We stayed in the home on Tanglewood. Check in instructions were easy. The house is very out dated but was perfect for our stay since we only came in to sleep and leave each day. The joining bath had no soap, shampoo etc in the bath (should bring your own). Also no hand towel hook or towel bar to have a towel at sink area. Hooks would be very helpful to hang clothes/towel in the bathroom. We found a very old blow dryer but it heated up like it was burning, we unplugged it immediately. It needs to be torn away. There was no plug in bathtub or sink. Had to use a washcloth to plug the tub. Also, no electric outlet in the joint bathroom to allow blow dryer or curling iron to do hair. There was no mirror in the bedrooms to allow you to do makeup or hair in bedrooms. They need to add mirrors to bedrooms near an outlet for getting ready. Beds sleep well. And we felt safe in the neighborhood. Adding some little extras in the rooms such as mirrors near an outlet would definitely improve the stay.

Great company with great properties! As a Short Term Rental Owner myself, I am extra stringent on the homes I stay in. The River Oak home was immaculate and beautiful! So close to everything the city has to offer, and the host had great communication answering all of our questions! We enjoyed our stay and will be booking with this company again! Thank you for hosting us!

It was a great place for our family to have some extra beds to sleep in. We had Thanksgiving at our son’s house around the corner and needed more sleeping space. The Grandkids loved feeding the fish and we played games. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.
