    We found this place in a pinch, as our new home build was delayed and our lease was ending. Todd was very accommodating and flexible on extending our check out date even further than we initially needed. We brought all of own dishes, bathroom necessities, etc, but the apt is fully stocked if you do need anything. The jet tub was also a huge bonus! The unit is on the 3rd floor which we liked- less noise that way, and it’s right in between an elevator and stairs, making it convenient. We didn’t have any issues whatsoever. Communication was quick and effective, instructions were clear. Would highly recommend.

    This was our first stay in an Airbnb because we were waiting on our house to be ready. I can say that being our first stay it was a very good experience, Todd our host was great and always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. The only issue I had was the couch being uncomfortable but other than that it was a great experience and I would definitely book with him again if I need to!

    Wonderful place to stay in Allen, TX. Convenient to everything in the area, literally 30 seconds from highway 75. Host is very responsive to all questions. Stayed here for a week for a little family get-away over a holiday week and we both loved it. Very comfortable and quite new. Great kitchen, roomy bath, nice balcony. Highly recommended.

    Todds townhouse was perfect for my family and I. It was seven of us and with having 3 bathrooms was GREAT! We had to evacuate from New Orleans due to Hurricane Ida. Our initial stay was for only 3 nights, but after I realized we couldnt return home after our 2nd stay, Todd extended our stay 2 times! We were so grateful for that. The townhouse is spacious and its very close to a grocery stores and the mall. I, personally, didnt have any complaints.

    It was a quick and easy process checking in. The place feels safe and everyone was very friendly. Great amenities as well. The only downfall was we didn’t have a remote to watch tv and you have to provide your own toilet paper and detergent which isn’t a big deal. Great stay overall

    Great space. Super clean, quiet and convenient. I needed to extend my stay and Todd was very willing and able to make accommodations that fit my needs. Very easy check in and check out process. Would definitely stay her again.

    TCHS hosted me for a few days while I was in Dallas. Their property was clean, well organized and perfect for my visit. The team was communicative and helpful through my entire stay. I will rebook with them next time I am in town!

    I loved staying in this apartment. the cleaning is very good, it has everything you need for your stay. You just need to put a personal touch, in my case I travel with a plant a couple of cushions and voila you will feel at home, I would definitely stay here again 👌

    Absolute 5-star experience. The unit was clean, modern, and comfortable with all the amenities I could have asked for and then some. The area is quiet and safe while also being close to any sort of dining/shopping/entertainment you need in the Rockwall areaAdditionally, working with Todd was a pleasure. Towards the beginning of my stay there was a problem with the air conditioning (I later learned this affected the entire complex, not just my unit, so it is not a reflection of the unit itself). Todd quickly responded and had maintenance technicians at my unit almost immediately. Todd even offered to refund a night because of the discomfort caused by the AC problems, which illustrates his commitment to taking care of his tenants. Will definitely keep this property in mind if I’m in the area again.

    Have stayed at one of these apartments on a few different occasions when in the DFW area for business. The check-in process is simple and I’ve only had a positive experience with the location and amenities. Having a fully furnished, multi-room apartment is definitely a nice change in pace from the hotel experience.

    Todd and his staff are amazing! My husband and I were in a crunch when we were in between houses and needed a place to stay. I had never stayed at an airbnb before, but I knew I needed a washer and dryer, small kitchen, and wifi! This place definitely exceeded our expectations. The airbnb is absolutely gorgeous and we had wonderful views. It was a little confusing in the beginning as far as where to locate the keys to access the aibnb, but even with that, the staff answered all of my calls and told me exactly what to do. If you are ever in a tight spot and need a place to stay....this is definitely the way to go. Thanks to Todd and his staff!!

    Very nice immaculately clean apartment. Access to all amenities, roof top pool and pool table… what!?! Luxury living. Host, Todd, was very supportive and easy to work with. Lake Lewisville, trails, sneaky Pete’s all great walking distance. Plenty of parking.

    Very helpful host, Todd! Todd gives clear instruction. He usually replies in 1 hour or sooner. The house is clean and beautiful. There are everything you need: towels, dishes, blanket, microwave,... A decent place to stay if you have a car.

    Definitely a great stay , checkin was great fast easy , apt was very clean and equipped with the right necessities, had very quick responses to any questions I had , but as for staying their with the family and kids it would been nice to have another tv other than just one in the living room but definitely highly recommend .
