    Home was exactly as described! Clean,large and quiet. Sitting on one of the decks watching the Egrets and other birds was so relaxing. I had a question and was answered very quickly. Would recommend this house and would stay again if in area.

    The place is amazing! The host was prompt and courteous to address the minimal issues and any questions we had. My family really enjoyed the spacious layout, the cleanliness, and the modern feel to the place. My only regret is not having more time to enjoy it. I will definitely look forward to staying here again.

    We traveled from Oklahoma and had an absolute blast! There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. The kids loved the pool and I loved sitting on the deck watching the barges coming in and listening to the birds. Great location, close to shopping and the beach. Definitely recommend!

    Our large family loved Beach Please. Brightly decorated for the beach. Modern bathroom updates. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed. Appliances, TVs & A/C worked well. Short walk to the beach.

    We enjoyed our stay at this home in Port Aransas and we particularly loved the rooftop deck. There was plenty of room for our family and the house was fully stocked. We would definitely come back. Avantstay was quick to respond when we let them know the propane tanks were empty.

    Our stay in Port Aransas was fantastic! The house was 3 story which gave privacy when needed. The walk to the beach was reasonably short and easy. The pool was nice the 1st day but was too cool the consecutive days. The weather was so cool that we couldnt swim, it was supposed to be 90*. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again!

    It was a nice place and decently comfortable. I had to fix the top rack on the dishwasher because it was off the track on one side. The tv in the M Bdrm didn’t link up with the cable so we just used the tv in the living room. The vent over stove vents back into the condo which doesn’t make any sense. Overall it’s a good place to stay and was affordable for the offseason. If it was priced higher, I would look at staying in another unit in that complex. The location is very convenient.

    We stayed at Sandy S’Mores in Port Aransas and had a wonderful stay. The view from the porch of the nature preserve and the shipping channel are beautiful and peaceful. The pool is the perfect size to cool off and have some fun. The house was clean, well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we could need and the game room was a bonus for my boys. Covered parking was nice to have. Bring a pair of binoculars to get a better look at all the wildlife in the preserve. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

    I had a perfect stay at the Summer Love condo! It was right on the beach, just a 2 minute walk down the boardwalk. The condo had everything I needed in the kitchen, the bathroom had plenty of fluffy towels, and even good quality paper towel/toilet paper. None of that super thin stuff! The cleaning team was amazing. The floors never felt sandy and even the baseboards were clean! I appreciated the cold bottled water and locally ground coffee (with coffee filters, sugar and creamer packets) that was provided. The Sway management were quick to reply anytime I had a question during the booking process and checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed in the condo. I will be sure to book here again. Thank you!

    The Rise n Beach condo was in a great location and was decorated beautifully. I loved the boardwalk to the beach and the close proximity to the large pool. Clean and well kept grounds. The view of the water off the balcony was worth it in itself. We were pleasantly surprised that we heard no neighbor noise from inside the condo. The sway office staff was super helpful and answered all of our questions. Would stay again and recommend it to others!

    Loved the Port A Cottage property. Spacious well laid out floor plan. Loved being able to open the windows and just let the Gulf Breeze in. Highly recommend.

    This was our second time staying in a Sway property and again, we loved it! The condo was beautifully decorated and spotless. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. As you can see, the view from the balcony is amazing! Cant wait to go back!

    Our families recent home away from home for the weekend in Port Aransas Tx, provided by Sway was an excellent stay. Our vacation home, Boards n Bikinis, was a great example of actually living the island life. It was clean and spacious with a beautiful patio and an in ground private pool that was an added luxury that we tried to enjoy as much as possible. However due to the weather we didnt use it much but the kids really enjoyed it as much as possible.We would definitely stay at this home again and highly recommend using Sway as your vacation management company. They made sure our stay was everything we wanted and enjoyed.

    We love staying at SWAY properties. The property we stayed at Bubbly Blew was thoughtfully decorated and has plenty of amenities. We loved hanging out on the balcony watching, listening to the ocean and catching the sunrise.

    As I was arriving at one of avant stay homes, I got the great opportunity of meeting some of the cleaners Jordan and Jessica, they told me that they clean for Vivian through avant stay. The place was extremely perfect, smelled amazing and looked amazing. I would highly recommend Vivian and her crew especially Jordan and Jessica for your next stay. The homes are so close to the beach you can walk there.

    We had a wonderful time in Port Aransas staying at South by Sunkissed. Everything was perfect. Sunsets from the deck were amazing. The pool was so relaxing. Loved!

    We highly recommend Boards and Bikinis for your Port A stay. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything Port A has to offer. The downstairs retreat with pool, outdoor TV, firepit and sectional couch and swings was both fun and relaxing for our family. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything we needed for our meal prep and even can stocked with some cleaning supplies, spices and coffee fixings! The washer and dryer was such a convenience to dry those wet towels after a day at the beach. We would 10/10 recommend this place to our friends and family!

    Kitchen could use some pots/pans updating. Bed in master upstairs is very firm, and little to no water pressure in all bathrooms. Roof top deck was amazing, cornhole bags were missing, but we received replacements soon after reporting them. Parking was challenging when arriving with other houses occupied. All in all, house was great, pool was refreshing, and family had a great time in Port A.

    We had a fantastic stay at the Boujee Pelican. The property was in superb shape when we arrived, and is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The kitchen is updated with modern appliances and utensils which makes it easy to cook meals at the house. The porch provides for beautiful sunsets, and the backyard is spacious. We were surprised that the pool was actually bigger than we imagined it to be from the pictures. Finally, the location is great. You are a short drive from the beach, restaurants, and shops. We will absolutely be back!

    We LOVE the SWAY properties! Seahorse Cove was spacious enough for our family of 10. The location is amazing, close to beach and in town. The decor of the house awesome is cozy, beachy and beautiful. The kitchens always have everything you need and they provide excellent customer service and communication! There is a small pool that is shared by other properties but never got to loud even when it was pretty full with kids. We will definately be back to this house but we have never been disappointed with any of the SWAY homes.

    The Tipsy Starfish is fantastic! Another great Sway property with every detail thought out. With 3 master bedrooms (plus a kids bunk room) on 3 separate floors, Tipsy Starfish is perfect for a shared stay with multiple families. The community pool with water slide is great! The pool is very well heated and was so appreciated during our 65° stay. The location is great and just a quick walk or drive to the beach and all of the restaurants and stores. The garage was stocked with games and is a great spot to hang out. Tipsy Starfish is most definitely a must book property. You won’t regret it 🌟

    We loved our stay at the Summer Love property in Port Aransas! We couldnt have asked for a better location, and the room itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our trip was sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view of the dunes and the ocean - and we loved being able to walk right downstairs to the boardwalk to access the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

    We had a wonderful stay at Seahorse Cove. A short 5 blocks from the amazing Port A beach and the onsite pool made our stay perfect. The SWAY teams attention to detail did not go unnoticed, even by the 10 teenagers we had with us! The natural lighting, the view of the pool, the massive kitchen island, the outdoor patio, the room that slept six, and the incredible spa-like shower upstairs made our stay very enjoyable. We will be booking with SWAY for our next beach vacation!

    I first want to acknowledge the fantastic support that Sway provided when an unusual situation occurred last November regarding my upcoming rental for the month of February 2023. Sway contacted me sharing that the rental home I was planning to occupy was unexpectedly sold and no longer available for me. They were not aware the owner was planning to sell and they were also were caught off guard with the news. They worked with me to find an alternative home so my families vacation plans were not disrupted. So if you have any questions about working with SWAY I can assure you they are a fantastic organization.The home that we rented for a month, Beacharita, was great with no surprises. It is in a very quiet location, close to a bird sanctuary where we walked too almost every day. The kitchen is very well equipped with high quality and a large variety of the essential tools plates etc. The house was spotless and very spacious. My wife has some limitation with walking as a result of a stroke. The ramp was a blessing, making it easy for her to walk up and down from the living level of home unassisted. The heated pool (extra charge for heating) was our sanctuary in the afternoons and evenings.We have rented homes in Florida for a month in February in past years and wanted to try Port Aransas. It is more quiet with less traffic congestion that we have experienced Florida.

    We had a great stay at Beach Happy! Boardwalk access to the beach was the best feature! Other highlights: fully stocked kitchen for at-home meals, short drive to restaurants & shops, clean room upon our arrival and also great communication from our host. This will be our new go-to spot when visiting Port A!

    My husband and I loved Always Sunny! Jim from Sway was so helpful throughout the booking process and our time in the home. We had a glitch with the clothes dryer and it was fixed immediately. The home was clean and beautiful! The pool and putting green just sealed the deal. We hope to be back next year!

    We spent a few days in Port A to enjoy the beach with daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. The house was perfect for our needs, in terms of both location and amenities. The private pool was really nice to cool off, yet avoid the sand and the crowds in the afternoons.

    We had such a great stay here! The street was nice and mostly quiet. We played soccer outside every night after dinner and the sunset down the street was so pretty. Walking distance to the beach, but we always took our car, was about a 3 min drive. Many conveniences that a lot of VRBOs leave out. Like alarm clocks in all rooms, a full length mirror, sooo much cooking equipment, lovely outside area, front and back. It was very spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds. Very cold AC! Bring your own beach toys and chairs! Add an extra blanket to your luggage too, bc the quilts are very thin. Comfortable beds and lots of pillows.

    Dont bother with any other property owners in Port Aransas. Sway properties are a guaranteed five star experience. The Cheeky Tiki is beautifully decorated and very clean. Each bedroom has its own en suite which for me is important to a real vacation. Nine of us were able to cook and hang out very comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the front door. Perfect for family and friend getaways.

    We stayed at the little beach house a couple weeks ago and it was fantastic! Just a short golf cart ride to the beach. The pool on site was also super fun! The owner was super kind and helpful our entire stay too. Will definitely be back.

    An excellent property in a great location. I recommend having a golf cart because you are near restaurants and stores. The accommodations are brand new and the management is attentive, although we didn’t need assistance. The area is safe, but my only critique is there can be construction equipment working on certain days.

    Very clean and comfortable home. Fully stocked; We found we overpacked for trip as the home had more than we could dream of needing. Quiet area. Excellent communication with Sway staff, replied rapidly to any questions. Highly recommended. Only drawback was the need to drive to beach versus walking access, but excellent vacation choice, nonetheless.

    SWAY was amazing at helping me plan my vacation in Port Aransas, Texas! They helped me decide which of their beautiful properties fit our needs best. We travel with a dog, so finding a pet friendly property was so important to us and SWAY was able to send us a list of their pet friendly properties. We also wanted to rent a golf cart, and SWAY gave us a great list of vendors to check out and a discount code to book! They also sent a list of their favorite restaurants and hangouts on the island. Chuma and Jim were always in communication with us. The check in instructions were easy to follow and the house looked like it had been deep cleaned right before we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with every single kitchen tool we could possibly need. I will only stay at SWAY properties moving forward.     Beach Please was an Awesome place! Located right across from the beach access. The check in/check out process and directions couldn’t have been any more easy. The place was updated with the latest technology and decor, not to mention very clean. They even had games, and cold water waiting there to enjoy while you stay. I will definitely be returning.

    We stayed with Sway at Daiquiri Daze for our 18th wedding anniversary and we are from Nebraska! The condo was beautiful and clean! I love the fully loaded kitchen so we could cook. Sways host left us and anniversary gift and answered all our questions before and during our stay! We will definitely stay with Sway again!
