Seamist #3 is a lovely condo. So close to the ocean and lovely view. Very clean, cutely decorated, and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed our week there for a joint birthday celebration. It is very beautiful and bot crowded.

The condo was perfect for our stay. Clean. Easy check in. Host is great with communication. Stocked with the basics for your stay. Washer and dryer are a plus. Great location to everything including Downtown Jackson, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone. Market and restaurant close by. Walking path right outside of complex. We saw lots of wildlife in the complex. 2 moose, fox and deer. We would stay here again!

Absolutely perfect experience renting their Seamist #6 condo on the Florida Gulf Coast. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking with easy access to the beach. Inside accommodations we all there so you feel right at home. The location is also perfect as its not too crowded but close enough to Seaside and Rosemary Beach so you can enjoy the best the area have to offer. What a gem! There was an issue during our stay that was totally out of their control but they made sure we were compensated for it and that speaks volume of how professional this company is. We are local and will definitely be back. We also have we have been telling our friends and family about this amazing place.

We had a great experience with the Sunny Bear Property in Breckenridge and with the hosts. The unit has been thoughtfully updated and was stocked with everything you would need to comfortably stay there. It is convenient to the lift at Peak 9 and has terrific amenities. Cant wait to come back!

Great place to stay for a couple and a few small children. One bedroom five star. Bunks and other available sleeping areas nice. Kitchen good and complete with anything needed. Bathroom laundry also five star. Me and wife had great stay very comfortable. Will book again

Very cute and comfy condo with all the comforts of home. We stayed 5 nights, and loved that it was centrally located between Jackson and the GTNP. The bed, couches and window nooks were all so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay at Seamist #6 this past week. The condo was clean and well furnished. The location was perfect! I found the owners attentive to any questions I had on planning our trip as well as our arrival at the condo. I appreciated the text messages and email with every detail covered.

This is a great location to relax and recharge. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. The best part is the covered deck that has excellent views and can be used rain or shine. Third time here and will be back.

Recently spent a week at Seamist #3 in Seacrest Beach, was wonderful!Easy access to check in, tv and WiFi were immediate. Parking was sooo nice with plenty of room. I loved being on the bottom floor and the porch area is perfect for after sun snoozing. Other guests were around but walls are very well insulated. Decor is lovely, coming back next year!Only appliance needed is a knife sharpener, could barely slice lemons and limes ,

Stayed 09/20/2022-09/24/2023. Great location in town with very comfortable accomodations. Beautiful view of Peak 9. We had beautiful weather and were able to enjoy the outdoor pool and hottub. You can definitely walk to town to tons of shops and restaurants. Definitely would rent again.

We stayed in Wilson, WY and it absolutely was the perfect location in a quaint little neighborhood that was nestled in a quiet community! Unit was VERY cute and had all the supplies we needed for our family’s stay. Cute little critter came to the back patio every morning and also saw two foxes in the early morning hours and a moose alongsideMoose-Wilson Rd and one in Rendezvous Park! Great place and we’d love to return!

Amazing location! Unloading the car was the easiest of any place I’ve ever stayed in this area of 30A. No stairs, just straight into the condo. Coffee on the back porch watching dolphins and sea turtles every morning.

This is the second visit for us, same condo, because we enjoyed it so much last year. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I think that should be reserved for the very best properties with the finest amenities. And this condo is simply a very good but basic one, in a great location.The pros: awesome beach view and perfect location—not too busy on the road (it’s all residential mostly right around there) or the beach. The beach is big, clean, with fine sand and gorgeous emerald water. Amazing sunsets! The condo has a nice little yard, and easy beach access with stairs that are just three flights.Very comfy furniture and bedNicely appointed kitchen, which they recently updated with some new appliancesLots of storage space/basketsThoughtful touches like plenty of extra towels, toiletries, laundry and dish soap providedSuper nice and responsive hostsThe cons:To be fair, I did not bring any of these things up with the hosts. These are not “deal breaker” issues, just ideas for improvement:Wish they would fix the drippy kitchen faucetNot a fan of the polyester microfiber sheets. Some good cotton ones from Target would be nice.Bigger bath mats would be greatA working vacuum so we could keep the sand cleaned up and floors cleanWe hope to return next year!

My family stayed in the #3 Seaturtle unit and we couldn’t have been more pleased! The location was perfect especially during the 4th of July (high traffic on 30A)! The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked for our needs. We loved the ground floor unit and the convenient access to the beach. We’ve stayed in high rise condos but always felt disconnected from the beach. The Seaturtle was perfect! We had a relaxing and memorable vacation and will be back!The owners were easy to get in touch with and very easy to work with.

We enjoyed our stay. Great views from the nice roomy balcony.The master bed was soft and comfy.Plenty of room in the closet and lots of hangers.The place was nicely decorated and the balcony had nice tall chairs making it easy to see the beach.Location was good getting to Rosemary and Alys beaches. However. Hwy30A was closed between inlet beach and seaside. The internet said it should open around April 2024.We’d stay here again !

The Bear condo in Jackson Hole, WY was perfect for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Grocery store 10 minutes from the condo. Host were great with communication and suggestions.

The condo #6 was outstanding! The view was better than the pictures and the place was spotless. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Jessica proactively provided all the information we needed for the local area, Resturant recommendations , attractions, things to do etc. She was also very responsive to all our needs in a very timely manner. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to go again. It was just my wife and I and late October was the perfect time. The beaches were basically deserted so we felt we had it all to ourselves. CR 30A is a very quaint pleasant road, away from the noise of Panama City, but remember that the speed limits are strictly enforced.

Jessica, is the best. She was available and responded fast to any questions. She provided details of the area and clear instructions. Her place is a haven nestled on the most beautiful beach area. Close to restaurants, shopping, biking. The decor was tasteful, the comfy bed made each night sleep an ease-(always a concern) We especially enjoyed the lounge chairs on the balcony overlooking the gulf. It was just perfect. We look forward to returning and exploring even more! Thanks again. 🌴

Great place, would definitely stay here again. The bed is very comfortable, tons of pillows, and the bunk beds are comfortable also. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Overall probably the nicest VRBO weve had. Close to Grand Teton and Jackson, and GT park is awesome! Great place to visit, was a great trip.

The condo in Austin (off Manchaca) was a perfect match for us - my wife and I and 28 y.o. daughter who were there for a wedding. The location is perfect for all the Dripping Springs venues, has easy access from/to the airport, and also easy to head south and west for wineries and Hill Country drives. Some nice coffee and local breakfast/dining (not fast food) options are also within a 3 minute drive.Clean and spacious condo, w two full baths was more than enough space for us. Well furnished kitchen and great wifi. Secure and quiet condo complex. We would love to stay there again!

Great vacation rental, wonderful location about a 10 minute drive to the ski resort, walking distance to a market, very clean and a very cool twin sized window bed where the teenager slept. Thank you for a great stay!
