Work company got us this place while we stayed for a couple weeks. Loved it honestly, it was cozy. The back bathroom tile in the stand up needs some love, but only to help the landowner in the future. I enjoyed the bathroom every night. Great location, a little busy but enjoyable to watch at night in the rocking chairs out front. (My personal favorite). Just spray for Texas bugs. And the grill has propane out back which made it even betterWould stay again
