms and bathrooms, and large hang out areas inside and out, the Cosmo was the perfect respite for a vacation with our friends. S O S W A N K Y ! We loved the contemporary decor and furnishings. There were so many nice extra touches that added to the atmosphere and experience. Its located in the heart of Fredricksburg. It was nice to be so close to the shops and restaurants, that some of us could stay/hang out - while others could take the short walk to town for dinner and shopping. We had such a great time, we plan to rebook. G R E A T V A L U E. Highly recommend!

The house was awesome, beautiful, very spacious. It was very clean, comfortable, well furnished and in a phenomenal location for shopping and restaurants. This is a great place for small or large family gatherings. We loved the stay, we will book again in the future!

Had a relaxing weekend in beautifully furnished house. Huge outdoor patio with giant jacozzi. Quick access to downtown restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend booking at this location!
