Our family has gone to Beavers’ Bend the past 5 years and this is as our favorite cabin, by far. They are super hosts and very responsive. The cabin is gorgeous with the most beautiful mountain top view of Broken Bow Lake. It’s a secluded location with windy beautiful drive to the cabin from 259.It has plenty of the indoor/ outdoor play for kids of all ages and the nice workout room includes even has a sauna. Note: the decent from the house to the playground is short, but quite steep. Owners have built in a few wooden steps into the rocks that are helpful, but you might to need assist toddlers or anyone who is not steady on their feet.The beds are comfy and it has two laundry rooms, which is nice for a family. Both the lower and upper desks have comfortable sitting areas with gas fireplaces and TVs, but we especially loved the nice touch of the two swing porch beds on the balcony deck. We sat out there and talked, rocked babies, and even took our family photo there. Would highly recommend S’mores Lakeside Escape!

We stayed at S’mores & Fishin. The cabin was so cozy and beautiful. We loved the garage style door that opens the kitchen to the outside deck. The hosts were very responsive. Despite the rainy weather we were outside a lot! There’s so much todo here. The views were beautiful and the fishing/kayak pond were a hit! Sadly only one kayak was available to use during our stay but we’ll definitely be back for more in nicer weather! 10/10 recommend for large groups and gatherings.

We absolutely loved staying in this cabin. Shannon & Mark did an incredible job making us feel like this was a way cooler home away from home than we could image. The amenities just blew our minds from kayaks to the pool table to the video games for the kids to darts and even a poker table! Every single time we had a question, Shannon would respond within seconds. The response time and accommodations were incredible! We loved our family reunion and are 100% happy we did it here!! If you’re thinking if you should book here, don’t hesitate any further, just book! Lots of fun awaits in this cabin!

This is an over the top awesome cabin. Well equipped for our 20 plus guests. Loved that the kitchen actually had plenty of pots/pans and all appliances. On the issue that we had, the response was immediate and attentive. We made some beautiful memories!

Wonderful family home with amazing views! Our family of 14 had plenty of room to play, relax and enjoy meals together. We loved all the cozy spaces to relax and read, the game rooms for adults and kids and the huge bunk room upstairs where we all gathered for movies at night. Such a beautiful home and very well equipped! Mark and Shannon were great hosts and always available. Thank you for sharing your home!

Absolutely outstanding Airbnb experience! From seamless check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The host has truly thought of everything, as every amenity we needed was readily available. Unlike other stays, we didnt encounter any issues or have to contact the host for assistance. It was a flawless and memorable stay. Would give more than 5 stars if possible!

We had the BEST time here. Everything and anything you could need for beautiful vacation experience is provided in this beautiful cabin. Our 5 children never needed their cell phones for because they never got bored. There was always something fun for them to do. Our host, Mark and Shannon, were very obliging, answering any and all questions that I had. We will DEFINITELY be returning!!

This was the most amazing home I have ever seen. The house was beautiful, the view was gorgeous and Shannon could not have been a better host. She was quick to respond and made my time there even more amazing. I cannot even put into words how luxurious my stay was. The photos don’t even do this place justice. I wish I could give her 6/5 stars. I cant wait to go back!

S’mores and Fishin’ is an amazing luxury cabin. Kayaks, pond, spiral slide, huge play pirate ship, swings, pool table, shuffle board, golf video game, roll up glass garage door to the deck, hot tub, fire pit and close to all the tourist attractions!

We just had an amazing weekend at Smores Luxury Cabins and I cant recommend it enough! The cabin was super cozy with a fireplace and the comfiest beds. Loved the modern touches in the kitchen and the overall chill vibe of the place.The outdoor area was a total win – we had a blast making smores at the fire pit and just hanging out under the stars. The staff was awesome, always there when you needed them and full of great tips on what to do around.If youre looking for a sweet escape into nature without giving up the good stuff (like a really nice bed), this is your spot. Cant wait to go back!Final Thoughts: Perfect for a chill, luxurious nature getaway. 10/10 would go again.

S’mores Sunrise is amazing! We booked it for a dad/daughter getaway for 11 couples and it did not disappoint. There were so many things to do on the property, it was awesome. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but the activities in the house and around town kept us more than busy. I would highly recommend staying at this luxury cabin.

Our stay was amazing. This house was unbelievably beautiful and the view was one of a kind. We had a large family (21 adults, 5 kids) that stayed at this property and everyone could not stop talking about how clean the home was and beautiful. The owners thought about EVERY detail, from toiletries, beach towels, blankets, down to things like an outside griddle, outdoor games, playground, every streaming app you can think of on the TV and the overall high quality of every piece of material in the house (counter tops, custom furniture, bedding, etc.) The home was simply immaculate and left us speechless. It was decorated so beautiful but yet cozy at the same time. The house was also very well insulated as it never felt hot on any level despite the size of the house! The owners were great as well. They were very speedy in responding when needed as a citywide power outage occurred (for about 45 min) in our area. She quickly called the electric company and notified me when power was resumed. We enjoyed all of the amenities that the house offered including the video games, the playground, the fire pit, pool table and just being able to sit out on all 3 balconies taking in the beautiful view. Hands down, this property was a 25/10! All pros, no cons. Don’t hesitate to book as you will love it!

Our group of 7 couples had 3 wonderful nights at Smores Sunrise Lodge in Broken Bow, OK. (November 2022) The house is beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. The hosts are easy to work with and responsive. The house is fabulously decorated, has comfy beds, has amazing, huge decks on 2 floors overlooking the gorgeous scenery. Nice hikes nearby. Highly recommend!

Our staff held our annual retreat at the Smores Sunrise cabin. We had 19 people and had room for many more. The views are amazing from both large deck balconies and we enjoyed a lovely time around the fire pit. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms and common areas are beautiful and comfortable. Everyone loved it. We hope to return next year.

The S’mores Sunrise cabin is amazing. The views are amazing..Very relaxing. The kids were entertained by the games in the game room.They were never bored. Always something to do. The owners were very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and any appliances needed. My family and I will definitely be visiting again. An awesome experience.

The views are exceptional and the house is beautifully designed. We loved that the kitchen had a pantry, big island and a second fridge/freezer in the downstairs laundry room. Having a second laundry room upstairs was really helpful. The kids had an amazing time playing outside in the playhouse and on the swings. We spent a ton of time outside next to the fireplace. The beds are comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. We’ll be back!

If you are looking for a spacious house with breathtaking views this is the place for you! We had 10 adults and 16 children and all fit comfortably. The attention to every detail was very impressive inside and out of the property. The kitchen cabinets were fully stocked with any and everything you would need to cook and serve the food. Every inch of the house is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The kids had a blast with the playground, swings, outside games, hot tub, air hockey, wiffleball, and making Smores around the fire pit at night. The adults enjoyed the outside fireplace, pool table, Golden Tee game, and hanging out it the huge open living room and kitchen. Shannon the owner was fast to respond to any questions we had and gave recommendations of fun things to do around the area. Before we left we were already talking about our trip back for next year!

Smores Sunrise was the perfect location for my family for our Christmas celebration. We went middle of December and they had it decorated for Christmas and felt like a home away from home. Many fireplaces that made the early mornings or late nights extra cozy. Personal favorite was the sound of the rushing water that you could hear from the balcony. Shannon and Mark are also very easy to get ahold of if needed!

Our family had a great time at S’mores Luxury Cabins! We had 3 families with 14 kids combined and the kids had a blast playing together and fishing and of course, making s’mores! There were so many fun things to do for the kids, the adults were able to also enjoy fishing and sitting and talking and enjoying the beautiful weather!

We stayed at Smores Sunrise for a combined Bachelor and Bachelorette party and had a fantastic time! We loved the large space to spread out and the multiple decks really came in handy since it did rain some. We even walked down to the river using the hiking trail located on the property! (Be warned, it is a true HIKE!)The only criticisms we had was that it wasnt as secluded as we thought, and even though it is located on 18 acres you still have close-ish neighbors. And it is a little thing but the bar soap they provided could have been upgraded from just bar soap to actual liquid soap or at least soap dishes for the bar soap. I have seen other VRBOs do full soap dispensers with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and that would have been really nice to have.But very minor things considering EVERY other detail was meticulously handled, down to providing basic supplies like razors, bandaids, bug spray, etc. We LOVED having the website with all the instructions about the cabin and its amenities, it definitely came in handy! All in all, we would HIGHLY recommend and stay here again!

We chose this cabin for a guys company trip and it was perfect. There was 14 of them and everyone had a place to sleep and plenty to do. We normally have to take at least one or two air mattress not this time. Game room and outdoors is a big plus.
