The cabin and property was great. The only complaints we have are nothing major. There were several silverfish in the drawers in the kitchen. May need to spray for bugs. The lack of towels which we planned for. I guess our biggest complaint is the description of the cabin is a little bit of false advertising. You have your private pool and hot tub, but less than 50 yds away is another cabin with their hot tub just on the otherside of a tree line. You and they can hear everything said. Other than that the cabin, the space was great. Again nothing to make you not like the place, but just things not expected. Would recommend for couples wanting to get away and relax. Loved the town and all it had to offer.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom cabin that was fairly private. It was for our honeymoon. Great memories of the place. It was very clean and I did not notice a sewage smell, so the other reviewers are maybe talking about another cabin. The amenities were great, and all the special items we ordered were there as expected.

We had absolutely no problems with our reservation with All Wimberely Lodging. I would email them and they would respond accordingly with answers to my questions. We stayed at STARR MEADOW and my goodness what a beautiful location! I had a check list of all the things I wanted to achieve in this romantic/stress free weekend getaway with my husband for my 30th birthday & 3 year wedding anniversary, let me just say we got to do it all! We cooked breakfast together, bbqed, read our books together side by side beside the beautiful fireplace, I painted my first canvas outside on the patio overlooking the beautiful hill country view, we drank wine and ate fine cheese. The list goes on and on and we only really had one whole day at the cabin since we got there around 5 pm on Friday and check out is at 11 am on the last day but regardless it was a beautiful and peaceful cabin. Clean, beautiful views, and everything you need. Just take your simple toiletries, some groceries, a heart full of love and yourself! Thank you to the property owners for everything you did to make us feel so welcome as soon as we stepped into the door.

We stayed at the Star Meadow cabin. This place was fantastic! It looks exactly like the photos, but the feel of it is so calming and romantic (and I dont use that word lightly because its corny). We spend our entire time with the windows open breathing the fresh air and feeling the amazing breeze. You could see for mile. From the bed! It was glorious. We (my husband and I) are pretty wound up because we both have high stress jobs. By the morning of the second day, it was all gone. I was so relaxed!The kitchen has everything you need (including a whole lot of spices and coffees). There were tons of towels, toilet paper, and blankets. The TV was huge, but it didnt have cable. Luckily, you got a lot of channels from both San Marcos and Austin, so you didnt miss out. Plus there were movies, books, and CDs. The fireplace was wonderful. The beautifully set table was so nice to sit at while we ate. Thats a plus since if we are able to eat together, its usually in front of the TV.I am giving the shower its own paragraph. Its a huge, double-headed shower. I highly recommend you get in there with someone! We took a lot of showers while we were there just because it was so nice! Rent this for the shower!The driveway was a steep. And, I mean steep! If you have a small car, floor it at the get-go! Youll make it. Going down was fun, though.All in all, it was a fabulous stay. Weve stayed at a number of places in Wimberley. This is the first one we are ready to go back to right this minute!Thanks, Star Meadow, for letting us live there for a few days! It was fantastic!

Clean. Beautiful. Well organized. Books and games available. Plenty of things for kids to play with. Jacuzzi was clean and hot set in a romantic corner. Fire pit was fun to bring in the new year! All appliances worked perfectly. Plenty of towels available. Decor takes you to that calm place inside your soul.

The whole thing was great. I used their new website and the online process was super easy. They emailed that all was set and charged us for the deposit. Everything else was emailed and easy to take care of.The cabin was perfect and exactly what their website said. Checkin and checkout were easy: 2 minutes TOPS in their office.Recommend these guys highly.

We reserved Casa Rio for a weekend away. Everything went smoothly, we picked up our keys at the office and drove to the house. It was exactly what we saw on the website and the weekend was just perfect. They even emailed over the weekend to make sure everything was ok.Definitely recommend.

We stayed at the Hillside Cabin for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The cabin was fabulous!! It exceeded our expectations! We plan on making this a yearly event because we loved it so much. It made our long weekend very special!!

I reacted to quickly to a situation then but afterwards the problem was resolved quickly, we have stayed at several of these cabins and always enjoyed our stay
