I was thrilled with my stay at this SPRKhost managed property, perfectly located with stunning views of the Austin skyline and near great spots like Terry Black’s and local hiking parks. Each bedroom felt like its own private wing, adding a unique touch of privacy that enhanced our experience. The highlight, however, was the beautiful infinity pool and the lush outdoor amenities, which made it almost impossible to stay indoors. This property is a fantastic urban oasis that beautifully blends luxury, privacy, and the best of Austin! The management is very knowledgeable and set up a private chef experience for us that hit all of our requests. I highly suggest booking this property and doing the same.

We stayed here for a family getaway, upon arrival the house was very clean! It was the perfect location, only about 15 minutes from downtown Austin. Rachel was the perfect host! She answered every email and question we had very quickly! She gave us many recommendations for things to do around Austin and even vendors to bring to the house for in home nights. She truly made our vacation one of a kind and we will definitely be staying in one of her properties again when back in Austin! Thank you for your great hospitality Rachel!!

Incredible home in the heart of Austin! What an elevated experience with this perfectly appointed, home boasting four bedrooms and resort like backyard. The parking is also a big thumbs up- we will be back!

Rachel and the team at SPRKhost are simply amazing. We rented a house in Downtown Austin for our team during SXSW 2023. She was responsive and helpful before and during the entire trip over both phone and text. The team even surprised us with a special welcome gift. We hosted some memorable gathering and memories at the Daniel Dr. home throughout our 6 day stay and cant wait to go back!

Rachel manages my property in South Austin. There isn’t a more hard working, trustworthy, communicative, and knowledgeable person that I know in the business. We wouldn’t use anyone else and I highly recommend speaking with her if you are thinking about renting out your home.

I’ve stayed at two of Rachel’s rentals and both were exceptional properties. Her communication throughout my stays was top notch and she answered all my questions and had some great suggestions for fun things to do in the area. Both houses were spotless and well equipped with everything you’d need. We hope to book again this summer. I highly recommend any of her listings.
