Very nice VRBO located about two miles from downtown San Antonio.The location is excellent. The San Antonio River bike path is located just down the road. Confluence Park is about 1/2 mile walk and downtown is just over two miles. Nice easy walk if you are up to it and the humidity is good! Several great restaurants are located within a one mile perimeter. An electric scooter or e-bike would be perfect!The house is very nice and recently renovated. There are two large bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor (one of the bathrooms is private). And two bedrooms (one is very small) and one bathroom upstairs. The main house can easily sleep seven. Outside is a Casita with its own bathroom. This could sleep two.There is a cowboy pool and a large shaded patio with outside tv. The cowboy pool was very relaxing and provided a break from the humidity.Reason I am taking off a star is the ice maker seemed to be frozen. Could not get any ice or water. Yes... we removed the tray and attempted see what was wrong. The air conditioning is good, but upstairs is warm. There is a portable A/C upstairs. Having some cards or popular board games would have been a nice addition.Overall I thought the place was very nice. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises... and I have a large enough group to justify the cost.
