Such an amazing place!!! We had a girls weekend! 4 girls from 3 states and I can’t imagine a better place for us to come together, relax, rest, laugh and have rich girl time! The condo was gorgeous, so well maintained, clean, so many extras to enjoy, and so aesthetically pleasing! We love their decor!! We will definitely be coming back!!!! Thank you Sharon for an extraordinary girls weekend!! Memories of a lifetime!

This is the most ideal Destin beach condo!!! It is located at the most beautiful beach with the best view of the sunrise and sunset from your 7th story perfect patio while admiring the unbelievable hues of blue of the ocean below… a view you can throughly enjoy from most of the areas inside the condo! Add to this that this condo is gorgeously remodeled and every attention to detail is there to make you feel very pampered - you may not want to leave and enjoy the great shopping and restaurants all around!!!

This place is beyond amazing! Our family was so comfortable the entire stay. The view of the ocean and beach is something we’ll never forget. This place is so well kept, clean and cozy! We can’t wait to return for many years!

Brand new- absolutely immaculate. The owners have thought of everything. It’s better than a luxury hotel: 3 shower heads in both bathrooms, motion detecting lights everywhere, a huge balcony, so cozy and stunning), ocean view from everywhere, premium appliances and cookware, heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, private garage, private monitored beach…. I could go on and on……THIS is THE place for the discerning vacationer.

Sterling Sands 710 is a true slice of heaven. Its immaculate and beautiful inside and perfectly outfitted with everything we needed for our week long stay. The view is amazing and can be seen from almost every room including the master bathroom! Highly recommend and cant wait to come back.

Just spent the most wonderful week at Sterling Sands 710. Pictures really dont do this condo justice, it is spectacular! What makes this location truly amazing are the views, it actually took my breath away when I walked in. I love to sleep in the dark but there is something so special about opening your eyes and seeing the colors of the Gulf of Mexico. The topper on this Destin cake is this condominium, they have thought of everything, it truly is a home away from home (only better!) I have stayed in some very nice places but this tops them all. The unit is spotless and has every thing you could need and more from a vacation rental. I learned after I booked that It was recently completely remodeled, they truly spared no expense and the attention to detail is sensational. Make sure to pre-book your beach chairs before you go, it was so nice to go to the beach at any time and have our names on chairs. The pool area is lovely, we had a lot of fun there and even made new friends. This was my first time in Destin but I have already rebooked 710 for next year.

We booked here for a family vacation and all I have to say is if you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay with a magnificent view of the emerald coast this is it! The condo is exactly as described in the listing. Very open, modern, clean and airy with beautiful finishing touches all throughout. The beds were more comfortable than ours at home! The kitchen is well equipped and beautiful. It’s walking distance from the Back Porch, a restaurant with great food and drinks. This condo is also conveniently located on a main street with restaurants galore! So many fun things to do in the area. We can’t wait to go back and stay there. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family!

Our stay in 710 was simply amazing. The owners have thought of everything to make our vacation the best and meet every accommodation we could possibly need. I highly recommend this unit and we most definitely plan to come back!!
