Upon arriving to SPI,we stopped by the office and was greeted in a timely, friendly manner. The counter help was very informative on the questions we had. Shortly thereafter we received a text saying the condo was ready for us. Let me tell you, we were impressed with this unit. The condo is just as described, it definitely met and exceeded our expectations. Weve stayed in many condos on the island and this one definitely is the best weve stayed in. For just my wife and myself there was plenty of room. Having more people wouldnt have been a issue for this condo. Communication was great with SPI rentals. We definitely recommend using them and staying in this unit. Edgewater #503. Next trip down, well definitely try to get this unit again.

Great house to stay at. The house is pretty much exactly like the pictures. Very spacious and clean. The pool was the cleanest out of all the other houses weve rented from SPI Rentals and the jacuzzi heated very well. The lights in the pool and around the backyard really gave it a great vibe. Another big plus to that the house is only a 3 three minute walk to the beach.

Wow! Beautiful home, short walk from the beach. Well laid out, comfortable floor plan, plenty of room for our large group. Pool and hot tub area was clean and comfortable, beautiful and roomy kitchen, plenty of parking in driveway and on side street. Easy to walk to many restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again in a second!

Had an awesome time at this condo! SPI Rentals was super amazing! I did not know where to start looking and a friend recommended them to me and the service was excellent! The reservation agent was able to pick through which condo would be best for my family and I! Check-in was very smooth! All the staff I had spoken too were very helpful, from making the reservation, to check-in, and giving us good selections on where to eat! The condo is amazing, the view is directly to the bay view, but from the how the tower is situated you can see the beach as well with just a turn to the left! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was super convenient!! The living space was very large, and everything was comfortable! The kitchen was open concept and was great! The counter top was amazing, and each family member loved the rooms and beds! The grounds were amazing, especially at night when the pool and spa are lite and there is a lighted pathway for you to get to the beach directly! Highly recommend SPI Rentals and will book with them again, will also stay here again in the future!

I stayed with SPI Rentals this past summer, and my experience was great. Marina helped me find the perfect spot, even though I had a smaller budget and was worried I might have to settle for a hotel. She found me a cute 1-bedroom right on the beach, close to Wanna Wanna, which was perfect! The service was top-notch . I had trouble accessing the door (my fault), but I called SPI Rentals, and they quickly opened it through their system. I’ll definitely use them again on my next trip!

This location was so convenient and so much fun! It had the easiest access to the pool, the beach, and the store! The rooms had the best view of the ocean, and for it being a two bed room it was still pretty spacious. Overall, it was the best Mother’s Day weekend ever!

The front desk people Marina, Jasmine, Diana, and Tabitha couldn’t have been more helpful with our reservations this year and for next year. We could tell that they actually cared and were very responsive to our needs. Kudos to this amazing staff.The washing machine in our unit wasn’t functioning correctly. We called SPI and they put in a work order. The response time was very quick and the maintenance team of Leo, Tino, and Albert were so nice and helpful. They got the problem fixed and left us smiling with our new found friends. A great team!

Where we were renting is going off market and she was very helpful finding a new experience. Jasmine, Diana, and Tabatha helped us to repair/replace a new washer that was not working. It was complicated by processing the warranty and working with the owner.Leo, Tino, and Albert all came at different times to help with the silly washer. They were prompt and very helpful.Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

My wife and I stayed with SPI last year for vacation. So with our 25 wedding anniversary this year, we decided to go back to the same house with our 2 adult children and their partners. The entire experience couldn’t be any better. The house was ample for us all. It’s a 30 second walk to the beach. It has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and drink making. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Hands down the best 2 vacations we have ever taken were on South Padre Island. And SPI Rentals made it even better. They are very easy to deal with, and very attentive. Can’t go wrong staying with them or the house.

I dont have any complaints about this place. There was plenty of room for my 2 kiddos and me, along with my sister, her hubby, and their 5 kiddos. The view is great off the balcony (pic below), and everything went smoothly with the booking and check-out. There were extras we werent expecting, like a Keurig (I could have taken my pods!), extra boogie boards in the garage and even a wagon which came in handy. I dont know that our knees could handle the stairs again but there were plenty of handles in the stairwell to assist. We loved it, and would return for sure!

This condo was absolutely perfect. It has the most beautiful views of the ocean and the South Texas skies. From this condo you can see the moon come up and its an amazing sight. The condo is a perfect size for a couple. You have a walkway to the beach and youre near other restaurants. Book this condo asap. You wont be disappointed.

Our return visit was just as enjoyable as the first time we rented. Its a perfect location, well stocked, and has a cute pool and hot tub. The addition of a simple floor mat inside the back door was a great improvement. Maybe a spruce up of the living room could be next? We didn’t want to leave. We usually go to South Padre every summer, but we usually stay at one of the hotels. We thought we’d try a condo this time. I don’t think we will ever go back to a hotel on our SPI trips again. We had a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom at the Sapphire. Our living room and master bedroom looked out over the pool and gulf while our daughters’ room and back balcony had beautiful views of the Laguna Madre Bay and Port Isabel. The convenience and comfort of a full kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer was a great plus. SPI rentals was very pleasant and responsive when we called with questions. Thank you SPI rentals, and thank you owners. Your home was beautiful and comfortable. We’ve never had better views of the gulf

SPI Rentals is awesome! The staff in the office always hook us up with the loyal guest discount. Any minor thing we call about is addressed right away even when it has been late at night. The maintenance guys are always great. We took a weekend trip to the island recently and stayed in a nice beachfront condo at Continental. The place was almost empty so we had the whole pool to ourselves. The views are awesome! We will definitely stay at this place again.Thank you guys again for another great weekend!

Had to try a banana boat while visiting South Padre Island for the first time. It’s being decades! Lol! It was a lot of fun! They take cash only, and the ride is about 20 minutes. There was almost no wait, and they were very professional. Cash only. I do think that the best part is the thrill of falling or almost falling off. I went with another 3 ppl. There was a kid and an elderly woman. The jet-ski rider that mainly operated everything was very nice and helped us to get back on it after we fell out. It was about a 20 min ride. Totally worth it!

I booked this home for my family to gather for my Dads 70th birthday in November, it was perfect for our 3 couples, 2 small kids, and 1 dog. We were able to walk to the beach, and to a restaurant just 5 minutes away, some of our group enjoyed the hotel and bar next door for some nightly entertainment. The home had a heated pool and hot tub which I was really looking forward to using. Getting the pool running took us a little bit of time and understanding, but maintenance was literally a phone call away and both times we needed help, either Josh or David responded within minutes, both were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable in troubleshooting and helping us get the equipment up and running to heat the pool. We will definitely book here for our next trip down to SPI!

SPI does not miss a beat when you are counting on everything being on point. Our family celebrated my daughter’s sweet 16th birthday at an SPI rental condo. It was spectacular with high end furnishings. It was a spacious condo, very clean, and had everything we needed. I was especially grateful to Alan for going above and beyond gathering a great team to help me make the weekend as special as it was. I can’t thank SPI’s employees enough for being incredibly helpful and kind, and proving that next level customer service does exist!

The apartment is located on ground floor just steps from the pool and beach which we mostly enjoy, the unit is very well equipped in the kitchen, no sofa bed as described, but the couch was really comfortable for an adult. The terrace is great you have the pool and beach just in front of you and a big patio, it was great for our baby. We had some issues with the AC and fridge, but the agency took care of it the same day, fridge was replaced, which we considered a great service from SPI rentals. We really enjoyed our stay and we are planning on booking this unit again in the future for sure!

Will definitely come back and use SPI Rentals and stay at Saida III, 703 again!

We had a friends trip with 4 couples & we all loved it! The bedrooms all have their own attached bathrooms so we all had our own privacy while the shared spaces were really large & well furnished! We were able to eat at the table together & watch movies together in the living room. The pool area has a lot of space & furniture as well. We really have no complaints! The garage fridge was an awesome extra that made it easy to keep everything stored & cool. We had a wonderful time & the location was amazing! A quick walk to the beach with the awesome wagon they provided as well! We would love to stay here again.

Our unit was clean, roomy and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation on the island. The smoke detector was our only issue with it going off anytime we opened the oven. But that wasnt a horrible issue though. We had plenty of everything provided and appreciated the hospitality.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well stocked for our stay. It was awesome that each bedroom had its own bathroom with lots of cabinets and drawer space. Plenty of hangers in each closet, which I appreciate. The beds were super comfortable and each room was spacious and well appointed. We loved the private pool and patio area. SPI was very easy to contact and super helpful with any request. If I go back to South Padre would definitely stay here again, just an amazing property!

This is such a lovely place! Private, well furnished, spacious and comfortable. They had everything we needed and then some. Front balconies are great for people watching and the pool area was private and relaxing. Great to have a warm pool on those cool February days. Owner is in process of updating appliances ( we got a great new fridge while we were there!) Maintenance is very quick to respond to some small requests we had. The bathtubs upstairs didn’t drain well but we mainly used showers so no big deal. The only negative for us was climbing 2 flights of stairs daily, but man did we get our “steps” in!

Other than the ugly rain we got during the week, our stay at 132 Saturn was wonderful, a great place to stay. We ran into some issues at first walk through but the maintenance team and the help desk were great! Special shout out to Damaso Ramos SPI Maintenance as he went above and beyond in resolving the issues very quickly to enjoy our stay. We will be staying here again. Thank you.

This agency is great. It’s the first place we check for availability! The house we booked was a great location, quiet neighborhood. Private Pool is a definite plus. Very clean. Living area/kitchen is very spacious. Everything is well stocked. Comfy bed, cold A/C. Complimentary toiletries and necessities. Couldn’t ask for more! Perfect for a group of 8. SPI rentals was great to work with. They were quick to answer questions and responded within minutes of anything we needed. Saul, Tabitha and Raul were great to communicate with. Definitely recommend and will book through them again!

This is a great place to stay on the beach. It provides beautiful ocean views including sunrises. With two large bedrooms and two baths there is plenty of room for at least four people. The location of the property made it easy to get to restaurants and we even walked to a few they were so close. The property is well cared for and carts are provided to bring luggage up to higher floors. Definitely recommend this location and this unit #404.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving vacation with our family using SPI Rentals at 114 E. Mars. The customer service and communication was great. The check-in and out process was very easy with no issues experienced. The maintenance team was very fast in responding explaining how to turn on the heat for the spa. The property was well stocked with towels, kitchen items for cooking a full-blown Thanksgiving dinner, and very clean. The photos online matched the property as experienced. We will definitely use SPI Rentals again on our next visit to South Padre.

House was beautiful! Perfect for our group, everyone had their own room with private bath. Very clean. The heated pool was fabulous! Location was a quick walk to the beach and a few restaurants. SPI staff was amazing, couple of things that came up during our stay were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend renting directly with SPI for accomodations on the island, they are top notch. We loved the townhouse and had an amazing vacation.

The rental house was pretty much everything that was promised in the description. The house had so much space that we never felt crowded with our family of 15. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was also large and comfortable and fully equipped for any type of cooking that was done. The pool and hot tub area was perfect. And the location was so close to the beach. We stayed in Beach House III #402 for 10 days. We always stay at the Beach House Condos because of the awesome location. The property is right on the beach, is very well maintained, and has 2 pools that are cleaned every single morning. Unit III #402 is a very spacious, very clean, and updated 2 BR, 2 Bath condo. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze! The common areas have plenty of seating with a beach view from each seat. The beds and bedding are nice and comfortable. There is a ton of storage with one HUGE closet in the master and 2 large pantries in the kitchen. There are also nice TVs in each bedroom and a large TV in the living room. SPI Rental company is always very responsive to any issues. We stay with them every year because we trust them and know their rentals are first-rate. This condo is no exception-exceptional! We will definitely be back!

The property was incredible. House was impeccably clean and the proximity to the beach was great. We could walk to the ocean in less than 3 minutes! The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with all the necessities. Beds were comfortable, master bedroom was huge and so gorgeous. We loved the private pool although it lacked some privacy- the neighbors watched us from their balcony each day. We loved the patio and grill with the view of the ocean. This rental was beyond my expectations. It’s extremely roomy and felt just like a home away from home. All bedrooms were spacious as the living and dining area. I loved that the rental came with a ton of kitchen utensils and pans, also the extra amenities available in case you forgot something back at home. The beds were extremely comfortable! I would definitely rent this condo in the future. I had no problems at all. A plus was the pool and hot tub, and the beach access was literally in walking distance!

Highly recommend! Great location. If you’ve never been to SPI, go. This place was very clean with an excellent pool. The beach is one block away and restaurants, bars, gift shops also within walking distance. We went the week of Memorial Day and nothing was over crowded. Friendly service every where. I played a few rounds of golf over at SPI golf course in Laguna Vista. Only 20 minutes away and a beautiful course with good rates. I could go on and on. Ive booked through SPI Rentals several times over the years. Most recently I stayed at 111-C E. Capricorn for a bridal shower. Everyone was floored at how nice and clean the accommodations were. There was plenty of space for all of us. The heated pool and spa were amazing and the place was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy our stay. The staff is always incredibly friendly and really bend over backwards to make sure our stay is enjoyable. They really take care of their properties and make sure they are properly maintained. Las Marinas is great! Its spacious, clean, and in an awesome location. You can walk to the beach, and the pool and hot tub are meticulously maintained and so nice to relax at. The condo was great. I really liked that there was many exit doors to the pool and the house. The place was so close to beach access 1 , to McDonald’s and cvs so convenient. The house was very clean . We loved this unit in the Sapphire. Its layout perfectly suited our group (4 adults, 2 kids). The kids especially enjoyed the bunk beds. We had a few minor glitches when we first arrived, but the SPI Rentals maintenance folks showed up immediately and fixed the issues. The only persistent problem with the unit was occasional slow Internet and TV. One plus this year - the arrival of the Land Shark Bar & Grill at the Pearl next door. Very nice and convenient.

Way too soft and bouncy. And a ceiling fan is needed in the 2nd master bedroom. Bragging about everything else at this place. We are planning to return next year 2022.

This unit was beautiful. Lots of amenities as far as the kitchen utensils, bag chairs, etc. Honestly the place was amazing! Our Airbnb cancelled on us 8 days before our trip and the saying everything happens for a reason in this case was so true.We woke up and walked to the living room for the most amazing sunrises youll see on the island. The unit is between the two pools. The upper pool is heated and has a HUGE hot tub and small wading pool. The front pool is not heated, but is also less used which was great for poolside hanging out with our group of six. There were limited chairs at this pool but definitely not the fault of our unit owner.You had a short walk to a beautiful covered path to the beach that we walked daily. The condo location was in a great spot at the south end of the island closer to the bridge. Once inside the complex you couldnt hear the road noise at all.The only sort of downfall about the unit itself was that two of the bedrooms had great beds. The third room with the two regular sized beds, neither were comfortable. I hate to even mention as truly the unit is so absolutely gorgeous and well taken care of but it is something to consider as we were there for 8 days.The entire complex was clean and very well maintained. There was a decent size exercise room and sauna we had access to as well. There were six adult family members in our unit and we had family stop in to see it and we were never crowded. The deck with seating for at least 6 and an electric grill was awesome. We spent a lot of time out there. All in all it truly was way better than we would have had and an incredible vacation. Thank you!!On an side note and to hopefully help future renters Id say use the SPI Rentals directly over Airbnb or VRBO fees are much lower. That being said, Id also mention the check-in (again NOT the fault of the unit owner) was at best difficult. It was evening after a long day of travel, We were tired and frustrated in finding our unit as the instructions were terrible and there is virtually NO signage once on the property. From turning into the parking lot (horrible signage there), to finding our unit took over an hour. The Sunchase Beachfront unit is part of a complex. It was originally intended to all be owned together, however they went bankrupt and it became three properties. The hotel is out by the street and called Suites by Sunchase, the center horseshoe shaped complex is the Sunchase IV and the units closest to the beach, also horseshoe shaped, and are called Sunchase Beachfront. SPI gave us a map of a horseshoe shaped complex without explaining to us there were two of these complexes inside the gate that were shaped like this. They also had us sign in off property and then we had to check-in again once we got through the gates, which also had no explanation in how to get in and no lights in near or around the small typed instructions on the gate opener. We then went to three offices on the grounds once inside the gates. There are no signs telling you which desk to sign in at for your specific complex/unit or which way to go to get to which units once inside the gates. Even out of the car you literally had to shine a light on the doors to check unit numbers. We finally ran into someone who explained where the office was, but we had to call someone to meet us there. So, SPI Rentals would do well to put together better check-in instructions for new renters. Again, Im just trying to explain the check-in and this is NOT a reflection on our unit owner.Bottom line, this unit gave us some new incredible family memories. Thank you so much! We so hope to come back again and again!

Just booked our 25th year using SPI Rentals. Easy to make reservations and they are aways friendly and helpful.And as a mom who wants to be on vacation like the rest of the family, I LOVE their clean towel and sheet exchange.We did have an issue one year that was not the fault of the agency. The night before we were to go, we were told that our expected condo was being remodeled and was not available. SPI put us in an upgraded condo that was absolutely fabulous and we have actually stayed in several times since.We’ve stayed at several of their complexes over the years and they have always been clean, well stocked and comfortable.Our favorite complex is Saida. We typically stay in a first floor unit that gives us easy access to the beach and pools and it allows the kids to run around in the grass right in front of the room. Saida has a very convenient small pool side palapa where you can order burgers and sandwhiches for the kids. They also have a pool side bar that is convenient for mom. Its close to the bridge and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. They have secure entry parking and 24 hour complex security.Thank you SPI Rentals for always making our vacations easy and fun.

Great service and they have many properties to choose from. They are very easy to reach for any questions or concerns about your rental. 5108 B Gulf Blvd. so perfect! Ocean right there. Our friends stayed in one master, my wife and I got the master with the view of the whole ocean. Sweet. One friend stayed in the downstairs room. Everybody had lots of room. 3 refrigerators! Big screens. And a very short beach walk to the warm ocean. We also had some work to do which was done easily thanks to good Wi-Fi. I need that ocean air. Healing. We’ll be back, next time with our dogs.

We had a great stay with spi rentals! We have used airbnb before but decided to rent with spi this time and were soooo impressed. Marina and Johnny in the office were very professional and really helped make my birthday weekend special. I didnt have to spend a lot of time looking for a house, they helped me pick one right on the beach with everything I wanted. We had a lot of fun in the pool and hot tub and even walked down to Wanna Wanna which was close by. I highly recommend them!

Sapphire itself is beautiful from the entrance to your individual condo. Very clean and spacious. The spa is definitely an added plus but the only thing missing and I really wished they had was a coffee bar downstairs in the lobby.

What a beautiful home! We wish it was actually ours. Spacious, and room for everyone to do as they please. So close to the beach, and a quick drive to the entertainment, District and the beach bars. We will definitely be back!
