    We had to relocate from another house due to some issues that were out of that owners control. We had hoped to find something closer to Gatlinburg but we were lucky enough to find this house was available. We were able to check in quickly and the short drive back and forth to Gatlinburg wasn’t a big deal. The house is beautiful and was the perfect size for our families (8 adults and 4 children). The mountain views are spectacular!! There also was an added bonus of seeing the nightly fireworks from Dollywood. The hosts were great and very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here! We loved it!

    This lovely home in Muskegon, MI was perfect! The four bedrooms were great, and the two living areas awesome. Bonus for having the arcade video games AND high chair , Pack-n-Play plus many great toys for our grand-daughter! The park was a block away, and the beach just a few steps further. Also a very nice backyard with picnic table, lots of chairs and a fire pit. The host Sean was amazing. Highly recommend!

    As soon as we entered the home, it was like we were at home. The house was clean and beautiful. The check in was very last minute for us as we booked 30 minutes before, but we had instructions very fast. The outdoor area was amazing...the pool, hot tub, sitting area was perfect. The outside house was perfect for taking working calls away from everyone in earlier morning hours. We spent the whole day by the pool in a perfect paradise.Our hosts hospitality truly elevated our experience. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Overall, our stay at this Airbnb exceeded all expectations, largely due to the unforgettable pool area. If youre searching for a tranquil retreat in Austin, this is the place to be. We cant wait to return and experience this slice of paradise once again. Thank you for an incredible stay!

    We absolutely loved our stay at Sean and family’s air bnb! The location is great..located very close to anything you want to do in Austin. The home was spotless and just as pictured. Sean is an excellent host. He is very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if you have any questions. The inside of the home is spacious and beautifully decorated and the outside with the pool and hot tub is an added bonus! We will definitely be staying here when we return to Austin in the future.     Sean approved our rental request immediately even though it was last-minute. He quickly resolved an issue with the internet, and checked in with us daily. We spotted deer & turkeys each morning on the golf course behind the unit. The size was perfect for our group of 5 friends, giving each of us plenty of individual space. As stated in the information provided, the ice dispenser in the freezer door did not work; however, the ice maker itself did work so we just had to get ice from the container inside the freezer. Upon preparing to leave, we discovered the dishwasher did not work & reported it to Sean. Overall we enjoyed our stay tremendously and felt very safe & comfortable in this gated community.

    The house was spacious, with a fully outfitted kitchen, and great location. We could walk to the Lake Michigan beach, and we went everyday and loved it! I wish we’d have made use of the backyard fire pit, but we sadly ran out of time.

    I rented this place for a customer appreciation trip. House was immaculate and had plenty of beds for 8 people. Surrounding area was icing on the cake. 5 min walk to some great restaurants with live music. Docked our boat in a marina 1/2 mile away. Ate at an amazing tavern on lake called Bear Lake Tavern. Played some amazing golf at local courses, particularly American Dunes. We will be back!

    The home was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, gadgets, etc. that you would need. There were ten adults and two small kids (under 2). We never felt crowded. The balcony was comfortable and a great place to gather. We enjoyed watching the deer,too. The view of the lake was great although a bit of a walk in the Texas heat. We were very familiar with the area, so that was not a true issue for us though. We had plenty of things planned!The host was very helpful before and during our stay. I would definitely rent this place again!

    My family and friends have been traveling to Muskegon for the past 5 years to compete in a local fitness event. The past 2 years we stayed in 2 different properties that Sean and his wife own in Muskegon. I can’t thank him enough for hosting us. Both properties are clean and well maintained. They are remodeled to give them a more modern but beach feel. House has everything you need to stay there as long as you want and it’s in the most perfect location! 5-10min walk to the beach makes his locations perfect! He is by far the best host I’ve ever rented from. He responds to every txt within minutes and always has a solution or answer. We already planned next summer and we will be only staying with Sean from now on! You will not be disappointed!!!

    We had the best time here! We had a family of 4 (5 year old and an infant) that stayed in the small bungalow. It was perfect for games, baby could sleep through all the noise. Sean was quick to reply with any issues, which were minimal and fixable. The house is small and rustic but clean and perfect. We loved the location, everything was a short drive so not inconvenient at all. Can’t wait to go back!

    Sean’s home was Perfect for celebrating my husband’s birthday. The house is massive and can entertain a nice crowd. They truly thought everything from entertainment to comfort. The jacuzzi and hammock were relaxing and there were plenty of towels. Sean was very responsive and answered all of my questions within minutes. The beds were comfortable as well. My son did not want to leave . We would absolutely book again!

    It was a weekend of college friends getting together. We’ve all known each other 40 years and still keep in touch. The houses were PERFECT! Accommodations were great! The views were incredible. Lots of winding roads, but it’s worth the trek once you get there. Sean was a fantastic host. He was responsive to texts. We only had one minor maintenance issue, but he was “on it” immediately to get it fixed. Could not have asked for a better host! We had a great time!

    My family and I absolutely loved Sean and Lindsey’s place - the house is beautiful inside and out - The property is equipped with all the entertainment you will need to spend a fantastic family vacation - my family had a fantastic time ❤️ The only thing I regret is not having more time to enjoy their beautiful patio and pool .Will definitely keep them in mind to rent in the future when in the area .Canyon Lake Marina is only 7 minutes away and would recommend renting a boat from them to enjoy the beautiful surroundings atCanyon Lake .I recommend 💯 Sean and Lindsey’s place .

    This home was beautiful and spacious. Our teenagers really enjoyed the arcade room and the pool! Perfect amount of space for our family vacation. Sean was very easy to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone vacationing and or traveling to the area.

    We were a group of 9 looking for a few days away from home. We had a great time. Sean was very responsive even in the middle of the night when we needed to get a hold of him! The house location is perfect for those wanting to be downtown. Minutes from South Congress. The beds were all comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

    Lindsey, Sean and baby J were very accommodating, checked in on us often, and very compassionate. I’ve never stayed in a place were the owners were involved with their guests making the stay feel comfortable. The home decor was fabulous and they were fully stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

    This is an absolutely amazing place to stay. Lindsey, Sean and Baby J have everything you could possibly need. Spacious, open, and gorgeous view.     Beautiful clean home and outdoor space! The kids & adults both enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded but just a short drive to restaurants, the lake and the larger cities nearby.This was our first Airbnb rental so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Sean was a great host; professional but also very friendly at the same time & made sure our stay was going well throughout the weekend. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

    Communication with Sean was super friendly, fast and easy. He sent a check-in code at the day of our arrival which made the access to the house very easy.The house could need a few updates here and there but overall it’s a nice house with plenty of space (we were 3 families). Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor too much but it’s a short walk to the beach and the kids liked to make s’mores at the fire pit.There were plenty of dishwasher tabs, washer tabs, soap, shampoo, towels, etc. in the house.Only downside we found was that there is not enough seating for more than 7 people at the table. We let the kids eat first and then the adults but a bigger table/more seating would have been nice.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime.

    One of the nicest Airbnbs weve stayed in! The house was super clean and stocked with essentials and there were many items for kids/babies which we absolutely loved! The kids playroom was a huge hit ☺️ Location was perfect. walking distance to the Lakeshore and so quiet and peaceful. We even had deer visit us the first day. Also Sean was super helpful with anything we needed and was available anytime we texted. I highly recommend this house and we will for sure be back!Muskegon, MI

    This place was absolutely perfect for our large family. From the moment we received a reservation confirmation, our hosts were very responsive. We felt like we were at home as soon as we parked in the driveway. The home is absolutely beautiful and it is evident the owners take pride in their home and want their guests to feel at home. Everyone in our group loved the home. We played outside, board games, and if someone felt like they needed some quiet time, there was also plenty of space for that option. Oh my goodness and the fact no one had to wait in line for the bathroom was a major plus as well. You cannot go wrong with Lindsey, Sean and Baby J’s stunning and spacious home

    We stayed at one of the properties in Austin, TX and had an amazing time. Sean was extremely helpful throughout the entire booking process, after booking, and throughout our trip. Anytime we had questions, he responded right away and had amazing tips and recommendations for us right off the top of his head.The property was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed (enough for 10 people), and very close to all of the attractions, bars, restaurants, etc. that we wanted to attend.     The location is really good, right across the golf course. Lake Lure Welcome Center is 15 minutes drive away, which is very convenient. Sean is a quick responder, will reply within a minute.

    We spent a spectacular 5-days in Sean, Lindsey & Baby Js place. Wow - what a great space! We had three couples there and the accommodations were more than enough for all of us. With the upstairs and downstairs living areas and all the bedrooms there is ample space to congregate together or get some alone time. (I sometimes have issues with sensory overload so the ability to hide out and recharge was great!) The bathroom situation is ideal with the two full baths and 1/2 bath - sensitive subject but greatly appreciated when you have six or more people in your group! The decks are fantastic, we spent a lot of time on the upstairs deck taking in the view and having a blast and most nights were spent around the fire pit just taking it all in. The space is in a fantastic location - super close to everything but secluded enough for a great get-a-way. All in all - we would not hesitate to rent this space again. Sean is a great communicator and was very responsive the times I needed to reach out and answered almost immediately - you can really tell they want their guests to have a great time and are very happy to lend their expertise on what to do in the area.

    Amazing stay at the most well-stocked AirBnb Ive ever experienced (and Ive stayed at dozens of spots). Only 15 mins away from downtown and all the restaurants, activities, and nightlife you could ask for. 5 mins away from Ingles (grocery store). Fire pit, BBQ grill, hot tub...what more can you ask for? Its obvious they put a LOT of time and effort into delivering a remarkable guest experience - theyve literally thought of EVERYTHING. Highly recommended!
