The cabins are a home away from home. The owners, Lori and Mike, think of everything you might need and have it readily available as well as extras that add a touch of fun and decadence. Lori is always readily available to help with anything and is just a text away. The respite from the city life is so nice and peaceful while not being too far away from the city to access needs quickly. This is always our choice when we come into town to visit our student at ETBU. She loves to leave the dorms for some cabin time.

We absolutely love The Cabins at Ivey Acres. The location is perfect for visiting our son at ETBU! The cabins are cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. Lori is a wonderful host and has thought about every detail and need for your stay. She has been extremely responsive and accommodating on all our visits. We wont stay anywhere else!

We stayed in a cabin for the second time while attending ETBU graduation. The place is super-clean and so nice! We really feel pampered! Its location is very convenient to Marshall, Hallsville and Longview.

Such a peaceful and tranquil place to stay! Loved getting to feed the ducks off the dock and enjoy the beautiful view. The cabin was beautiful, and the hosts are fantastic!

My mom and I took a girls trip and stayed at Ivey Acres Cottonwood! The place was not only beautifully designed inside and out, but also exceptionally clean and incredibly relaxing. Despite traveling to an unfamiliar place with just us two, we felt completely safe. Lori and her husband were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I can not recommend this place enough!!!!

My husband & I have visited The Cabins at Ivey Acres two times and both times our visit has been wonderful! The cabins are perfect for couples! The property is beautiful and a peaceful place to relax and unwind! The host is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The little extras the host provides for guests to use was very appreciated.

We had the joy of staying in one of The Cabins at Ivey Acres to celebrate a birthday. Lori was so very helpful and welcoming from the minute I contacted her to request information. She offered us so many options for planning our stay to help make the celebration as fun as possible. And everyone had the best time! Im so grateful we chose to celebrate there. The cabins are beautiful, comfortable, clean, and so welcoming. The grounds are also beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. We hope to come back again soon!

This place is wonderful! My family stayed in these cabins a few weeks ago and we will definitely be back. The cabins are beautiful and very clean. We had a great time one night sitting around the fire pit and roasting hot dogs and making s’mores! We absolutely loved spending our weekend at The Cabins at Ivey Acres!!

I showed up to my Ivey Acres cabin just before Christmas on the day of the Arctic blast. It was bitterly cold outside, but lights were on and there was a lovely Christmas tree in the front window. I had been driving for 5 hours so the first thing I did was run to the restroom. Oh my goodness, when I sat down the seat was heated and it was heavenly!!!The cabins are adorable. They are beautifully decorated and include many special touches like snacks and makings for s’mores at the outdoor fire pit. I was traveling with my puppy and really appreciated the lighted area outside when walking him at night. I have found my home away from home when I visit my grands!

We stayed in the Redwood Cabin for New Years, it was wonderful!Beautiful cabin, has all the amenities you would need and lovely decorations. Such a short drive to Enoch’s and Jefferson.A great weekend get away. Looking forward to our next visit.

This place is awesome. We stayed in all three cabins over the weekend and loved the calm peaceful pasture view and fire pit. And the goody basket for s’mores was a nice, we always forget that stuff. The hot tub was the cherry on top for us. Perfect for two to relax and enjoy the night stars. We will be back!!

This place was amazing! Lori went above and beyond to host a daddy/daughter weekend for us. The property was beautiful and they thought of everything you could need for the cabins. There was a fire pit with s’mores stuff, which was a huge hit for the kids! We enjoyed fishing in the pond too. Would highly recommend this place!! A hidden gem!

An amazing get away...without having to go away! Wonderful host who left us wishing for nothing. The setting is so serene, that you forget that you are only 15 minutes from civilization.
