Staying here was so easy and convenient. We really liked the options for pools! The view is beautiful, right overlooking the ocean. They had soft towels and it was close to everything. 10/10 recommend. Our family can’t wait to come back!

The condo was way more than we expected. Very spacious for myself and my three teen daughters. It had everything we needed there and was very clean. The master bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed playing UNO in the late evenings after spending the days at the beach. Those extra touches of providing things for families to enjoy together. We created fun memories and will definitely be staying there again. The location was great and a short drive to anything you need. Chad’s notebook about his childhood and where to go to find the best seashells was a great tip. So glad we did go north and see the beautiful sand dunes, collected seashells, and climbed the sand hill and saw the most beautiful sunset ever. End of the road as they call it, As north as you can go from the condo. Five stars all the way around.

Such an amazing experience with this company! I think his name was Armando…. He was so Helpful and understanding. We ended up switching our Airbnb because We really wanted Ocean view. They found a place for us right away, being that it’s off-season and they were so accommodating. both places were so beautiful. We are very happy with our experience.

We really enjoyed the condo. It’s updated and very nice! Had toiletries, towels and fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we are picky about that. Plenty of room for our large family (with big teens). Great location to the beach. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely return.

We had the most wonderful time on our little weekend get away before going back to school! Our boys absolutely loved being able to sit on the deck and fish all they wanted and had plenty of room to stretch out at night. The property is in the perfect location- beautiful and clean, easy access to activities, and very safe for families. Our hosts Chad and team were INCREDIBLE and SO HELPFUL before, during and after the trip- that sort of service you just don’t get in many places anymore! HIGHLY recommend them and their properties!

We stayed at 4020 Gulf Blvd at a condo that easily fit all 11 of us. Right on the beach, had a pool too. Everything looked modern and new. Well furnished, fantastic location.Two story condo. Highly recommend Chad and South Padre vacation rentals. Easy check in& out.

I own a condo on South Padre Island. In the past I was having some issues keeping up with the property and finding tenants. Since I found Chad at South Padre Trips and started working with him and his team things have been so much better and easier to maintain and rent out our property. Chad and his team keep the little things stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap etc..) and keep me informed on the happenings of my place. Considering I live over 1,400 miles away I cant put a price on being able to trust the people that maintain your investment and ensure your tenants feel welcome and cozy in your place. Chad and South Padre Trips can definitely do that for you as a property owner.

Upon entering for the first time we were happily overjoyed with how bright and clean, super clean, the place was. It smelled fresh, and even the BBQ was spotless, which was a first for us. There was a starter of coffee, paper towels and an amply stocked kitchen with bowls, cutlery of every kind, cupboards full of cups, glasses, plates and everything we need for our two week visit. Super quiet area. Off to the pub we go, about a 5 minute walk.

ISadia lll 3206Stayed 1/2/25 - 2/1/25I had booked this room through AIRBNB. The pictures on their website were exactly how the condo was as well as the view of the complex. We had to spend more time in the condo than had planned due to the weather and it was very comfortable and felt right at home. Had no issues with internet, hot water, washer/dryer everything was perfect. Before leaving we were so happy with our stay that we reserved for next January. I Also have to mention that Cindy in the office on the island was great to work with.

We stayed at SunchaseIV condo which is considered beach front but does have a bit of a walk—when talking to South Padre Trips they mentioned they have a list of beach front they can recommend for our next trip. Overall our experience was great, good communication, clean condo, and listing was accurate.Would recommend calling Hobbie and team at South Padre Trips before you book on any of the big sites to price check.

This place was awesome! Located close to everything in a nice quite area. The place was like home for me. It is roomy yet small enough to make it really cozy. Has everything you need in the kitchen to make full meals, if you want to cook. The living room is very spacious with very comfortable sofas and a desk for computer work. Large comfortable bed and has a washer and dryer in the unit. It was so nice staying here that it will be my choice when I return to South Padre Island.

The condo was exactly as it was online when I booked which is great! Even tho it was a quadplex I must say it was very spacious and we didnt hear any of the noise from the other guests. If I had any suggestions, it would be to provide a skimmer for the pool or have regular maintenance. Our stay was 6 days and 5 nights and it would have been handy to keep the pool a Lil cleaner. But overall, it was a great, comfortable and safe stay. Did I mention, literally a 5 min walk to beach with an access point! We will definitely book again here!

Upon arrival our stay was very comfortable and clean. We had a great stay with zero problems at all, my spring break group was very satisfied. After we had left, I did not realize until I was four hours away I had left my bookbag with my MacBook and AirPods. I’m a college student who had class right after our vacation and desperately needed my laptop. My first thought was it was gone or stolen, but within 30 minutes of leaving a voicemail I got a returning call with such a relief, they had my belongings and were just waiting for my call to ship them back to me. Typically when things are left on vacation they are gone to never be returned, I am so grateful for their help and understanding. Definitely recommend South Padre Trips, and will be using them again!

Had a great time staying at Caribbean Vibes for spring break with some friends. The space was very comfortable, had a lot of useful amenities like the full kitchen and outdoor shower, very close walk to the beach, and had an awesome outdoor area great for hanging out and barbecuing. Chad was very easy to communicate with and Cindy at the office was very helpful. Definitely recommend booking with SPI Trips and hope to be booking again soon!

We stayed at Saida Towers III and absolutely LOVED the condo! Location, Amenities, Decor, Lay Out, View, Etc., Etc! It was so well-equipped from large skillets to a variety of puzzles and games, sand toys and even beach chairs! The furniture was very comfortable, as well as the beds and there was lots of room to spread out! My adult kiddos enjoyed all the tvs, quick internet and updated technology throughout. We have been going to SPI for 26 years and the condo was a perfect fit for our family. We hope to be back!

First of all, the bed in the master bedroom was AMAZING. I have never had such good sleep, I need that bed! The condo was beautiful and clean, loaded with towels dishes, nice decor and all the things you need to feel at home. We ran into a small unexpected issue that was handled quickly( even at 11pm). We were very close to the beach and restaurants and had no problems during our stay. The house was very clean, basically spotless! The condo was clean, just as described, and easy to get around the island from. Some very helpful info about the surrounding island was available and helped us make some of our decisions. I appreciated that Chad included himself and another guy on the communication so that we could be more likely to get ahold of someone if needed. The only issue we had was that we were given the wrong code to get into the condo at first so we had to wait for someone to get back to us when we got there, but it was an honest mistake and didnt mess us up too bad. Overall, great place and a great stay. We would definitely stay at one of Chads places again!

We enjoyed this unit. It was roomy for us. Just what we needed. The Gulfview doesnt tolerate rowdy guests, which we approve of that. We enjoyed the quiet nights for sleep and a more than adequate kitchenette. A large closet for hanging clothes with hangers provided. A nice size chest of drawers to settle into. This is right on the shuttle station which gave us easy access to wherever we wanted to go. While we were rarely in the unit, when we were it was pleasant and comfortable. There is a very useful manual for the unit and things to do on Padre Island. We would stay here again! Thanks a ton!

This was our 2nd time we’ve stayed in this 3 story townhome overlooking the bay waters in Port Isabel and it won’t be our last! Perfect fishing getaway and places to walk to for a little boutique shopping and dining out. The top floor was perfect for our kids retreat, and primary bedroom with balcony that reminded us of being on a cruise ship and the views are amazing! We caught fish everyday and night. Coffee by day, wine or beer by night sitting on the balcony. October was cooler weather. Drive over the Queen Isabel Causeway bridge was not a problem during our Fall Break stay. Beach Road 100 takes you right until it dead ends and that was so fun to drive on the beach and tailgate on the ocean’s edge. The sand dunes were fun to run up and down and they threw the football around. We enjoyed the phenomenal Sand Castle creations in front of Clayton’s on the beach. The unit is stocked with the starter basics such as toilet paper, towels, travel size dish soap, and shampoo. There is not crockpot, big pasta pot, pizza pan, rice cooker, cooking essentials like seasonings, oils, coffee, foil, fishing gears, welcome wine and snacks like the first time we stayed here but probably bc there was an owner change. The management company seems very communicative with great customer service, and the new owners have a great write up including recommendations on restaurants and activities, but I did not communicate with them at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely made memories! Thank You South Padre Trips!

My wife and I stayed at one of South Padre Trips condos located on Atol Street. We had a wonderful time. Chad and Jim were fantastic to work with. All aspects of the condo were found correct as advertised. The condo (and grounds) were clean and spacious. Off street parking was a plus. Our stay was very relaxing. Kitchen was stocked to meet our needs. WiFi worked flawlessly. Bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet, we could walk to many attractions. Swimming pool was clean, large enough to accommodate several of the guest. Outside seating on the deck was comfortable - with a view of the Madre. We highly recommend Chad and Jim for your accommodations and activities when visiting SPI. We enjoyed our stay and will book again.

We had the opportunity to visit S. Padre Island for a friends wedding, we immediately began looking for ideal places to stay for the weekend. South Padre Trips has quite a few properties in there portfolio on AirBnB and VRBO. We took advantage of a place in the perfect for our needs. The place was on 108 E Polaris Drive. We got a ground floor apartment. Both bedrooms had King Size beds! The apartment was clean and sanitized. It had supplies for four people to utilize the kitchen. Coffee maker and Blender were used and appreciated. Loved the little signs and artwork that are decorated on the walls of the apartment. There is a wonderful fenced in pool that is cleaned weekly. This location is literally a short walk to public beach access and restaurants. I will come back to South Padre and book with one of your properties. Thank yall for making this such a wonderful trip!
